A career ending with a dud!
The most despised American diplomat to ever set foot in Macedonia (previously kicked out by Turkey) is certainly Jess Baily, with Philip Reeker (his boss), coming in at close second.
Baily, the scandal ridden sociopath who has meddled more in Macedonian elections and Judiciary than all of previous foreign Ambassadors put together, announced his career with the State Department is over! Just like that.
It's another diplomat, in our case, a junior CIA operative Jess Baily ends his career after sustained contact with his creation Zoran Zaev. The Murtino messiah has done this to quite a few diplomats, it's contagious. Ask Mad Dog Mattis, Wess Mitchell, Bryan Hoyt Yee, Angela Merkel...
In Baily's case though, he used Uncle Sam's Bank i.e. dispatched millions of US taxpayers dollars straight into the coffers of Goerge Soros. Did anyone seriously think Soros is spending his own money anywhere? The US State Department and USAid are Soros' piggy bank. Unfortunately for our good friend Jess Baily, dozens of media reports came out that all of the USAid and State Department "aid" in Macedonia was rerouted to Soros run "NGOs", to the tune of some $14m in the last few years. Off the books, the numbers are $50m since 2011.
The US Embassy is being investigated for over a year, most recently twelve auditors were sent to Skopje to see where the money trail goes. What they found was ... Jess Baily is retiring.

Boban Nonkovic, who reports for the state new agency MIA, today in Brussels caused a stir when he and other journalists began asking the Hungarian Billionaire, and sponsor of the "Open Society Foundation", George Soros, whether he wants to destroy the country through the crisis and unrest.
Nonkovic retorted that during the reign of the VMRO-DPMNE, the country had become a "champion in promoting Roma rights, during elections for Ministers, Mayors, MPs and executives in public institutions", and claimed that some of those protesting in the country are self-proclaimed "Sorosoids" and openly support the opposition, the SDSM.
"I'm afraid that I have already answered the question on Macedonia. I'm not actually the personally involved in the foundation in Macedonia. I have a foundation there consisting of Macedonian trustees. And they are the ones to decide the course of the foundation. They have to answer your question", said Soros.

At the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev met with philanthropist and financier George Soros, founder of the Open Society Foundations (FOI) and Patrick Gaspard, president of the FOI, the government said.
"The membership of the Republic of Macedonia in NATO and integration into the European Union was assessed as key steps that provide stability and security for the country and the region, and open the door for new foreign investments, for the development of the Macedonian economy and for improving the quality of life of the citizens," said a statement sent by the government.
Zaev and Soros, say the Government, exchanged ideas for intensifying the cooperation between the Government and the Open Society Foundations to provide better facilities for care and preschool education for children and for greater involvement in the lives of Roma citizens in various spheres of social flows in Macedonia.
The conversation emphasized the importance of the National Strategy for Society and Multiculturalism, as well as the need for the intensive participation of the civil sector in the creation and implementation of the Strategy in order to support the social trend of promoting the trust and communication between different citizens and communities in the Republic Macedonia.

Majority of Macedonians Support Changing Country's Name, EU Integration - PM
The majority of those, who voted at the referendum on changing Macedonia's name, supported the relevant agreement with Greece and thus the country's accession to NATO and the European Union, and now this issue will be considered by the parliament, Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said.
On Sunday, the referendum on the deal to change the name of Macedonia, officially known as the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, to the Republic of North Macedonia was held in the country. According to the State Election Commission, over 91 percent of voters supported renaming the country under the deal with Greece, while over five percent voted against. The referendum, however, failed to secure the necessary 50-percent turnout in order to make the vote valid and after counting data from over 91 percent of polling stations, the turnout amounted to 36.36 percent.
"This is a serious contribution, a stone in the foundation of the future of our Macedonia. Over 650,000 citizens voted at the referendum today. Over 90 percent of those voted supported [changing the name] and they believe that Macedonia should accept an agreement with Greece and become a member of NATO and the European Union," Zaev said at a press conference.
The prime minister added that in the coming weeks he will try to collect a two-thirds majority of mandates in the parliament for the adoption of constitutional amendments in accordance with the agreement with Athens. Otherwise, the country will hold snap parliamentary elections, the Macedonian leader reiterated.
EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn said commenting on the referendum results that this vote showed Macedonian citizens' commitment to EU integration and urged the political leaders to respect this decision.
"Referendum in [Macedonia]: I congratulate those citizens who voted in today's consultative referendum and made use of their democratic freedoms. With the very significant "yes" vote, there is broad support support to the Prespa Agreement + to the country's Euroatlantic path. I now expect all political leaders to respect this decision and take it forward with utmost responsibility and unity across party lines, in the interest of the country," Hahn said on Twitter.
On June 17, Greek and Macedonian foreign ministers signed an agreement on the former Yugoslav Republic's renaming to the Republic of North Macedonia in the Prespa region, following a decades-long dispute over the use of "Macedonia," which Greece has been objecting to as this is also the name of one of its regions.
The country's new constitutional name will open the way for Macedonia's accession to the European Union and NATO, which has long been blocked by Athens over concerns that the neighboring country might have territorial claims to Greece's own region of the same name.
