You sound about my age and have probably been digging about the same.
Some of the biggest breakthroughs I've learned over the years:
-Atlas Specific Adjustment. Check out the book The Subluxation Specific The Adjustment Specific Vol. 18
-Neurofeedback. Look up Robert Longo and Thomas Collura. I currently tune the brain using this system.
-MTHFR gene mutation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGUwLNmxejk This will blow some minds
-Epigenetics. Just get your epigenetics tested by Muhdo.
Just some nuggs to check out when you are bored.

The Kitchen
The Kitchen is one of New York City's oldest nonprofit spaces, showing innovative work by emerging and established artists across disciplines. Our programs range from dance, music, performance, and theater, to video, film, and art, in addition to literary events, artists' talks, and lecture series. Since its inception, The Kitchen has been a powerful force in shaping the cultural landscape of this country, and has helped launch the careers of many artists who have gone on to worldwide prominence. Founded as an artist collective in 1971 by Woody and Steina Vasulka and incorporated as a nonprofit two years later, The Kitchen has from its infancy been a space where experimental artists and composers share progressive ideas with like-minded colleagues. It was among the very first American institutions to embrace the emerging fields of video and performance, while presenting visionary new work in established disciplines such as dance, music, literature, and film. This unique combination generated an environment immediately conducive to groundbreaking and cross-disciplinary explorations, helping launch the careers ofmany artists who have defined the American avant-garde, including Vito Acconci, Laurie Anderson, Charles Atlas, Dara Birnbaum, Lucinda Childs, Bill T. Jones, Sherrie Levine, Robert Longo, Robert Mapplethorpe, Cindy Sherman, Kiki Smith, and Elizabeth Streb, among many others. Today, The Kitchen is an internationally-acclaimed institution giving support to-and seeking to foster a living dialogue among-artists from every field and area of culture in the effort to create an art for our time.

"Creative Time Gala at City Point
The packed house at Creative Time's May 3 gala included Chloë Sevigny, Abbi Jacobson, Ilana Glazer, Kara Walker, Waris Ahluwalia, Hank Willis Thomas, and Marilyn Minter, joined by a suite of ice sculptures recreating Jordan Wolfson's creepy robotic sculptures in frozen form.
Opening Ceremony's Carol Lim and Humberto Leon were the honorees of the night, which offered a sneak peek of the upcoming "Pledges of Allegiance" project, featuring flags designed by 16 artists, including Robert Longo, Vik Muniz, Yoko Ono, Trevor Paglen, Pedro Reyes, and Rirkrit Tiravanija.
"Not a shoddy bunch," said Creative Time's Nato Thompson of the participants, noting that they had jumped at the chance to communicate what they believe in through the project. "As an arts community we need to stand up for ourselves; as a world community we need to stand up for ourselves.""

Johnny Mnemonic is a 1995 Canadian-American cyberpunk action thriller film directed by Robert Longo in his directorial debut. The film stars Keanu Reeves and Dolph Lundgren. The film is based on the story of the same name by William Gibson. Keanu Reeves plays the title character, a man with a cybernetic brain implant designed to store information. _The film portrays Gibson's dystopian view of the future with the world dominated by megacorporations and with strong East Asian influences._ This was Dolph Lundgren's last theatrically released US/Hollywood film until 2010's The Expendables.
The film was shot on location in Canada, with Toronto and Montreal filling in for the film's Newark and Beijing settings. A number of local sites, including Toronto's Union Station and Montreal's skyline and Jacques Cartier Bridge, feature prominently.
