Private pharma corporations are used by the PHEMCE cartel as front to launder the poison made by the CIA/DOD controlled bio-manufacturing assets such as Resilience, Moderna, emergent biosolutions, and many other "biodefense" contractors. Pharmas are co-conspirators in the mass murder, however they are corporate shells used to both fool the public with brand names, illusion of regulated, compliant manufacturing (not at all in reality, see above), and launder massive profits resulting from no-risk "investment" of $billions of public money. Prosecution of pharmas for fraud under the EUA Countermeasures laws and PREP Act is mostly a fool's errand, designed to fail.
Pandemics do not exist naturally. It is not possible for a natural infectious disease to spread all over the world simultaneously. Any local communicable diseases self extinguish. The vast majority to what is presented to the public as historical pandemics are diseases related to lack of water sanitation from human and animal waste, crowding and infestation with rats, fleas, etc. These include diseases that are attributable to bacteria - e.g. cholera and the plague. Spanish Flu was severely misrepresented as a "pandemic", decades after the fact. It wasn't considered one by the International Sanitary Convention (predecessor to WHO, 1850 - 1949), also here.

Personal side note: Animal antibiotics were made illegal without a prescription last year. All but fish antibiotics from a few online companies who kept fulfilling orders for customers who were subscribed for monthly deliveries were halted. Well, these companies were threatened with legal action and this anon got a sudden emergency email from one of these companies canceling all subscriptions effective immediately. It was pure panic mode, you didn't even have to read between the lines. I want to say that was about 6 months ago, maybe?

So this scenario seems very likely. Also, anyone in the know (i.e. with medical/scientific training) understands that bacteria are far more dangerous than viruses. And, in fact, this new 'pandemic' might not be fake, anons It could very well be real.

Another personal side note - This anon had to do master's thesis (long time ago) and I was attempting to forensically trace the anthrax from after 911 back to the source using only publicly available information (and I did) having NEVER HEARD any of the conspiracy theories about this 'crime' - but all anon did in the end was learn the truth about who actually perpetrated the "Anthrax scare" after 911. I think we all know who that is at this point.

Biopharmaceutical company emergent biosolutions (EBS) signed a massive $235.8 million contract with the Department of Defense to supply the U.S. military with its BioThrax anthrax vaccine.

Yahoo Finance reported the Biothrax anthrax vaccine is expected to be used by all branches of the U.S. military.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the FDA approved emergent BioSolution's Cyfendus anthrax vaccine for adults 18-65 in July of last year.

Just months later after its approval, emergent biosolutions announced that the U.S. Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) "exercised an option valued on an existing deal to procure additional doses of its recently approved anthrax vaccine Cyfendus (AV7909)."

Per Yahoo Finance:

emergent biosolutions EBS signed an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) procurement contract for a maximum value of up to $235.8 million with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to supply its anthrax vaccine BioThrax.

The vaccine is intended for use by all branches of the United States military as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for anthrax disease.

The procurement contract consists of a five-year base agreement ending on Sep 30, 2028, with an option to extend the contract for an additional five years to Sep 30, 2033.

Before the end of the initial five-year base period, the DoD should place a minimum guaranteed purchase order for $20.1 million worth of the vaccine product. For the following years, the annual order size should be at least $20 million for a total value of up to $235.8 million.

In recent months, the Federal governmet and state officials have been preparing for a possible anthrax outbreak.

The Gateway Pundit reported in October that public safety, health, and emergency management agencies across the state of Ohio conducted a three-day anthrax attack simulation.

Ohio isn't the only one concerned with a possible attack. Federal agencies have claimed if a bioterrorist attack were to occur, it's likely anthrax would be used in the attack.

The manufacturing and quality issues that led to the Biden administration canceling a $628 million Covid-19 vaccine contract with emergent biosolutions were more extensive than previously understood, according to an investigation by the key pandemic oversight congressional committee.

Millions more AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines - 400 million in total - were destroyed as a result of the lack of standards at emergent's Bayview facility in Baltimore, the committee found. And the company allegedly hid batches with potential quality issues from federal regulators in February 2021 following months of internal communication about the substantial problems at the facility.

emergent's failure to resolve its manufacturing quality-control issues led to a contamination of 15 million Johnson & Johnson doses in March 2021, when the company accidentally mixed in AstraZeneca drug substance. The facility halted production for three months before resuming operations in July 2021.

The details of the investigation by the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, released Tuesday, which include troves of internal emails, underscore the degree to which emergent staff and consultants working with the company knew of the extensive issues at Bayview before moving forward with U.S. government and pharmaceutical contracts to produce the shots.

