"Other Than F*ck Em?" - Hunter Biden When Asked What He Has to Say to People Questioning His Shady Art Selling Scheme (AUDIO)
Hunter Biden's message to the peasants questioning his shady art selling scheme: 'F*** you'
Hunter Biden was asked to respond to critics of his art selling scheme during an appearance on Nota Bene podcast.
"Other than f*ck 'em?" Hunter said.
Hunter claimed he didn't set the prices of his garbage artwork ($75,000 - $500,000) and admitted it's worthless trash.
"I would be amazed you know if my art had sold at, um you know, for $10."
"I think I'm the most famous artist in the MAGA world," Hunter added.

Hunter Biden will be meeting with potential buyers for his artwork at a private affair in Los Angeles after Psaki promised the identities of the potential buyers would be kept a secret from the Bidens.
Hunter's garbage artwork (photo below) will "range from $75,000 for works on paper to $500,000 for large-scale paintings."
"He's looking forward to it. It is like someone debuting in the world. And of course he will be there," Georges Berges Gallery spokeswoman Robin Davis told CBS News. ??
But don't worry because Davis said that at Hunter's art shows "everyone will be vetted...so, whomever is appropriate will be attending."
Even Barack Obama's ethics chief Walter Shaub said the art dealing industry is "notorious for money laundering."
"This is just preposterous," Shaub said of Hunter Biden's art selling for up to $500,000.
Hunter Biden's message to anyone questioning this obvious influence peddling and money laundering scheme: 'F*ck you'

Report: Hunter Biden's Art Dealer Sued for Fraud and Breach of Contract
Hunter Biden's art dealer, Georges Bergès, was reportedly sued for fraud and breach of contract in 2016 by an investor in his gallery.
"The lawsuit alleged that [Ingrid] Arneberg, an artist herself, had invested $500,000 for the purpose of gallery expansion and that Berges deposited it in his personal bank account to cover expenses," CBS News reported Wednesday. "Berges countersued for $4.5 million, claiming, among other things, defamation and breach of fiduciary duty. The two settled in 2018 and terms were not disclosed."
But that is not the only incident in which Hunter Biden's art dealer has been involved.
Bergès filed for personal bankruptcy in 1998, and "his creditors included credit card companies, a bank, a jeweler and furniture retailer Pier One Imports, according to federal court records. Bankruptcy proceedings ended three months later," according to the report.
Also, Bergès was arrested in California months before filing for bankruptcy and was "charged with assault with a deadly weapon and 'terrorist threats,' according to public records from the Santa Cruz Police Department."
The police department provided a report to CBS News in which is described police officers responding "to a report of a fight inside the residence involving one suspect with a knife. No injuries reported."
Georges Bergès Gallery spokeswoman Robin Davis told CBS News Bergès "got into an altercation with a roommate."
"Court records indicate Berges was sentenced to three years' probation, but Davis said the felony charges were knocked down to misdemeanors and eventually dismissed," CBS News reported. "Santa Cruz County officials declined to clarify the outcome of the case. Berges never served probation, Davis said, downplaying the incident."
The incidents of Hunter Biden's art dealer are relevant because the two art shows that Berges will throw for Hunter in New York City and Los Angeles rely on Bergès' character.
The Washington Post reported Bergès "agreed to reject any offer" for Hunter's "artwork" from anonymous buyers "that he deems suspicious or that comes in over the asking price, according to people familiar with the agreement."
Also according to the article, Bergès will set the prices for the artwork and withhold "all records, including potential bidders and final buyers."
"Everyone will be vetted...so, whomever is appropriate will be attending," David explained about the concern of who might buy the novice's "artwork" during events in which "Biden will not discuss potential purchases, prices, or anything related to the selling of artwork, according to a "source familiar with the matter."

