Update about this case: Still no decision, but it has been a big month in other ways. And the government has gotten up to some interesting hijinks. I'll explain.
For starters, oral argument was fantastic. The judges called the government's conduct "egregious" and "outrageous." One of the judges even compared the FBI's search to the kinds of broad, general searches that sparked the Revolutionary War.

Tomorrow, I'm flying to Los Angeles for oral argument in what may be the most important Fourth Amendment case pending in the United States today. The basic facts: The FBI broke open and searched hundreds of safe deposit boxes without any reason to think the boxholders did anything wrong.
U.S. Private Vaults, a business in Beverly Hills, offered a private and secure place where people could store their most valued, sensitive possessions. In March 2021, the FBI raided USPV, broke open every single box in the vault, and looked through all the contents. The FBI ran all cash in the vault by drug dogs, opened envelopes and photographed the contents, and ultimately sent everything worth over $5,000 to asset forfeiture—initiating proceedings to keep that property forever.

Q Research General #22654: Toxic Truth, Deadly for Dems Edition
Nine Boxes Of Biden Documents Taken From Boston Office
Nine boxes of documents were taken from President Joe Biden's Washington DC think tank and shipped to the Boston office of his attorney Patrick Moore, and have yet to be reviewed for classified material, the National Archives disclosed in a Tuesday letter responding to Sens. Rob Johnson (R-WI) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA).
Moore shipped the boxes from the Penn Biden Center from his Boston office before discovering the initial trove of classified documents at the DC-based think tank, Fox News reports.
In response to questions by Johnson and Grassley in a Feb. 24 letter asking how and when the archives learned that records were transported to Boston, Acting Archivist of the United States Debra Steidel Wall responded the agency learned about it on Nov. 3, 2022.
"When NARA [National Archives and Records Administration] contacted President Biden's personal counsel on November 3, 2022, to arrange to pick up boxes from the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., they informed NARA that Mr. Moore had moved other boxes from the Penn Biden Center to Mr. Moore's law firm in Boston," reads the letter.
What's more, the archives told the DOJ Office of the Inspector General on Nov. 4 that the documents had been moved. They were then picked up on Nov. 9, where they were secured at the JFK Presidential Library in Boston.
"NARA staff retrieved nine boxes from Mr. Moore's Boston office," said Wall, who added that NARA doesn't know about any other locations where Biden may have stored records from his days as vice president. Under US law, presidential and vice presidential records must be handed to NARA for preservation when a president leaves office.
"NARA only has direct knowledge about boxes that were located at the Penn Biden Center and at Mr. Moore's office in Boston," wrote Wall. "NARA has informed DOJ that, in accordance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA), any Presidential or Vice Presidential records that DOJ obtains from any other location must be returned to NARA no later than the conclusion of their investigation."
Meanwhile, the Archives - despite having possession of the boxes since November - "has not reviewed the contents of the boxes found at Mr. Moore's Boston office," the letter reads.