"The [Food and Drug Administration] identified concerns at the emergent plant in April 2021" and "immediately took swift action," a spokesperson told POLITICO. "We have not allowed the distribution of any product without first conducting a thorough review of facility records and the results of quality testing performed by the manufacturer."

emergent remains committed to being a trusted partner of the federal government, said Matt Hartwig, a company spokesperson.

"We have not received the report and are unfortunately first learning about it from the media," he said. "emergent has been open and forthcoming with the FDA, Congress and our partners about the work at our Bayview site and the challenges that were encountered including providing thousands of documents, willingly participating in a congressional hearing and inviting them to visit our facilities."

J&J and AstraZeneca did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

POLITICO was first to report about the early warnings from individuals working on the Trump administration's Operation Warp Speed about emergent's problems. But the congressional investigation provides new details on the internal emergent warnings about the problems the company could face scaling production for the Covid-19 shots.

"Doses were squandered despite repeated warnings from employees, outside consultants, pharmaceutical companies, and FDA regulators that the company's manufacturing practices were unsafe," said Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.), chair of the committee. "emergent executives prioritized profits over producing vaccines in a responsible manner that complied with FDA requirements."

Even in the early days of the Trump administration's $628 million contract with emergent, officials from the administration raised concerns about the company's ability to scale manufacturing.

They also paid $33.5 million during that time for this damaging vaccine to be mandatorily given to 525,000 troops. By August 2001, the Pentagon finally publicly stated that they were considering abandoning BioPort for all its failures, but one month later came 9/11 and the infamous "Anthrax attacks" which as previously stated, saved BioPort and turned 2 prominent members of the company into main suspects. In 2003 BioPort became a subsidiary of emergent biosolutions led by El-Hibri, and by the end of 2003, emergent signed a new contract with the Pentagon, worth anywhere from $29.7 million to $245 million, depending on how many vaccines they made and sold. Apparently the government wasn't done pissing away our money and eventually awarded the $1 billion dollar contract to emergent's competitor VaxGen, a California company without a licensed product that was already in trouble for their misreporting financial results. emergent's response was to hire an army of lobbyists, and within six months and $140,000 in lobbying fees won BioPort a $122.7 million contract to supply 5 million doses of the vaccine to the Department of Health and Human Services, and created a domestic stockpile of their vaccine. Four days before the big contract was awarded, one of their main lobbyist John Hishta bragged that the company paid him $30,000 for "procuring" the government contract for anthrax vaccine. As we speak, emergent is under investigation for mismanagement and and why 160 million doses of covid vaccines had to be thrown out due to negligent contamination....but only because the powers that be are trying to blame the Trump administration. My kingdom for them to dig in only to realize that not only does this all go back to Bush, but that the corruption is occurring between Big Pharma, lobbyists, and corrupt politicians on both sides.

Fauci's official response to the Anthrax fail was to claim they "solved" it by preemptively pumping people full of unhealthy antibiotics to fight it, "We already know that we prevented a serious problem on the Hill by essentially blanket-treating people with [Cipro]. We know that because when we went back and did surveys, we found that many people who had absolutely no symptoms were actually exposed."

This Cipro "cure" by the way, that was pushed out by Fauci over cheaper and safer products, is produced by Bayer...you know, the company that got caught and sued for knowingly giving hemophiliacs HIV in the 80's. Clearly this is a company whose first concern is people's health, am I right? Because of Fauci's not so good recommendation, Cipro in return was able to price gouge their drug, which I'm sure had *nothing* to do with his decision.

Is now also a good time to mention that Jerome Hauer of emergent biosolutions also warned government officials like his friend Dick Cheney to preemptively take Cipro in case there was an "Anthrax scare" ....a week before the anthrax letters went out to members of the media and government? Anthrax isn't an easy nor effective "bioweapon" if you're wondering, which makes his "recommendation" even more suspect. Even Fauci himself later admitted Anthrax isn't that viable or effective as a terrorist weapon when compared to bombs or anything else really.

But wait, there's more...Jerome Hauer also actively participated in the Dark Winter simulation that predicted all this in the first place.

That's right, so the guy currently producing most of our covid vaccines had the specific and unusual means to be behind the original anthrax mailing scare to push a poorly tested vaccine, the personal financial motive, had practiced that scenario in particular, and apparent psychic abilities to know it was going to happen a week before it did...but the FBI decided to blame it on a lab worker instead. The whole Anthrax mailing investigation, unfortunately died with Ivins who committed "suicide" before he could make it to trial (and likely clear his name) and the FBI simply "rested" their case. Ivins didn't have a motive to mail out Anthrax....but you know who did? The guy who's company was going under until an Anthrax scare had the government buying his whole stockpile of BioThrax. If you're wondering why no one else ever made a better vaccine....I can tell you they tried. The government wasted $877.5 million of our tax dollars on a company called VaxGen. They had spent four years developing a new anthrax vaccine, and the contract threatened emergent's business. Since BioThrax was the company's only financially successful product, it would become obsolete if VaxGen succeeded in making a better one. So what did they do? They hired an army of 50 high powered lobbyists to bribe congressmen etc. to make the case that a new vaccine was a gamble and that the nation's safety depended on buying more of emergent's crappy product (emergent would later go on to buy this new vaccine for themselves after paying lobbyists to trash it.) Dr. Philip K. Russell, a vaccinologist and retired Army general who was a senior biodefense official in the Bush administration, described the outcome as "a big, dramatic failure. National security took a back seat to politics and the power of lawyers and lobbyists." He believed that if officials had given the company more time instead of folding to lobbyists, it would have likely resulted in a better cure for anthrax exposure.