'Sounds very ethical and anonymous!': Hunter Biden WILL meet potential art buyers, fueling accusations of influence-peddling
Hunter Biden will meet prospective buyers before he auctions his art this fall, despite the White House's promise that sales will be anonymous. Fresh accusations of corruption have been leveled at the Biden family.
Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, says he took up painting while recovering from a crack cocaine addiction. When news broke that he was planning on selling these paintings at a show in New York later this year, the Biden administration headed off conservative outrage with a convoluted scheme that it said would stop buyers using the sale to purchase favor from the Bidens.
"After careful consideration, a system has been established to allow Hunter Biden to work in his profession within reasonable safeguards," Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters earlier this month. Psaki said that a gallery owner would price Hunter's art, that the identity of buyers would be kept secret from Hunter and his family, and that bids above the asking price would be rejected.
Not any more. Hunter will in fact meet potential buyers before his paintings go to sale, CBS News reported on Wednesday. Georges Berges Gallery spokeswoman Robin Davis told CBS that Biden will be at two shows before the sale, one in Los Angeles and one at the Georges Berges Gallery itself in New York.
Davis said that attendees at the shows will be "vetted," the White House said that "the president has established the highest ethical standards of any administration in American history," and a source told CBS that "Hunter Biden will not discuss potential purchases, prices, or anything related to the selling of artwork."
Yet the public will never know what Hunter and the buyers discuss. These discussions will be beyond the reach of the Freedom of Information Act, and the deal announced by Psaki includes no enforcement mechanisms. Regular Americans, who haven't actually seen the ethics deal itself, are being asked to trust the White House and the Bidens at their word.
Conservatives are skeptical. "Turns out those 'anonymous sales' will be anonymous to everyone BUT Hunter Biden and the buyers," Colorado Rep. Ken Buck (R) tweeted. "Sounds pretty shady to me."
"Sounds like a very ethical and anonymous art sale!" Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton (R) tweeted.
"Hunter Biden will meet with prospective buyers of his absurdly overpriced, presidency-profiting art," tweeted Walter Shaub, former head of the Office of Government Ethics during the Obama administration. "Good grief. The president has such a blind spot on this issue. I really hope he and his son come to their senses."

But what about Muh Indigenous People's Day?
SMDH
The city of Columbus, Ohio, will not observe the controversial federal holiday honoring its namesake, Italian explorer Christopher Columbus, for the first time this year.
City offices are instead scheduled to close on Veterans Day in November, though a spokesperson for the mayor's office said the decision was not spurred by movements to replace Columbus Day with Indigenous Peoples Day, a counter-celebration held on the same day to commemorate Native Americans.
Critics say the holiday honors the mass genocide and colonization of Native Americans, who lived in the Americas long before Christopher Columbus arrived in October 1492, while Italian-American organizations say the movement comes at the expense of a time to celebrate their ethnic heritage.
Ohio's capital city is the most populated city named after Columbus, with 860,000 people in the 2016 U.S. census. The city, however, lacks the funding to give its 8,500 employees both Veterans Day and Columbus Day off, said Robin Davis, a spokesperson for Mayor Andrew Ginther.
"We have a number of veterans who work for the city, and there are so many here in Columbus," Davis said. "We thought it was important to honor them with that day off."
Several U.S. cities and states have replaced Columbus Day with Indigenous Peoples Day or Native American Day - including Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix and Denver, as well as South Dakota and Alaska.
In his proclamation for Columbus Day for each of the past two years, President Trump did not mention Native Americans, unlike former Democratic presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. He commended Columbus' courage and journey, similar to President George W. Bush's proclamations.
"As we celebrate the tremendous strides our Nation has made since his arrival, we acknowledge the important contributions of Italian Americans to our country's culture, business, and civic life," the proclamation issued Saturday reads.
In November, the Democratic National Committee issued a statement on Native American Heritage Month discussing the party's commitment to American Indians and Alaska Natives and reflecting on government-sanctioned violence against the community.

>In the wake of scandals that have forced every member of West Virginia's Supreme Court to either resign or face impeachment, three justices are due in impeachment proceedings today in a move that critics say is politically motivated.
> In June, state lawmakers opened an investigation into potential spending and ethical violations of every member the court. In the early hours of August 14, based on the findings of the committee, the West Virginia House of Delegates voted to impeach four justices, Margaret Workman, Allen Loughry, Elizabeth Walker, and Robin Davis, on charges related to lavish spending and the waste of state funds. Justice Davis announced her immediate retirement on August 14. She is accused of spending approximately half a million dollars renovating her office…A fifth member, Justice Menis Ketchum, announced his resignation on July 11 before the House considered articles of impeachment against him. He later pled guilty to one felony count of wire fraud for improper use of a state fuel credit card.
>Now, Justices Margaret Workman, Allen Loughry, and Elizabeth Walker are set to face impeachment proceedings in the state Senate. Workman is facing accusations that include overpaying judges' salaries and falsifying accounts. Walker is facing accusations that include wasting state funds. Loughry is facing a federal indictment on charges that include the misuse of state vehicles, and lying to FBI agents.
>Impeachment proceedings against the judges in the West Virginia Senate are set to begin today. If the remaining judges are removed in the upcoming Senate session, their open seats will be filled by West Virginia's Republican Governor Jim Justice.