Q Research General #22447: Weaponzation of the Gov't II Edition
House weaponization panel opens first hearing with a partisan bang
https://thehill.com/homenews/3851910-house-weaponization-panel-opens-first-hearing-with-a-partisan-bang/
The GOP's weaponization subcommittee launched its first hearing Thursday, offering a dizzying flood of claims that highlight the partisan divisions over the role of the federal government and the legitimacy of the newly created panel. Republicans formed the committee as a way to counter alleged abuse of a government they say is abusing its power to target conservatives. Democrats see the committee as the weapon itself, a vehicle for the GOP to forward conspiracy theories that will mobilize the Republican base ahead of 2024. Helmed by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chair of both the subcommittee and the overall Judiciary Committee where it is housed, Thursday's hearing included a quartet of current and former lawmakers, with the GOP inviting former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who left the Democratic Party, to testify. "Over the course of our work in this committee, we expect to hear from government officials and experts like we have here today. We expect to hear from Americans who've been targeted by the government. We expect to hear from people in need. And we expect to hear from the FBI agents who have come forward as whistleblowers," Jordan said Thursday. "Protecting the Constitution shouldn't be partisan."
Del. Stacey Plaskett (D-V.I.), the top Democrat on the panel, countered that the conception of the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government itself was purely partisan. "I'm deeply concerned about the use of this select subcommittee as a place to settle scores, showcase conspiracy theories, and advance an extreme agenda that risks undermining Americans' faith in our democracy," Plaskett said at the outset of the hearing. The hearing, convened to broadly explore politicization of the FBI and the Justice Department, went even wider, with a first panel of current and former lawmakers offering a roadmap of the suite of potential topics the panel could cover. References to the investigation of former President Trump, pRobes into Hunter Biden, alleged abuse of authority at the IRS, complaints of media coverage and social media company actions were woven together in opening statements from Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Rob Johnson (R-Wis.). Grassley complained of a "triad" of influences seeking to limit a number of his own inquiries, stymied by what he said were partisan media, the FBI and Democratic colleagues. "What I'm about to tell you sounds like it's out of some fiction spy thriller, but it actually happened," he said.
Johnson said his 10-minute opening statement "barely scratched the surface in the striking complexity, power and destructive nature of the forces that we face." The two, along with Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), the top Democrat on the oversight committee who served as the party's witness Tuesday, each took a page out of Jordan's book, rattling off a list of examples of impropriety, whether by the government or allies of Trump. "Weaponization is the right name for this federal subcommittee. Not because weaponization of the government is targeted. But because weaponization of government is its purpose," Raskin said. "The odd name of the weaponization subcommittee constitutes a case of pure psychological projection." A second panel included Jonathan Turkey, an attorney and often-used Republican witness, as well as two former FBI agents, including James Baker, who penned the book "The Fall of the FBI: How a once great agency became a threat to democracy." In questions with the witnesses, lawmakers' own assessments of the FBI were on display. "We come not to trash the FBI, but to rescue the FBI from political capture," said Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.). Gaetz, a last-minute addition to the panel in place of Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas), was previously under investigation by the Justice Department in connection with a sex-trafficking pRobe, but career prosecutors recommended against charging him. Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-N.Y.), who served as counsel to House Democrats in the first impeachment of Trump, asked Jordan to turn over transcripts of its interviews with the FBI whistleblowers they've spoken with. "I worked in the Department of Justice for 10 years alongside a lot of FBI special agents and their biggest concern and the most damage to the morale of the FBI occurred after Donald Trump started attacking the FBI because he was being attacked by the FBI. And that is what this subcommittee is all about," he said.

Q Research General #12857: PANIC! KEK! Edition
Soros' Sophistry and the Fight to Shape a New Economic Science
In my previous articles The Great Reset Fraud and Putin's Anti-Fascist Open System and You, I made the point that the trans-Atlantic System's meltdown has precipitated a flood of "false solutions" promoted by those same arsonists who have done much to set it ablaze under a post-industrial bubble economy over many decades.
The form of these false solutions has taken the form of the Green New Deal which proposes to use the two fold economic crisis/COVID-19 pandemic to accelerate the transition into a de-carbonized world order driven by around green energy grids, cap and trade/carbon tax schemes and general population reduction. The insipid outlook behind this paradigm is rooted in a devout misanthropy aims at solving humanity's pRoblems by establishing technocratically management post-nation state regime.
The other paradigm advanced by Presidents Putin and Xi Jinping is in simple terms, a Multi-polar alliance under the guiding spirit of the Belt and Road/Polar Silk Road. Based upon their words and actions, both leaders have committed to open system models premised around the view that resources and growth are only as limited as the cognitive powers of the members of their nations. Vast megaprojects driven by high-speed rail, water programs, and space development highlight in practice just how their anti-Malthusian view has expressed itself in real time as 135 nations have already joined the framework at various levels and hundreds of millions have been lifted out of poverty.
The Institute for New Economic Thinking
Today, I would like to address an often overlooked but highly important part of those false solutions in a bit more detail. This will unfortunately involve looking into the disturbing mind of George Soros and an Oxford-based organization which this billionaire, regime-change-funding, world-government-loving, anti-nation state creep co-founded in 2008 entitled the Institute For New Economic Thinking (INET).
Founded in 2008, the Institute for New Economic Thinking was designed to absorb young creative minds who might otherwise make actual discoveries in economic science into a controlled environment where they would be granted an apparent (but not actual) freedom and funding. In this environment, they would be free to innovate new alternative theories of economics as long as they adopted certain specific assumptions and axioms conducive to oligarchical societies committed to zero growth/closed system thinking.
The idea behind INET was simple: The crash of 2008-2009 all but guaranteed that new ideas would be searched for to put out the impending fire as sheep would awaken in droves under the chaos of the ruined order, and a wide net had to be created to capture all the fish leaping out of the pond in search of new ideas.
Other co-founders included Jim Balsillie, and William Janeway while the former INEP chairman is none other than Lord Adair Turner.
Balsillie is a Canadian billionaire who ran the Canadian Roundtable Group renamed the Canadian International Council (CIC) after it merged with his Center for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) in 2007. Working in tandem with the American Chatham House (aka: the CFR), Balsillie said in 2007:

Alex Pedersen (politician)
Alex Pedersen is an American politician who serves on the Seattle City Council representing District 4. He was previously an aide to city councilmember Tim Burgess and a private-sector housing finance analyst.
Pedersen was raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a masters degree in government administration.[1][2] He joined the Presidential Management Fellows Program during the Clinton administration and worked on homelessness and community development programs for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under Secretary Andrew Cuomo.[3][4] Pedersen was an aide to the Oakland City Council and a housing finance analyst for Bank of America and Alliant Capital before joining Seattle politics.[1]
From 2012 to 2014, Pedersen was a legislative aide to Seattle City Council President Tim Burgess, who later ran for mayor.[3] He also wrote a neighborhood newsletter focusing on Northeast Seattle affairs called "4 to Explore" that was later shut down. Pedersen left his position in Burgess's office to join real estate firm CBRE as an affordable housing financial analyst.[1][5]
Pedersen identifies as a progressive Democrat, although he has also been described as a "pro-business moderate." [6][7]
After declining to run for the newly-created District 4 in the 2015 election,[5] Pedersen announced his candidacy in November 2018.[8] District 4 was named the key swing district in the city council race after the resignation of incumbent Rob Johnson, with Pedersen characterized as a conservative candidate among the primary field.[9] He opposed the Move Seattle and Sound Transit 3 transportation referendums as well as the construction of bicycle lanes on 35th Avenue Northeast in District 4.[1]
Pedersen won 40 percent of the vote in the primary and advanced to the general election alongside Shaun Scott, a Democratic Socialist writer and organizer.[1] The two candidates took opposing sides in issues presented as debates, with Pedersen favoring the removal of homeless camps and reconsideration of the city's plans for neighborhood upzoning.[1][10] His campaign received financial support from the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce's political action committee and an endorsement from The Seattle Times.[11]
Pedersen won the election with 52 percent of the vote and was sworn in on November 26, 2019, replacing interim city councilmember Abel Pacheco Jr.[10] His victory was credited to strong support in wealthier neighborhoods at the east edge of the district, while Scott earned more votes in the University District and Roosevelt.[12] Pedersen was assigned as the chair of the council's Transportation and Utilities Commission, which brought criticism from transportation advocacy groups based on his comments on previous referendums.[13]

Whistleblower ombudsman Dan Meyer, who for years rode high working for inspectors general at the Defense Department and the intelligence community, may be having his wings clipped, a report indicates.
Interviews with intelligence community insiders for a piece published on Wednesday by Foreign Policy magazine show that Meyer's four-year-old program of outreach and training on proper disclosure and whistleblower protections for employees working with classified material is endangered. Government Executive separately confirmed that the gist of the interviews is accurate.
Meyer "can no longer talk to whistleblowers," wrote FP intelligence reporter Jenna McLaughlin. "He has been barred from communicating with whistleblowers, the main responsibility of his job as the executive director for intelligence community whistleblowing and source protection. He is currently working on an instructional pamphlet for whistleblowers, and he will have no duties to perform after he's completed that work." He still has access to the IC hotline phone number.
The most vivid evidence cited was the cancellation of a long-planned trip to the United Kingdom by his supervisor, current acting Deputy Inspector General Jeanette McMillian, the IG counsel whose own boss, Wayne Stone, is also acting since the departure in March of previous inspector general I. Charles McCullough III.
Some observers see Meyer's demise as a sign of larger pRoblems at the IG for the 17-agency intelligence community now led by President Trump's appointee, Dan Coats. The intelligence community's central watchdog "is in danger of crumbling thanks to mismanagement, bureaucratic battles [and] clashes among big personalities," Foreign Policy reported. Sources suggested that Stone's unusual part-time status-he's working on a master's degree at Harvard University-is a sign that he's not in line for the permanent job, adding to an atmosphere of uncertainty.
An intelligence community IG spokesperson declined to comment on the story, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which influences the IG's budget but not its personnel decisions, referred inquiries to the IG.
In interviews with Government Executive, both McCullough and his now-retired deputy Rob Johnson, had nothing but praise for Meyer's program, though both stressed that they haven't been on site or spoken to IG employees in months.
Meyer "has done a great job with intelligence community cases, which are obviously more cumbersome because of classified information," said McCullough, who had originally planned to leave in November but was persuaded by then-ODNI Director James Clapper and the inspectors general council to remain until March. "He seems to strike the right balance when the executive branch accuses you of being an arm of Capitol Hill, and the Hill people accuse you of being a lapdog of the executive branch."
It was McCullough who lured Meyer over to the intelligence community IG from the Pentagon IG's office, having worked with him for a decade. "Dan was the perfect guy to set that up," McCullough said, referring to the intel IG's implementation of President Obama's October 2012 Presidential Policy Directive-19, which added new protections for whistleblowers facing possible retaliation.
They had worked together a decade earlier at the National Security Agency, "where we had a similar philosophy on the importance of whistleblowers for IG work," said McCullough, now an attorney with the Washington law form of Tully Rinckey. Meyer had set up the whistleblower ombudsman program at the Pentagon IG's office and had whistleblower case experience working with the Office of Special Counsel. (Meyer himself was a whistleblower as a naval officer during the investigation of the 1989 explosion on board battleship Iowa.)
Meyer's basic function for the intel community, said his former boss, is outreach, training and orienting government employees and contractors on the proper way to blow the whistle and protect themselves from retaliation lawfully. Under "virtually no circumstances in the intel community does that mean going to the media," McCullough added, a point made clear by Meyer in many slide-show presentations to intel agency IG employees.
Both McCullough and his deputy made Meyer's program a priority for added resources, Johnson said. But "bringing Dan on board didn't excite a lot of people in Washington because Dan had a reputation." He was seen as an advocate for whistleblowing, which some in the intelligence field see as "synonymous with leaking," McCullough added……… article too long to post