Yet despite all the conspiracies, dirty politics, sickened people, and ultimate failure, emergent biosolutions managed to win not one...but two exclusive contracts to produce covid vaccines. They didn't even shop around for a better company either, they went with emergent without any competitive bidding. Well, at least they're doing a great job this time, right?

You see, Jerome Hauer had an office in building 7 of the World Trade Center...you know, the building full of important paperwork for things like the $2.3 trillion dollars Donald Rumsfeld announced the government "lost" the day before 9/11, and files on the Safari Club (the clandestine arm of the CIA) that collapsed in on itself in the attack despite not having been hit by a plane or debris, being heavily steel fortified, and fell down for absolutely no reason according to architectural experts from across the world.

Don't worry about Hauer though, he decided not to go to work that morning...although he did manage to make it on TV that day with Dan Rather to declare this was the work of Osama Bin Laden...before anyone in the government had even said anything about it. The same cannot be said of Bin Laden terrorist expert John O'Neill who was hired by Hauer the day before, and killed helping people trapped on 9/11 on his first day of work. Weird how the only guy that would know if Bin Laden really did this, died on his first day of work on 9/11 *and* was hired by the guy trying to now blame Bin Laden for it. Is now a good time to mention that Jerome Hauer was also the head of security for the entire World Trade Center complex, and that if anyone had access to send in teams to demo the buildings to guarantee them all to fall, it would be him? He was also obsessed with collapsed buildings and had pictures of them all over his office, because that's normal. Planes hit the towers that day, it was on live TV and people across Manhattan saw it. Now as to whether that would cause the towers to collapse in on themselves when they were specifically designed to withstand not just one plane crash but multiple (including like I said Building 7 which wasn't hit or even right next to the towers) or whether our government "really" lost track of the terrorists when they were on to them the first time, I can't say. But it did pull America back into war, and the murderous beast that is the military industrial complex began booming again at the cost of American tax payer's money and lives. If the idea of our government faking an incident to drag the country into war for money seems like "too much" for you, let me remind you that President Johnson did that exact same very thing (we know now from declassified documents) when he pulled the United States into the Vietnam War by using the nonexistent Gulf of Tonkin incident to get war powers granted to him by Congress. Something I highly doubt President Kennedy would have ever done...which Johnson infamously replaced upon a well known conspiracy theory all it's own.

But I digress, I have to mention the fact that both Fuad El-Hibri and Jerome Hauer of BioPort/emergent biosolutions, were both suspected of being behind the Anthrax mailing scare of 2011 that sickened 17, and killed 5. Turns out there's a really short list of people that would even have access to military grade Anthrax and be able to safely handle it...and an even shorter list of who would actually profit from such a thing. Originally the FBI tried to blame Iran, as another part of that "weapons of mass destruction" tale they loved pushing in the Middle East that turned out not to have never existed, but man...it sure got us into some expensive wars that the military industrial complex made a lot of money off of. The "blame Iran" theory was pushed out personally by perpetual war mongerer Senator John McCain, because well...of course. Investigative journalists on the other hand were looking at Fuad and Hauer, although the FBI eventually rested blame on microbiologist Bruce Ivins, a biodefense researcher for the US Army's infectious disease lab for 18 years. The FBI had no proof Ivins ever did anything other than work at the lab, and he had absolutely no motive to harm is fellow Americans whatsoever. Newspapers at the time (journalism wasn't always dead) were in an uproar on how flimsy the FBI's case was and demanded an independent investigation into it. Here's just one publication and its theory all about the Anthrax mailings...read it and tell me if anything sounds eerily familiar?

I have a book called Vaccine A, that describes the apparent use of soldiers in an experimental anthrax vaccine trial using squalene as the adjuvant. The vaccine seems to have killed or disabled many American servicemen and women.

Fuad El-Hibri has seemed questionable to me for a while. His wikipedia page mentions accusations against him regarding anthrax ATTACKS but not the possibility that emergent biosolutions was involved in an experimental anthrax vaccine program that (intentionally?) killed and disabled American soldiers.