Ex-West Virginia Supreme Court justice pleads guilty
Menis Ketchum pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to a felony count of fraud related to his personal use of a state vehicle and gas fuel card in a scandal that has led to upcoming impeachment trials for the remaining justices.
U.S. Attorney Mike Stuart announced Ketchum's agreement to plead guilty soon after the 75-year-old justice retired in July. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. Sentencing is set for Dec. 6.
The four other justices were impeached last week by the House of Delegates. Justice Robin Davis retired hours later. She and Justices Allen Loughry, Margaret Workman and Beth Walker face trial in the Senate.
The impeachment probe was sparked by questions involving more than $3 million in renovations to the justices' offices and expanded to broader accusations of corruption, incompetence and neglect of duty. The scandal prompted an extraordinary move by one branch of government to essentially fire another.

Supreme courts impeached - heads of FBI soon to be removed. No faith in justice system, moving to Military tribunals?
West Virginia lawmakers made a historic decision Monday: They voted to impeach the state's entire Supreme Court of Appeals, the highest court in the state.
…
Eight of the articles targeted the court's chief justice, Allen Loughry, who, according to the Times, has been suspended since June. Among other accusations, he is accused of lying to lawmakers and using state property for his personal use, including vehicles and gas cards.
The remaining justices - acting Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justices Robin Davis and Elizabeth Walker - were impeached on three articles. Workman and Davis were impeached for overpaying senior status judges on lower courts, while Davis was impeached for misusing $500,000 in taxpayer funds on office renovations.
All four justices were charged with neglect of duty, abusing their power, and failing to reign in the spending of the others, according to NBC News.
The court's fifth justice, Menis Ketchum, resigned last month before impeachment proceedings began. He has also pleaded guilty to a federal charge of defrauding the state of West Virginia. He faces 20 years in federal prison.

The entire West Virginia Supreme Court was just impeached. Here's everything you need to know.
West Virginia lawmakers made a historic decision Monday: They voted to impeach the state's entire Supreme Court of Appeals, the highest court in the state.
What are the details?
The West Virginia House of Delegates Judiciary Committee approved 14 articles of impeachment against the court's four sitting justices last week. Their alleged grievances ranged from misusing taxpayer money for office renovations to using state-owned property, including a historic desk, for personal use.
The full House of Delegates considered the articles of impeachment on Monday, ultimately approving 11 of them through a series of votes that fell along party lines, the New York Times reported.
Meanwhile, Loughry, who was already on administrative leave prior to Monday's developments, is facing a 22-count federal indictment for fraud, witness tampering, lying to federal investigators, and obstruction of justice. His criminal trial is set to begin in October. If found guilty, he faces a maximum sentence of 395 years in prison and a $5.5 million fine.
What happens next?
On Tuesday, Davis announced her resignation from the court, according to the Wall Street Journal. In a statement, the Democratic justice blamed partisan politics for the house cleaning.
"What we are witnessing is a disaster for the rule of law," she said.
The impeachment process for the three remaining justices will be handed off to the state Senate. The chamber will hold trials for each justice and decide whether they should be expelled from the bench.
Gov. Jim Justice (R) will get to name the replacement for any removed justice. Replacement justices will remain on the bench until an election can be held, according to the Times, which could take more than a year.
Circuit Judge Paul Farrell will preside over the Senate trial, since Workman - who would normally preside over impeachment proceedings as chief justice - cannot rule in her own trial. It was Workman who appointed Farrell to the bench. He was confirmed to the court last Friday on an interim basis.

