Back in March, the Biden administration claimed that it was persuading the Palestinian Authority (PA), led by Mahmoud Abbas, to change its murder-for-hire "pay for slay" policy. Terrorists who have been imprisoned in Israel for their crimes, as well as families of deceased or wounded terrorists, receive monthly stipends as a reward for murdering Jews. The longer the prison sentence, the higher the monthly stipend. Talk about incentivizing and encouraging terrorism. Not only has the PA not begun to change the "pay for slay" system, it is adding tens of thousands of terrorist prisoners and "martyrs" to be funded by the scheme.

Accused cop slasher Fredrick Elrezz found dead in jail after attempted murder

The man charged with the attempted murder of a police officer this month has been found dead in his prison cell.

A man who sparked a terror probe after he allegedly slashed at and bit police officers in Sydney's CBD has been found dead in his prison cell.

Fredrick Fadi Elrezz was charged with attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed two officers, slashing one across the head and shoulder, and bit another on the arm on York St earlier this month.

The Lakemba man, 32, was being held at Parklea Correctional Centre.

Elrezz had alleged in court he has been beaten by prison guards because of his alleged crimes.

His first scheduled court on September 3 was abandoned over fears he might injure corrections staff who refused to handle him.

His lawyer Oussama Elfawal told the court the next day that his client was having a "difficult time" in custody and claimed he had been the victim of violence himself.

"He says he has been subject to violence from the guards because of the allegations against him," he said.

Outside court Mr Elfawal said Elrezz wanted to be brought up on screen before Magistrate Robert Williams to show him a "graze" on his face and claimed to have been "beaten".

Police had been called to Sydney's CBD after reports Elrezz had harassed a food delivery driver on George St.

It was alleged he approached the officers before pulling a knife from his pocket and attacking three officers.

Police alleged Elrezz told officers "I wanted to kill the cop" and then said "Allahu Akbar" while being interviewed over the alleged attack.

The injured officers were taken to St Vincent's Hospital, with a 40-year-old male senior constable treated for a cut to the left side of his head and a second cut to his left upper arm/shoulder.

A 39-year-old male acting sergeant received treatment for a cut on his finger and a knee injury, while a 20-year-old male probationary constable was treated for a bite to his tricep.

Following the incident anti-terrorism police raided the York St hostel Mr Elrezz had been staying at and seized several items during searches in Lakemba.

Elrezz did not apply for bail and it was formally refused. His next court date had been set for October 29.

ALLEGED ATTACK IN CUSTODY

Elrezz had also been charged with the alleged assault of two prison officers while in custody.

On September 10 he faced Blacktown Local Court where police alleged that while being held in custody at Surry Hills the week before, Elrezz became physically aggressive towards two Corrective Services NSW officers, biting one on the hand and spitting on the other.

He faced fresh charges of assaulting a law enforcement officer and inflicting actual bodily harm and two counts of assaulting a law officer.

Federal immigration officials arrested an MS-13 member they believe threatened officers in the same Bronx police precinct where two cops were wounded in back-to-back shootings last weekend, the Daily News has learned.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents on Thursday afternoon picked up Armando Clemente-Ramos, who is suspected of threatening officers in the 41st Precinct and elsewhere in the Bronx, a law enforcement source said.
"MS-13 wanted their hat in the ring," the source said, alluding to the publicity surrounding the shootings.

ICE identified Clemente-Ramos through immigration-related leads, said the source, who declined to say how the threat was made except to note it didn't come over social media.
Clemente-Ramos, who is undocumented, is being held for now on immigration-related charges, said the source.

Clemente-Ramos' threat surfaced Sunday, after suspect Robert Williams was arrested for two separate attacks on 41st Precinct officers on Saturday and Sunday.

Officers in the precinct were warned Thursday to "remain vigilant and stay alert" after the NYPD's Chief of Detectives office received an anonymous tip that someone else might have been planning to shoot some of them.
Police limited access to the 41st Precinct stationhouse on Longwood Ave., taping off every stairway but one to funnel the public into and out of a single entrance.

A wooden sawhorse was placed in front of the steps on the side of the building, while a metal barricade blocked off a nearby wheelchair ramp.

Three police officers - two of them members of the anti-terrorism Strategic Response Group - were stationed outside the door.

NYPD 'Declaring War' On 'Anti-Cop' Mayor De Blasio: Sergeants' Union

The Sergeant's Benevolent Association (SBA), which represents thousands of New York City police sergeants, said on Sunday that they will go to 'war' with 'anti-cop' Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) after several police officers were targeted in brazen attacks over the weekend, with one ending up in the hospital.

Suspect Robert Williams was arrested after allegedly attacking two officers within 12 hours - starting when he opened fire on a marked NYPD van on the evening of Feb 8, hitting officer Paul Stroffolino, 31, who was shot in the neck and chin. Almost 12 hours later, Williams walked into the 41st precinct station house just before 8 a.m. on Sunday morning and opened fire in the lobby in the presence of several police officers. He has been charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

Stroffolino was released Sunday morning to applause from his fellow officers following a full recovery.