Homeland Security Bill Implies "Other Purpose" for Vaccine...and Facebook is Banning Posts About It

While biased Facebook suspensions are nothing new to conservatives, the reason "why" is usually a hint at what narrative the site is currently trying to control, push, or suppress. Today I received the scariest suspension I've ever gotten:

Anyone else find it horrifying that an experimental substance with ZERO long term tests is being deemed "safe" by "fact checkers" all across mainstream and social media? While they also simultaneously suppress all information in regards to side effects, deaths, and whether it even works against covid? Truth is that vaccinated people have been catching covid nonstop. In Massachusetts 74% of new covid cases were from vaccinated people, and a cruise ship where every person on board was inoculated had still managed to have a breakout of the virus:

What's the "other purpose" they really want this injection in people and why the conspiracy to cover it up? This isn't the first time the government pushed vaccinating the populous with a barely tested vaccine either. In 1976 the government used the excuse of Swine Flu to push a vaccine using celebrities and the media...all the while suppressing what the side effects were. 20-25% of the American population took the swine flu vaccine, but it was pulled after 32 people died from it and about 500 came down with Guillain-Barré syndrome. It's a debilitating auto-immune disease that leads to paralysis....and yes, that's one of the side effects being reported with the covid vaccine as well.

A similar thing also happened in 2001, when the government pushed the anthrax vaccine on our military during the Gulf War also without proper testing. It's estimated that 20-35% of troops have been adversely affected by the vaccine, that was only rushed through because of the "anthrax mail scare" that occurred right after 9/11. The company that made that vaccine was Bioport (which became emergent biosolutions) and they're the company currently manufacturing both the AstraZeneca and the Johnson & Johnson here in America. They were also suspected of being behind the mail scare in the first place to boost their own vaccine sales, because Jerome Haeur got caught warning his political friends a week before to take prophylactics for it just on case. Turns out there's a short list of people that would even have access to military grade anthrax...and even fewer that stood to profit financially from it.

There is no universe this vaccine with all the deaths and side effects that Vaers is reporting that the CDC is refusing to investigate. Funny how anyone who died no matter what was counted as "covid" if they tested for it, but "fact checkers" are declaring the numbers "false" because even if they died right after the shot they're saying there is no "correlation."

There's no universe this vaccine should be FDA approved. Even the suppressed, conservative numbers Vaers is reporting (400k+ adverse reactions, 9k+ deaths) is worse than the 32 dead the government halted the swine flu shot over. Everything the powers that be are planning on is riding on the Sept 30 deadline for FDA approval. Otherwise countries across the world can legally back out of their contacts with Pfizer, and the government won't have an excuse to keep pushing mandates and unconstitutionally trying to force it on people. Considering this comes on the back of Homeland Security declaring anyone questioning the election or being against forced vaccinations as "domestic terrorists" (TSA is already flagging conservative reporters when they try to travel causing them to miss their flights across the country) it makes one wonder why the fervor to continue to push for a vaccine that doesn't work, and where they admit in writing of the bill that there's some other purpose.....

The FDA is holding more than 100 million Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccine doses for further testing after the agency found multiple safety violations at a plant - run by emergent biosolutions - that was helping make the shots, emergent CEO Robert Kramer told lawmakers Wednesday.

The U.S. put J&J in charge of the Baltimore plant last month after learning that emergent, a federal contractor that had been making key ingredients for J&J and AstraZeneca, cross-contaminated the two shots. Kramer is testifying before House lawmakers Wednesday about poor conditions at the plant said to be responsible for ruining millions of J&J Covid-19 shots.

During the hearing before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., asked Kramer how many doses of the J&J vaccine are being held by the Food and Drug Administration but weren't contaminated.

South African health authorities have ditched a whopping 2 million doses of Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Covid-19 vaccine, because materials for their production came from a US factory in Baltimore, hit by contamination issues.

South Africa's health products safety watchdog (SAHPRA) has decided not to greenlight the use of millions of Covid-19 vaccine doses stored at a plant in the city of Gqeberha, since the material they were produced from was "affected" by a contamination incident at the Baltimore factory, the nation's health authorities confirmed.

The agency suspended use of the doses in question earlier in June as it awaited a safety compliance report from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

"Based on what has been announced by the FDA, we are affected in terms of those batches... at Gqeberha site and what we have there on site is 2 million," South African Acting Health Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane told SABC news on Sunday. She added that those doses had not and would not be used to vaccinate South Africans. It was also confirmed by the SAHPRA CEO, Dr. Boitumelo Semete, who said that the jabs in question "cannot be made available to the public."