West Virginia lawmakers move to impeach entire Supreme Court
West Virginia's House Judiciary Committee moved to impeach the state's entire Supreme Court this week.
The committee filed 14 articles of impeachment against the four judges on Tuesday, and they will now go to the full House of Delegates for a vote.
The articles allege the justices - Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justices Allen Loughry, Robin Davis and Elizabeth Walker - have engaged in corruption, incompetency, neglect of duty, maladministration and certain high crimes.
The justices are also accused of "wasteful spending of taxpayer funds on lavish office renovations," using public vehicles for personal matters and creating a plan to pay certain senior judges more than is lawful, the committee said.
"This is truly a sad day for West Virginia, but it is an important step forward if we are going to restore the public's confidence in the judiciary," state Rep. John Shott, a Republican who chairs the judiciary committee, said in a statement. "This committee did not take this effort lightly. After reviewing all the evidence available to us, it became clear that a culture of entitlement and disregard for both the law and taxpayer funds have damaged the reputation of our judicial system - and that all justices had a part in violating the public's trust."
Aside from the articles of impeachment, Loughry was previously suspended for allegedly repeatedly lying about using his office for personal gain. He pleaded not guilty in federal court in June to multiple counts involving alleged fraud.
His trial is expected to begin in early October. If convicted, he faces up to 395 years in prison and $5.5 million in fines.
WEST VIRGINIA SUPREME COURT JUSTICE FACES 395 YEARS BEHIND BARS IN FEDERAL FRAUD CASE
Among the offenses, Loughry is accused of using a government vehicle and credit card on personal trips, and unlawfully converting a historically significant piece of furniture for his own use - a desk that belonged to famed architect Cass Gilbert. He has also been charged with attempting to corruptly obstruct and influence testimonial evidence of a Supreme Court employee in an imminent grand jury investigation.
State Rep. Barbara Fleischauer, a Democrat, told the Charleston Gazette-Mail that the lumping of all the justices together in the articles of impeachment seemed to be a "coup," of sorts, to help Republican Gov. Jim Justice appoint his choices to the court.
FOX NEWS MIDTERM ELECTIONS HEADQUARTERS
Normally, West Virginia has five Supreme Court justices who are elected to serve a 12-year term, NPR reported.
However, Menis E. Ketchum resigned from the state Supreme Court in July after he was accused of alleged federal wire fraud. He pleaded guilty to a felony charge of defrauding the state and faces up to 20 years in prison, according to WSAZ-TV.
The majority of the House will need to vote to move the articles of impeachment to the state Senate. There, two-thirds of the lawmakers will need to vote to adopt the articles to remove any justice from office.
The full House of Delegates is supposed to come back to session on Monday, August 13.
Loughry, who took office in 2012, was selected to serve as Chief Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court in April 2017, but later that year was replaced amid reports that he and another justice spent more than a million dollars of public funds. He has since been suspended without pay.

West Virginia lawmakers vote to impeach all four members of state Supreme Court
The West Virginia House Judiciary Committee voted on Tuesday to impeach all four members of its state Supreme Court. The panel approved 14 article of impeachment against the sitting justices, according to the Charleston Gazette-Mail, which moves forward the possibility of impeachment for the entirety of the Supreme Court in that state. "It's a sad day, and it certainly isn't a cause for celebration," Judiciary Chairman John Shott, a Repulibcan, said Tuesday as the articles were distributed to the committee members in the West Virginia House.
The charges against Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justices Robin Davis, Allen Loughry and Beth Walker, include "unnecessary and lavish spending" of taxpayer dollars to renovate their offices, maladministration, and corruption. All four justices are also charged with neglecting their duties to develop and maintain court policies regarding the use of state resources, like cars, computers, and funds.
Loughry faces additional charges that say he used state-issued vehicle for personal travel, moved and used government furniture and computers to his residence, and framed personal artwork on government money. Loughry is the subject of eight of the 14 articles of impeachment. Both Workman and Davis are the subject of four each and Walker is the subject of two.
If the justices leave office before they have two years left in their term, the governor will appoint interim justices in their stead, and a special election to replace them would take place May 2020. Currently, all of the four justices have more than two years left in their terms.

