In Pursuit of Truth (IPOT) has a great vid (attached) on YT about this.
An anon posted some caps and a pdf a few breads back, but I dismissed it because the $$$$ involved in this/these bank accts. was so Unbelievable it seemed fake! (Apologies to this anon)

The amount of information/research here is HUGE.
The vid has all relevant links below it, but watching is recommended.
It deals with Fraud, Corruption, Trafficking etc. on such a massive scale it's hard to get your head around, and ties in with a lot of Q posts.

Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (HAWKS)

GAUTENG - The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) confirms that it is investigating two cases that reported at Sandton Police Station.

The cases was reported on 13 March 2021 while the second case was reported on 13 April 2021 which was preceded by media statement and photos of the complainant carrying the copies of the files.

In the first case, the complainant stated that he was appointed as a Forensic investigator on 6 May 2013 by the Presidency. In support of his appointment, a two-page document signed by the erstwhile employee of the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) was attached as part of the 101-page document. The purported authority include documents titled Power of Attorney signed by numerous representatives of tribal authorities. In this case, the complainant reports theft of gold worth one hundred and sixty three trillion rands only (R163 000 000 000 000-00) which was recorded between 1966 and 2021. The DPSA indicated that its former employee did not have authority to sign the letter, which is now used by the complainant.

In the second case, the same complainant states that he was appointed by the Presidency through the DPSA on 6 May 2013. In this case, he reports, in his 213-page document, the allegations of money laundering, fraud, theft under false pretences, high treason and racketeering. The amount lost is recorded as forty one quadrillion three hundred and thirteen billion one hundred and four million rand only (R41 380 513 104 000 000-00). The theft include the alleged monies stolen from former leader Gadaffi which was investigated and found to be untrue.

The DPCI is systematically searching for the truth. Other allegations are reported to be the withholding of white spiritual boy and spiritual Wonder boy Accounts. Concerns include loaning money from International Monetary Fund (IMF) at high interest rate when countries have enormous reserves in terms of white spiritual boy and spiritual Wonder boy Accounts. The DPCI has taken note of internet reports relating to "white spiritual boy and spiritual Wonder boy Accounts" across the globe. Note has also been taken of the court judgement relating to Rosary Trust.

The National Head of the DPCI, Lieutenant General Lebeya has personally perused the files and directed closer collaborations on the investigators of four matters that requires similar attention. They shall be working closely with the prosecutors that handled these allegations in the past. The Hawks shall leave no stone unturned before reaching any conclusion on these matters.

There is another twist in Tokyo's tale about the mysterious Heritage Fund. The HAWKS confirmed that a case was opened.

Tokyo Sexwale held a dramatic press conference in Johannesburg on Thursday afternoon, 22 April. He made several extraordinary claims and provided paperwork, which is yet to be substantiated, about a mysterious fund, which goes by many names.

Some call it the Heritage Fund, Sexwale refers to it as the white spiritual boy Trust (WSB) and claims individuals in the country have been siphoning funds from it.

At the conference, he told the journalists in attendance that he would not be able to answer certain questions because the HAWKS were investigating the matter.

Late on Thursday, at 20:40, South African law enforcement confirmed that a case had indeed been opened.

HAWKS CONFIRM HERITAGE FUND CASE HAS BEEN OPENED

In a tweet via the South African Police Service's account, the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation, more commonly known as the HAWKS, said that a case was opened and they were looking into the allegations of theft regarding the fund but they were not very forthcoming.

"The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation can confirm that a case of fraud alternatively theft was opened with regards to the so-called Heritage Fund," said the tweet.

After Sexwale's blockbuster press conference, a man claiming to be a South African Reserve Bank shareholder, Fanie Fondse backed up the ANC veteran's claims and said he believes the Heritage Fund exists.

Fondse apparently lodged a criminal complaint sometime last week and claimed he named a suspect in his submission. The alleged SARB shareholder is adamant the Heritage Fund exists and claims the account holds more than 15 zeroes.

WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR

Sexwale said he was appointed as a joint mandate holder of the Heritage Fund on 7 January 2019. The other joint mandate holder is another mysterious figure named Godwin Webb, who could not attend the press conference due to a medical emergency.

The money in the fund is allegedly of foreign origin and is meant to serve as a source for philanthropic investments and low-interest loans for the entire African continent and certain parts of Asia.

Sexwale said the fund is based in Singapore and is led by a Chinese man named "Chuck Leong" who serves as a proxy.

The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) and Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni maintain that the Heritage Fund does not exist and referred to it as a "scam."

Thus far these funds are coming from Canada, Germany, Switzerland and others stored in other places like Dubai."