The health watchdog meanwhile said in a statement that a new batch containing some 300,000 doses of the Janssen Covid-19 vaccine has been approved by the FDA and will be shipped to South Africa at some point. It didn't reveal exact dates for the shipments.

Semete admitted that the incident with Johnson & Johnson's jabs has had a significant negative impact on South Africa's vaccine "rollout strategy." South Africa registered some 1.7 million Covid-19 cases and over 57,000 deaths to date among its population of roughly 58.5 million people, but it had administered only 183,000 vaccine doses as of June 9, according to the WHO.

The emergent biosolutions facility in Baltimore was hit by a string of hygiene and contamination issues earlier this year. Back in April, the FDA expressed a series of health and safety concerns, arguing that conditions at the plant could compromise the safety of vaccines.

The reported issues included the personal hygiene of staff, inadequate training and a failure to keep surfaces clean. The probe was triggered by an earlier incident that saw 15 million Johnson & Johnson's vaccine doses spoiled in an "ingredient mix-up accident."

Last week, the New York Times reported, citing anonymous sources, that the FDA had ordered J&J to discard 60 million doses of the Janssen jab produced at the Baltimore site, due to their "possible contamination." The US health watchdog, however, approved two other batches of J&J vaccine manufactured at the factory.

Another 60MM J&J Doses Produced At Troubled Baltimore Plant Are Tainted, FDA Says

Readers may remember earlier this year when an accident at the emergent biosolutions lab in Baltimore led to millions of J&J and AstraZeneca doses being ruined (after workers cross-contaminated them with ingredients from AstraZeneca jabs being produced in the same factory).

Since the incident, the FDA has been reviewing safety and production procedures at the facility. But despite the US government handing over control to J&J, attempts to re-start production have been in limbo, and according to the NYT, another 60MM doses produced at the facility didn't meet the agency's safety standards.

In a statement, the F.D.A. said that before making its decision, it "conducted a thorough review of facility records and the results of quality testing performed by the manufacturer." It also considered the ongoing public health emergency. The agency said it was continuing to "work through issues" at the Baltimore plant with Johnson & Johnson and emergent.

Dr. Peter Marks, the F.D.A.'s top vaccine regulator, said in the statement that the agency has been conducting an extensive review of batches of vaccine produced at the plant "while emergent biosolutions prepares to resume manufacturing operations with corrective actions to ensure compliance with the F.D.A.'s current good manufacturing practice requirements."

Representatives from Johnson & Johnson and emergent declined to comment on the agency's decision.

Fortunately for President Biden, the US already has enough Pfizer and Moderna doses to satisfy domestic demand. But the latest production hiccup will make it more difficult for the US to export doses to countries around the world in desperate need of them.

I have done my own digging on the US NIH and I have concluded based on that research that the NIH itself, was "brought to life", so to speak by at least one person (Mary Lasker) with strong ties to the eugenics movement in the US.

Scathing FDA report finds J&J Covid vaccine plant where 15mn doses were ruined is unsanitary, staff training inadequate

US health inspectors have ordered a Baltimore plant that was manufacturing Johnson & Johnson's Covid-19 vaccine to rectify a series of issues that could potentially contaminate the jab and seriously jeopardize its safety.

The 12-page report by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) laid bare a litany of health and safety issues at the Maryland factory, where production of J&J's Janssen jab was halted last month after 15 million doses were spoiled.

The alarming details, published on Wednesday, are the result of an FDA probe conducted between April 12 and April 20 at the plant owned by emergent biosolutions Inc.

After reviewing CCTV footage and visiting the site in person, inspectors made a number of observations, including that the building housing the production line was not kept in a clean condition, and staff were not properly trained to prevent cross-contamination.

Peeling paint on the walls and floors was spotted, which inspectors said "impacts the firm's ability to adequately clean and disinfect the area."

Employees in one manufacturing area were seen throwing unsealed bags of medical waste into an elevator and removing their protective clothing near raw materials.

Personal hygiene was also flagged as a problem, with one member of staff who moved between different manufacturing zones only recorded once in the plant's shower logbook.

Other issues cited included staff not cleaning equipment properly and the "failure to conduct thorough investigations" related to a leak as a batch was filled.

The FDA has informed emergent biosolutions Inc. of the issues and the company is now required to respond.

The concerns raised in the report may take months to resolve, according to experts cited by Reuters. The FDA and J&J have not released a date for production to restart.

In a statement on Wednesday, J&J pledged to ensure that the FDA's observations at the plant are addressed "promptly and comprehensively."

The company added that it would bolster global production capacity by enlisting 10 manufacturing sites across different countries in addition to its own plant in Leiden, the Netherlands.

The FDA said its investigation into the Baltimore plant is unrelated to an ongoing review of extremely rare cases of blood clotting in people who have received the Janssen vaccine.