West Virginia's House Judiciary Committee has adopted articles of impeachment against all four justices on the state's Supreme Court of Appeals, accusing the judges of a range of crimes and throwing the court's immediate future into disarray.
Approved on Tuesday afternoon, the articles of impeachment recommend that the entire bench - Chief Justice Margaret Workman, Justice Allen Loughry, Justice Robin Davis, and Justice Elizabeth Walker - be impeached "for maladministration, corruption, incompetency, neglect of duty, and certain high crimes and misdemeanors."
By law, West Virginia has five Supreme Court justices, who are elected to 12-year terms. But the bench was reduced to four in July, when Justice Menis Ketchum resigned - abruptly announcing his retirement just as impeachment proceedings were set to begin.
Many of the articles take aim at Loughry - whom a federal grand jury indicted in June on a number of serious charges that include fraud, witness tampering and lying to federal investigators.
The investigation into Loughry centered on his use of official vehicles, the expensive renovation of his Supreme Court office - and his moving of a valuable and historic "Cass Gilbert" desk from a Capitol building to his home office.
The 14 newly adopted articles accuse all the justices of overspending to remodel their offices and of failing to properly execute their administrative duties. Except for Walker, they were also accused of paying retired senior status judges more than the law allowed.
"This is truly a sad day for West Virginia, but it is an important step forward if we are going to restore the public's confidence in the judiciary," said Judiciary Committee Chairman John Shott, a Republican.
The full House is slated to vote on the impeachment articles next Monday; if approved, they would then move to the Senate. The next step would be for the Senate to hold a trial.
As for how the bench would be filled if any justices are removed or resign, West Virginia Public Broadcasting reports that next Tuesday, Aug. 14, is the deadline for arranging a special election for November. After that, it would fall to the governor to appoint any new justices.
Because Ketchum retired well before the deadline, his seat is up for a special election this fall.
The timing of Tuesday's vote to approve the impeachment articles - after a month of hearings, and one week before the Aug. 14 deadline - was quickly criticized by Democrats.
"It's a coup," said Delegate Barbara Evans Fleischauer, a Democrat who is the judiciary committee's minority chair. She added, "They dragged this out all summer long, and suddenly they put this on the agenda."
Fleischauer told NPR that she sees the timing of the impeachment as a ploy to allow Gov. Jim Justice - a former Democrat who is now a Republican - to appoint the majority of the justices on the state's highest court. Any new justices would then serve until the next election in two years' time, she said.
Shott has denied that any political maneuvering was at work, telling the Charleston Gazette-Mail, "Especially in an election year, there's going to be people who will spin it however it creates the most advantage to them. That's just part of the process."
In 2015, West Virginia voted to make its Supreme Court elections nonpartisan. But all of the current justices have been affiliated with the two main parties, and at the start of the year, the bench's unofficial makeup was 3-2 in favor of the Democrats. Loughry won office as a Republican; Walker ran as a Republican in 2008 before being elected in a nonpartisan vote in 2016. Both Workman and Davis were elected as Democrats, as was Ketchum.
Fleischauer and Shott also differ on the nature of the charges involved. While Fleischauer said she views the charges against Loughry as serious, she thinks the charges against the other three justices are "a lot different" and don't warrant impeachment charges.
On Tuesday, Shott said that after reviewing the evidence, "it became clear that a culture of entitlement and disregard for both the law and taxpayer funds have damaged the reputation of our judicial system - and that all justices had a part in violating the public's trust."

West Virginia House committee votes to impeach entire state Supreme Court
The state's House Judiciary Committee approved 14 articles of impeachment against all four sitting justices of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals
The charges against the sitting justices include "unnecessary and lavish" spending of taxpayer dollars, maladministration, corruption and neglect of duty, according to the newspaper.
Loughry is the subject of a 23-count federal indictment, which includes charges of mail fraud, wire fraud, making false statements to a federal agent multiple times, obstruction of justice and witness tampering, according to the Gazette-Mail. Loughry was suspended from the bench in June, and his trial is slated to begin in October, it noted.
Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justice Robin Davis are reportedly both the subject of four articles of impeachment, while Justice Beth Walker is the subject of two.
Justice Allen Loughry, who is the subject of eight articles, is facing additional charges related to abusing access to state resources, the newspaper reported.

one of the largest of the controversial expenses was the renovation of Justice Robin Davis's office. That cost $500,278.23. According to Realtor.com, the median listing price for a house in Charleston is $150,000.
Davis's office work included over $23,000 for "design services" by Ed Weber Architects. The glass countertops, glass door and floor cost $90,000. Stainless steel cabinets and shelves cost $40,000. Two Edward Fields rugs priced out at over $28,000.
Davis, in an interview with WCHS TV's Kennie Bass, who broke the original story, owned up to the expenses. "I wanted the people of West Virginia to hear about my office from me," she told Bass. "Anything that is done in this office is on me."
Lawmakers may well take that to heart. "No one can justify spending that kind of money... it's incredibly excessive spending," Armstead said.