Earlier Sunday, the union tweeted that Mayor de Blasio would not be welcome to visit wounded officers in the hospital, and that the police has no "respect" for the Democratic mayor, according to The Hill.

"Mayor DeBlasio, the members of the NYPD are declaring war on you! We do not respect you, DO NOT visit us in hospitals. You sold the NYPD to the vile creatures, the 1% who hate cops but vote for you," tweeted the SBA.

"Police are being targeted.The anti cop tone infecting our city & state is causing bloodshed. Before any public official sends their thoughts & prayers, they should ask themselves how the language & behavior they've been tolerating has contributed to violence against police," the union continued.

Cancer patients at Modesto hospital pressured to choose end-of-life care, lawsuit claims

Colleen Ursini didn't give up on her 58-year-old husband and the doctor who treats him for cancer.

A year ago, her husband Nicholas was at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto for treatment of pneumonia when hospital staff told him death was near and they pushed for end of life care, Ursini says in a declaration for a lawsuit.

The Ripon woman said the staff surreptitiously gave him the hopeless prognosis after she went home to take a shower. When she returned, a "do not resuscitate" bracelet had been placed on his hand and Nicholas said they "told me I am going to die any time now," Ursini says in a sworn statement.

Her tearful husband had taken off his oxygen mask. Colleen put it back on, called for the head nurse and demanded treatment for his pneumonia

A year later, cancer treatment has greatly shrunk the tumor in her husband's lung and he breathes on his own, Ursini says.

"You can live for four or five years if you continue with the treatment," says Ursini, who's willing to testify on behalf of Modesto oncologist Robert Williams, who filed a blistering lawsuit last week against DMC and other defendants.

The lawsuit cites numerous cases in which in-house doctors at the hospital pressured cancer patients to opt for end-of-life care. In some instances, cancer treatment or other procedures needed by patients were not provided, the suit alleges.

Ursini says an in-house doctor or "hospitalist" did not consult with Williams about her husband's condition.

Other patients and their families are vouching for the skills and knowledge of Williams, who is facing disciplinary action over his disagreements with hospital policies and conflicts with fellow staff members at Doctors.

Williams, whose education included Harvard Medical School and a research fellowship at Yale University, claims that officials with Stanislaus County health services, where he previously worked, and Doctors tried to stop him from opening his private practice in October 2011. He also claims that hospital officials want to revoke his privileges at Doctors, first awarded in 2003.

"He feels they are retaliating against him for speaking up for the way patients are treated," said Bay Area attorney Sunena Sabharwal, who's representing the cancer specialist. "He wants justice for his patients and wants his patients in the future to be treated with the care and dignity they deserve."

The attorney is seeking an injunction to stop any hospital disciplinary action against Williams, who is 73. A hearing is set for March 19 in Stanislaus Superior Court.

Williams charges that in the past several years he complained about patient care at Doctors and especially about policies "that were instituted to pressure cancer patients to choose hospice and end-of-life care while ignoring other medical conditions that could have been treated to extend their lives."

It's a serious charge as hospitals grapple with rising health care costs, and newer treatments offer more options for cancer patients to extend their lives, further complicating end-of-life decisions.

The lawsuit claims that nurses and hospitalists retaliated against Williams, telling patients he was incompetent, "stupid" or crazy, and hospital staff didn't follow his treatment orders.

In 2012, Williams made headlines after filing what one news service called a "scorching" lawsuit against the Stanislaus Health Services Agency, claiming fraudulent billing and dumping of indigent adult cancer patients on the Medi-Cal program. Williams also dialed up the heat for his lawsuit against Doctors.

It details six or more instances of postponed surgery, misdiagnoses or delayed cancer treatments alleged to have resulted in patient deaths. In some cases, hospital staff recommended hospice care for cancer patients who were in remission or were not terminally ill, the lawsuit claims.

The suit also cites cases of family members or Williams resisting hospital staff referrals for hospice care. The complaint says those patients are still alive today.

The suit suggests that part of the reason for the alleged actions was an attempt to increase profits by removing patients with inferior insurance from hospital beds.

The extent of Mostyn's ties to the Clintons is not fully known but it seems that he and his wife had been major players in their inner circle for years. The timing of his death is especially concerning as Hillary Clinton has once again found herself at the center of scrutiny for alleged dirty dealings during her time as Secretary of State.

26- Hershell Friday - Attorney and Clinton fund raiser died March 1, 1994 when his plane exploded.

27 - Kevin Ives and Don Henry - Known as "The boys on the track" case. Reports say the boys may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport drug operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death said, due to falling asleep on railroad tracks. Later reports claim the two boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks. Many linked to the case died before their testimony could come before a Grand Jury.

THE FOLLOWING PERSONS HAD INFORMATION ON THE IVES/HENRY CASE:

28 - Keith Coney - Died when his motorcycle slammed into the back of a truck, July 1988.

29 - Keith McMaskle - Died stabbed 113 times, Nov, 1988

30 - Gregory Collins - Died from a gunshot wound January 1989.

31 - Jeff Rhodes - He was shot, mutilated and found burned in a trash dump in April 1989.

33 - James Milan - Found decapitated. However, the Coroner ruled his death was due to "natural causes."