Last week the regulator recommended a pause in the jab's US rollout to allow its investigation of clots to take place.

A review of the US clotting cases carried out by the European Medicine Agency found a possible link between the condition and the inoculation, but said the benefits of the vaccine outweigh its risks.

The nationwide rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine has continued to gain momentum some five months after the shot first became available to limited populations. In all 50 states, everyone above the age of 16 is either already eligible to receive the shot, or will become eligible shortly. On April 3rd, more than 4 million people in the U.S. received a vaccine, the highest one-day number to date. And the country seems on track to hit President Biden's new goal of 200 million shots in his first 100 days in office which is April 30.

Despite all of this good news, there have been setbacks - the most serious of which was reported in early April. The New York Times revealed that emergent biosolutions, a biotech firm with a 628 million dollar contract with the federal government to manufacture COVID-19 vaccines, had to destroy up to 15 million doses of Johnson & Johnson's Jenssen COVID-19 vaccine during the first week in April, after it was discovered the vaccine had been contaminated. That was not the first problem emergent had with vaccine production. Between October 2020 and January 2021, the company also had to throw out between 10 and 15 million doses of the AstraZenaca vaccine because of contamination or suspected contamination. In November 2020, production of a batch of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was discarded because of worker error, and records indicate that workers frequently deviated from manufacturing standards. As of now, federal regulators have yet to clear the emergent facility, and therefore not a single dose of the 150 million doses it has produced has been distributed for public use.

Audits performed by federal regulators have found serious fundamental issues at the emergent vaccine manufacturing facility and outside experts say that such recurring issues imply deep quality control problems.

Due to the urgency of the vaccine rollout, whatever the underlying causes of the quality issues at emergent, given the huge amounts of money being awarded in the form of government contracts, there is potential for fraud and abuse in the manufacture of vaccines. Workers at emergent and other manufacturing sites are in the best position to identify such issues, and should feel free to report safety and financial improprieties without fear of reprisal. Such whistleblowers who report abuse have various legal protections.

Protections for Pharmaceutical Whistleblowers
While there is no federal legislation that provides blanket protection for whistleblowers in the pharmaceutical industry from retaliation, there is a patchwork of federal and state laws that may do so, depending on the facts of the matter.

Fetal Stem Cells Being Used

Several COVID-19 vaccine frontrunners, including those being developed by Moderna, Oxford University/AstraZeneca, CanSino Biologics/Beijing Institute of Biotechnology, and Inovio Pharmaceuticals, are using a human fetal kidney cell line called HEK-293 to develop their trial vaccines. HEK-293 was originally derived from kidney tissue taken from a baby girl who was aborted in the Netherlands in 1972 and later developed into a cell line in a lab in 1973.

Additionally, Janssen, the pharmaceutical division of consumer product giant Johnson & Johnson, is using the human fetal cell line PER.C6 to develop its vaccine. The PER.C6 fetal cell line was derived from retinal tissue taken from an 18-week-old baby boy who was aborted in the Netherlands in 1985 and later converted into a fetal cell line in 1995.

The U.S. government has made grants totaling nearly $2 billion in support of the development of COVID-19 vaccines using fetal cell lines. Most of this funding has been awarded through the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), a division within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

BARDA has awarded a $1.2 billion grant for AstraZeneca to fund research for the trial vaccine it is jointly developing with Oxford University. BARDA has also made grants for up to $483 million for Moderna's vaccine and $456 million for Janssen Research and Development, LLC of Johnson & Johnson. Inovio has also received an unspecified grant for developing its vaccine candidate from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) at the Department of Defense.

On June 1st, BARDA issued a $628 million task order under a preexisting government contract with emergent biosolutions Inc. to accelerate development and manufacturing capacity for COVID-19 vaccines and drug treatments. emergent biosolutions is currently working with Janssen of Johnson & Johnson to manufacture their trial vaccines. BARDA's funding for emergent, however, was not awarded specifically for scaling up production of J&J's vaccine candidate.

Worse still, the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been producing samples of the SARS-CoV2 virus for biotech and pharmaceutical companies to use for vaccine research using fetal HEK-293T cells (a decedent cell line of HEK-293).