NOTES on Glenn Beck Vid Ukraine: The Final Piece - Q 3841
Feb. 6, 2020; vid is about 1:27.
Notes start at 15 minutes in, when substantive info begins.

PAGE 1
July 25 phone call
Four things struck Glenn:
1. "Crowdstrike" - why did POTUS bring this up?
2. "I think you're surrounding yourself with some of the same people." Soros is one; but not the only one.
Reference to Viktor Shokin.
3. "You have some very bad people involved."
4. "Biden's son."
What is there's a missing piece?
The Blaze will deliver the info in this video to Rob Johnson and Chuck Grassley tomorrow morning.
Ukraine wanted to give us six things 20 mins
1. an admission that their agy tried to influence the 2016.
2. contacts between DC dems & Uk officials involved in fathering dirt on DJT.
3. Financial records showing Burisma routing > $3m to Hunter B.
4. Records showing that Joe Biden pressured Uk officials to fire Shokin.
5. Correspondence proving that the State Dept & US embassy in Uk interfered in criminal cases.
6. Disbursements of as much as $7billion that may have been misappropriated.
1 and 2 - dealing with Uk efforts to influence election; always covered in previous vids
3-6: about a huge money laundering op
$7 billion is gone. Where did it go? 23 mins
large % is our American tax money.
Next Level
HB on board of Burisma; JB had Shokin fired.
But how do we know Burisma is corrupt?
Began with a wire transfer back in 2014.
$23 mil dollars in dirty money to bank acct in London was transferred by Zlochevsky, head of Burisma. Suspicious; went thru shell companies. How you launder money. Uk > Cyprus > Latvia > London. Latvia has lax money policies; that's where the $ gets laundered. 27mins
Timeline continues
$ was frozen; at the same time, HB joined the Burisma Board.
Kalamoyski (primary owner of Burisma):
was on a US visa ban list. Why? Due to involvement in murders & beheadings (w/chainsaws--yuck). Like Tony Soprano.
But Joe Biden cleared him soon after HB joins the board bc Biden asks for that.
Why would JB think it's ok for HB to be on Board? Dangerous.
JB legitimizes this thug & lifts the ban. Motivation? 30mins
Meanwhile, Biden begins lobbying for a huge aid package to stabilize the Ukrainian economy.
Put into Privat Bank (at the same time as he was denying Uk lethal aid, only gave blankets).
$1.8 billion from US treasury went to Privat bank - now it's gone.
Letter from State Dept official George Kent: response to Uk Prosector Gen'l
Kent was also one of the impeachment witness against the POTUS.
Kent said US has "no concerns" about the use of these assistant funds.
Claimed they'd accounted for every penny (so no investigation is needed).
Privat is the state bank - handles all the $ for gov't, military salaries
Kalamoyski - co-founder of Privat--holds majority ownership. 35:50 mins
