Michelle Malkin discusses vax passports, big money and Mitre corp.
Colorado, the state government is pimping the Smart Health Card "allowing users to verify and share their vaccination status." Who's behind Smart Health Card technology, which is now being used in Canada, Puerto Rico, the Cayman Islands, Australia and a total of 12 states, including California, Washington state, Virginia, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Oregon - as well as CVS and Rite Aid pharmacies, Kaiser Permanente, UC Health, Walgreens, Walmart, Express Scripts and United Healthcare Services?
The Commons Project Foundation (known as "TCP") is the massive nonprofit entity responsible for Smart Health's dominance of the vaccine passport market. It says it "builds and operates digital platforms and services for the common good." TCP oversees the Common Trust Network (which operates a global registry of organizations that issue vaccine passports). You will notice on every vaccine passport system's website and in their public relations statements an emphasis on how these intrusive tracking measures are meant "to empower individuals with digital access to their vaccination records," as Paul Meyer, CEO of The Commons Project, put it, to allow people "to safely return to travel, work, school and life while protecting their data privacy."
TCP also created and collaborates with VCI, the Vaccination Credential Initiative.
Who is behind VCI? The nonprofit calls itself a "voluntary coalition of public and private organizations" committed to "empowering individuals to gain access to their verifiable clinical information," including "a trustworthy and verifiable copy of their vaccination records in digital or paper form using open, interoperable standards." Its steering group is a who's who of for-profit Big Tech and Big Health corporations looking for ways to profit off personal data, including Apple, Microsoft, Cerner, Amazon Web Services, Google, Epic, the Mayo Clinic, Oracle, Salesforce, Evernorth (Cigna's health services business) and something called the Mitre Corporation.
What is Mitre? It's a nonprofit, Cold War-era conglomerate headquartered near the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and near the Deep State in McLean, Virginia, which oversees billions of dollars of federally funded research in the military, homeland security, cybersecurity and now, of course, the explosively lucrative health data market. According to Forbes, Mitre raked in $1.8 billion in revenue in 2019 and boasts a $2 billion budget funded by American taxpayers. One of its many government gigs includes a $16.3 million contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help build "an enduring national capability to contain Covid-19," plus a $20 million joint partnership with the CDC on disease surveillance technology and services. As Forbes reported, the secretive military-industrial alliance brags ominously in its promotional material:
"You may not know it, but Mitre touches your life most every day."

CommonPass: New COVID Security Measures Make Health a Prerequisite for Travel
As the multi-sector, global response to the coronavirus tightens the noose around civil liberties, CommonPass stands out as one of the most appalling and dangerous attacks on basic human rights in the name of public health.
Imagine standing at a TSA security checkpoint on your way home for the holidays. You're getting ready to go through the awkward travel procedures instituted almost immediately after 9/11 when the Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) was created and air travel in the United States morphed into a search and seizure operation with the implied possibility of your detention and interrogation.
The initial outrage such expressions of implicit state violence caused early on eventually gave way to begrudging acceptance. But now, a new layer of "security," that could restrict freedom of movement even further, is being rolled out at several ports of entry in partnership with health technology industry leaders, academic institutions, and government health entities in more than three dozen countries.
A new digital certificate called CommonPass, designed to serve as a clearance mechanism for passengers based on a health diagnosis underwent its first transatlantic test on October 21 under the watchful eye of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Heathrow Airport in London. There, a group of select participants embarked on United flight 15 to Newark, New Jersey after being screened and tested for COVID-19 at the point of departure in a largely ceremonial exercise that included initiative co-founders, Paul Meyer and Bradley Perkins.
The app's first trial run took place with much less media fanfare last month on a Cathay Pacific Airways flight from Hong Kong to Singapore and marked the beginning of the CommonPass pilot project launched by The Commons Project non-profit organization in-tandem with the World Economic Forum.
Travel industry insiders claim that CommonPass will allow international travel to resume before a COVID-19 vaccine is made widely available by applying standard methods for certification of lab results and vaccination records of travelers through the CommonPass Framework, based on criteria set by the governments of each port of entry.

I keep telling you people..Closer Everyday ..What does the word Covid mean..what does the No 19 mean
First Tests Of New "Immunity Passports" Will Take Place Wednesday
Back in April, when the coronavirus was still new and scary, with cities from New York, to London to Paris in its grip, the professional commentariat was abuzz with speculation about what our not-too-distant post-COVID-19 future might look like. At one point, the mayor of the French city of Nice and Bill Gates were among the most prominent voices discussing health passports, and the WHO was apparently treating the topic with extreme caution.
Since then, discussion has faded somewhat, due in part to the relentless messaging from President Trump and others about the coming vaccines. But as the leading Western vaccine projects prepare to apply for emergency use from the FDA as soon as November or December, the World Economic Forum, the same supranational organization that organizes the annual forum in Davos, is taking the lead in testing a global standard to communicate that an individual hasn't been infected with COVID-19.
The project to develop an international standard to communicate whether travelers have been infected with COVID-19 called the CommonPass system is being led by Paul Meyer, the CEO of the Commons Project, a Swiss non-profit financed by the Rockefeller Foundation. Meyer insists countries are looking for better ways to "thoughtfully reopen" their borders as European countries start cutting down intra-EU travel once again.
Right now, travelers' COVID-19 test results are frequently printed out, with the results often obtained from unknown or uncertified lab