Though The Post does note Kadlec's recent failure to disclose these connections, the article largely sanitizes Kadlec's earlier yet crucial history and even obfuscates the full extent of his ties to the BioPort founder, among other glaring omissions. In reality, Kadlec has much more than his ties to El-Hibri looming large as "potential conflict of interests," as his decades-long career in shaping U.S. "biodefense" policy was directly enabled by his deep ties to intelligence, Big Pharma, the Pentagon and a host of corrupt yet powerful characters.
Thanks to a long and deliberate process to introduce biodefense policy, driven by Robert Kadlec and his sponsors, $7 billion dollars-worth of federally-owned vaccines, antidotes and medicines - held in strategically arranged repositories across the country in case of a health emergency - are now in the hands of one single individual. Those repositories, which compose the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), are the exclusive domain of HHS' ASPR, a post created under Kadlec's watchful eye and tailored over the years to meet his very specific requirements.
From this perch, Robert Kadlec has final say on where the stockpile's contents are sourced, as well as how, when and where they are deployed. He is the sole source procurer of medical material and pharmaceuticals, making him the best friend of Big Pharma and other healthcare industry giants who have been in his ear every step of the way.
Kadlec assures us, however, that the fact that he now holds the very office he worked so long to create is merely a coincidence. "My participation in the ASPR project began at that time when I was working for the chairman of the Subcommittee on Bioterrorism and Public Health Preparedness...The bill was made law and the ASPR was created. It just was a coincidence that, 12 or 14 years later, I was asked to become the ASPR," Kadlec stated in 2018."

Given its history, it should come as little surprise that emergent biosolutions is now set to profit from the Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis. They are particularly well-suited to make record profits off of Covid-19, as they are backing not one, but two, vaccine candidates as well as an experimental blood plasma treatment already approved for trials in New York state, thanks in part to Jerome Hauer's old boss, New York governor Andrew Cuomo. As noted in a previous article for The Last American Vagabond, the other main companies developing Covid-19 vaccines in the U.S. are strategic partners of the controversial Pentagon research agency DARPA, which has become increasingly aligned with HHS in recent years thanks to another Dark Winter participant, Robert Kadlec."

Company Set To Manufacture COVID-19 Vaccine For US Intentionally Sold Faulty Biodefense Products

Evidence of the corruption of the company emergent biosolutions has emerged yet again as the firm, set to play a key role in the manufacture of four leading COVID-19 vaccine candidates, has been caught selling the US government a biodefense product it knew was non-functional.

Internal documents and e-mails from the "life sciences" company emergent biosolutions reveal that the company was aware that its biodefense product for the treatment of nerve gas exposure, sold under the brand name Trobigard, was both non-functional and untested for safety or efficacy while it was actively marketing the product to the U.S. government.

The firm was well aware of the fact that Trobigard's functionality and safety in humans had never been tested several months before it was awarded a no-bid $25 million contract in October 2017 and a subsequent $100 million contract in 2019 to supply troves of the product to the State Department. Indeed, the results of the company's first study on Trobigard's efficacy in treating exposure to nerve gas were not even available until six weeks after emergent had won the contract with the State Department and, even then, those results could "not be directly extrapolated to the human situation," per the study's authors.

According to internal company records and emails from emergent employees and government officials obtained by The Washington Post, emergent's director of regulatory affairs, Brenda Wolling, stated in July 2017 that "functionality testing has not been successful in this device [Trobigard]" and that even describing Trobigard as "a treatment of nerve agent poisoning" was inaccurate because that claim "implies that we have efficacy data showing it works."

emergent biosolutions declined to answer if the inaccurate marketing claims that Trobigard had been tested for safety and efficacy had been made to State Department officials prior to the awarding of the first contract for Trobigard in October 2017. The company did, however, state that Wolling's claims had been "taken seriously" but that they did "not necessarily represent the company's position."

Notably, Wolling had sent internal warnings about Trobigard to colleagues a year prior, in 2016, telling emergent salespeople to "exclude efficacy claims" about the biodefense product when marketing it to potential buyers. She specifically stated that "we have not substantiated that this co-formulated product is efficacious or safe, and have never tested against nerve agents as an antidote." Also in 2016, a former emergent executive, Dan Mallon, was also found to have admitted to emergent employees that "emergent sales representatives had made unsupported claims about Trobigard to clients."

Even emergent's spokeswoman Nina DeLorenzo has since openly acknowledged that "emergent has not tested the safety or efficacy of atropine and obidoxime co-formulated," meaning that the combination of the two drugs that compose Trobigard has never been found to be safe or even work.

Corporate Highlights:

In preclinical testing, the Company's lead vaccine candidates generated robust anti-SARS CoV-2 antibodies in all tested animals after both the first and second dose, with a clear boosting effect after the second dose. Antibody responses in all vaccinated groups were statistically significant (p<0.002), with median ELISA IgG antibody titers above 10,000 compared to a median titer of 1 in the untreated controls, a larger than 10,000 fold increase.

The manufacturing collaboration with emergent biosolutions is progressing well and, provided Vaxart elects to proceed, emergent is on schedule to produce bulk cGMP vaccine in time for initiation of a Phase 1 clinical study during the second half of 2020.

Four EU countries have signed a contract with pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca to produce enough Oxford University vaccines to rid the continent of Covid-19 infections, the Italian health minister said.