Suspect "documents" widely circulated on Tuesday suggest that someone has misappropriated more than R110 trillion - the equivalent of more than 50 years of government spending - in South Africa, most of it in gold.

That literally unbelievable wealth seems to be at the heart of allegations made by magnate and one-time presidential hopeful Tokyo Sexwale that money intended to fund free education, and give handouts to the poor, had been stolen.

The documents, with references to the "white spiritual boy Trust", were posted to large WhatsApp groups, and eventually on public forums - including by the "AdvoBarryRoux" Twitter account, which has 1.3 million followers.

The SA Reserve Bank and National Treasury on Monday linked Sexwale's claims to white spiritual boy Trust, in a joint statement seeking to refute his claims on national television.

Third parties characterised the document as proof of what Sexwale said, though there is no direct link other than the name of the trust, and Sexwale has not expanded on his allegations.

One letter lays claim to amounts that include $1.1 trillion, the equivalent of some R16 trillion, supposedly on deposit with First National Bank. That is a sum 54 times larger than the market value of the bank's parent company. It is also roughly the value of every company listed on the JSE.

But most of the wealth would be in the form of "100,000 metric tons" of gold supposedly on deposit with the Reserve Bank since 1966, though not necessarily in physical form. At current prices that has a theoretical value of more than R80 trillion, but could be tough to sell without collapsing the world gold market, representing about half the gold ever mined, or just about the weight of all gold jewellery ever made.

How exactly such a gigantic stash of gold was accumulated is not clear. Nor is it clear how trillions of dollars could have been deposited into banks that did not exist at the claimed time of deposits, or how the funds have been kept secret for more than 50 years.

Who controls the supposed stash is slightly more clear, thanks to references to one Sam Saimoen B Muri, or Sansalmon Bin Muri, who seemingly instructed that money be transferred to a vehicle with his initials, the SBM Private Equity Fund.

SBM is a real company, registered in 2018, but it was unable to immediately shed any light on the events to which Sexwale referred. Of its four current and former directors, one said he would not speak to journalists because there are no ethical journalists, and one said only he was in a meeting and had no comment. The remaining two, a husband and wife, said they were bound by non-disclosure agreements and would need permission to answer written questions.

Johannesburg - The National Treasury and the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) have dismissed claims by ANC veteran and businessman Tokyo Sexwale that he was instrumental in depositing billions of rand at the central bank to help poor university students.

Sexwale made the claims during an eNCA talk show Truth to Power hosted by JJ Tabane in which he said that he raised billions of rands and that the funds in question were channelled to the central bank in 2016.

According to Sexwale, former president Jacob Zuma and incumbent President Cyril Ramaphosa were aware of the funds which he said were meant for free education of poor students.

But Treasury and the central bank have dismissed the claims.

During his interview on the news channel, Sexwale said two weeks ago they reported a case of theft to the police after funds, while under the care of the central bank, allegedly went missing.

But in a joint statement, both Treasury and the SARB said: "Allegations made by Mr Tokyo Sexwale on alleged billions that have been deposited at the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) points to a common scam. Over the years, National Treasury and the SARB have received many such requests for, or promises, of billions (and now trillions) of rands or dollars, and from experience regarding these as simply scams."

They added: "Any claim that such funds are meant for deserving causes such as Covid-19 relief, social grants or grants for free education are simply empty promises, to secure the interest of the potential victim."

They also indicated that they had previously received correspondence from Sexwale and many others that alleged that billions of rands have been stolen from a fund that had been referred to as the 'white spiritual boy Trust' and which was set up by a foreign donor. "It is further alleged that there are trillions of dollars in the said fund and that, inter alia, a certain Mr Goodwin Erin Webb was its mandated representative in South Africa. On investigation, the SARB can confirm that it had no record of the existence of the said fund and it had advised Mr Sexwale in writing that, given the SARB's experience and knowledge of this and other similar matters, it could only conclude that the alleged fund was a scam," the statement read.

The entities said it should be noted that Sexwale was not the first prominent person acting on behalf of Mr Webb or an unknown donor, for such funds, and such requests could be traced to many years before 2016.

"The SARB can confirm that all cross-border transactions are reported to the SARB by commercial banks who are appointed as authorised dealers in foreign exchange transactions. The SARB has concluded that there is no evidence to support the existence of such funds. If Mr Sexwale believes otherwise, the onus is on him and his unknown sponsor to provide independently written proof of the existence and/or transfer of such funds, as well as certified copies of actual identification and citizenship of such 'donors', in line with the normal FICA- type anti-money laundering requirements," the statement said.

The central bank is adamant that the allegations of theft of non-existent funds have no validity.

Meanwhile, attempts to contact Sexwale to elaborate on his comments were unsuccessful as his phone rang unanswered.