Under the agreement, British-Swedish pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca will produce up to 400 million doses of the vaccine, which is enough for "the whole population of Europe," Roberto Speranza wrote on Facebook.

This is only distantly related (maybe) to events in Africa at the moment and the Q post showing that this would be the sequence of events. MB infiltration of the US was/is significant. It seems Hussein deliberately wanted such folks in places of power and removed others, especially Christians. I have no doubts that US citizens and especially military personnel have been used for clandestine experimentation by all sorts of nefarious people. If a bad actor wanted to really cripple the US I am convinced that a vaccine or vaccines would be the best bioweapon around. No risk that the weapon misses the target, dissipates etc. I have a copy of the book "Vaccine A: The Covert Government Experiment That's Killing Our Soldiers and Why GI's Are Only the First Victims" by Gary Matsumoto.

The book mentions a company called BioPort which apparently made an anthrax vaccine with a high number of adverse events. That is mentioned in a Chapter of the book called "The Real Biological Weapon". In a nutshell, INJECTING certain molecules causes an immune response that results in attacks on the body's own proteins and chemical structures. These anti-self attacks result in autoimmune disease.

Anyway the "reincarnation" of BioPort was run by an interesting businessman by the name of Fuad El Hibri. He's an American citizen with German and Lebanese background. However, he runs a Foundation that supports Muslim causes in the US. His business interests include emergent biosolutions which seems to produce products like anthrax vaccine.

I don't have any insider information but if I were looking for MB infiltration in the US and US military that might be interested in using dangerous vaccine components to injure American service personnel I might look at him. His wikipedia page (that I referenced this morning) is sanitized (it used to have a quote indicating his awareness that he might be under some suspicion as I recall) and contains at least one false/dead end link.

WASHINGTON - After weeks of review of a troubled Baltimore factory, federal regulators have decided that about 60 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine produced there must be discarded because of possible contamination, according to people familiar with the situation.

The Food and Drug Administration plans to allow about 10 million doses to be distributed in the United States or sent to other countries, but with a warning that regulators cannot guarantee that emergent biosolutions, the company that operates the plant, followed good manufacturing practices. The agency has not yet decided whether emergent can reopen the factory, which has been closed for two months because of regulatory concerns, the people said.

Future shipments of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine have been halted while the Food and Drug Administration investigates after human error at a manufacturing plant ruined 15 million doses, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

The plant in Baltimore is run by emergent biosolutions, and workers mixed up the ingredients in the vaccine, the Times reported.

The error does not affect doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine that have already been distributed, as they were made in the Netherlands, but it impacts future shipments of the vaccine, according to the Times.

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is one of three being used in the United States.

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were already the bulk of the U.S. supply, and those are proceeding as planned. But the error could limit the ability of Johnson & Johnson to add considerably to the U.S. supply in the coming weeks.

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is the only one of the three that requires just one shot to be effective. The others require two shots spaced apart.

In response to the Times report, Johnson & Johnson acknowledged in a statement that the "quality control process identified one batch of drug substance that did not meet quality standards at emergent biosolutions," noting that the doses never advanced to the packaging stage.

"The issue was identified and addressed with emergent and shared with the United States Food & Drug Administration [FDA]," the company added.

The company said it is sending additional experts to the facility to oversee manufacturing.

1. Take Home Naloxone (THN) Program
Take Home Naloxone (THN) kits and training are available at no cost for community members who:

Use substances, or have a history of substance use
Are likely to witness and respond to an overdose, including family and friends of people who use substances
Find a list of Take Home Naloxone distribution sites across B.C.

Private businesses are not eligible to receive naloxone through the THN program. They may purchase naloxone from a community pharmacy.

2. Facility Overdose Response Box (FORB) Program
Non-government organizations working with clients at risk of overdose may apply to participate in the Facility Overdose Response Box (FORB) program.

Approved sites receive Overdose Response Boxes at no cost for use by staff in the event of a suspected opioid overdose. Overdose Response Boxes include naloxone and other overdose response supplies.

COVID-19 Vaccine Production Facility Failures
emergent biosolutions executives testified before the House Coronavirus Select Subcommittee about failures at their facility being used to produce Johnson and Johnson and AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines. emergent President and CEO Robert Kramer said a mixup occurred, because the facility was was producing the two vaccines simultaneosuly, which he called "unprecedented." Mr. Kramer testified the contamination impacted about 15 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. He spoke about remediation and said emergent would be prepared to begin production "within a matter of days." Also participating was emergent Founder and Executive Chair Faud El-Hibri. The two faced questions about the origins of the company's federal contract, executive compensation and emergent stock sales, the number of COVID-19 vaccines the company had delivered to date, and the importance of intellectual property protections.
