Readout of Chief of Space Operations Gen. Chance Saltzman's Travel to the UK
July 17, 2023
Chief of Space Operations Gen. Chance Saltzman traveled to the United Kingdom Jul. 10-14 to reaffirm longstanding bilateral space security partnerships and continue strengthening U.S. Space Force relationships with allies and partners from around the world.
Saltzman first visited London, where he met with U.S. Ambassador Jane Hartley and other embassy officials, before attending the Global Air and Space Chiefs' Conference. At GASCC, Saltzman delivered keynote remarks, outlining his working theory of success entitled "Competitive Endurance." He also described how the U.S. Space Force and its allies and partners can collectively advance a future where space is safe, secure, stable and sustainable.
He also engaged senior military leaders from the UK and Australia, beginning with a trilateral meeting with Royal Air Force Air & Space Commander Air Marshal Harv Smyth, UK Space Command Commander Air Vice Marshal Paul Godfrey, Australian Defence Force Chief of Joint Capabilities Lt. Gen. John Frewen and Australian Defence Space Command Commander Air Vice Marshal Cath Roberts. The representatives of the three allied nations discussed ongoing cooperative efforts between the U.S. Space Force, RAF and Defence Space Command, as well as opportunities to expand collaboration.
Additionally, Saltzman held a bilateral engagement with RAF Air Chief Marshal Rich Knighton, offering congratulations to the new RAF chief on his appointment and discussing priority military space activities. He then met with Smyth and Godfrey to discuss NATO space initiatives and efforts by the U.S. Space Force and UK Space Command to deepen integration.
Saltzman's international engagement at GASCC concluded with a bilateral discussion involving Frewen and Roberts. During their meeting, the leaders explored ways to increase cooperation and build a more resilient space architecture.
Following GASCC, Saltzman traveled to Fairford, England, to attend the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford. On the margins of the annual event, which is the world's largest military air show, Saltzman continued to engage allies and partners.
He first met with RAF Air and Space Warfare Centre Commandant Air Cdre Blythe Crawford to explore ways the Space Force and ASWC can partner to build resilient, ready, and combat-credible forces.
Saltzman also held a meeting with UK Ministry of Defense Second Permanent Secretary Paul Lincoln to discuss bilateral space cooperation, including strategic and doctrinal alignment.

Readout of US Space Force Chief Operations Officer Lt. Gen. DeAnna Burt's Travel to Germany and the UK
May 31, 2023
LONDON, England – Lt. Gen. DeAnna Burt, Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Operations, Cyber, and Nuclear, traveled to Germany and the U.K. May 22-26 to reaffirm enduring space partnerships and deepen multilateral cooperation between the U.S. Space Force, NATO allies and partners, and U.K. Space Command.
During her time in Germany, Burt visited Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) and NATO Allied Air Command's NATO Space Centre. She met with U.S. Air Force Gen. James Hecker, USAFE-AFAFRICA and NATO Allied Air Command Commander; U.S. Space Force Col. Max Lantz, USAFE-AFAFRICA Director of Space Forces; Italian Air Force Maj. Gen. Gianluca Ercolani, NATO Allied Air Command Chief of Staff; German Air Force Brig. Gen. Christoph Pliet, NATO Allied Air Command Deputy Chief of Staff; and other allied and partner nation officials.
At Headquarters USAFE-AFAFRICA, Burt was briefed on progress made toward the future standup of a U.S. Space Force component to U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command (SPACE-EURAF). The realignment of Guardians under the geographically-based component will provide organic space expertise in support of operations and deployed personnel assigned to the combatant commands.
At the NATO Space Centre, the leaders discussed the successful integration of space-based capabilities during recent combined, joint interoperability exercises in the region.
While in the U.K., Burt met with Royal Air Force Air Vice-Marshal Paul Godfrey, U.K. Space Command Commander; Royal Air Force Air Commodore Adam Bone, U.K. Space Command Head of Space Operations, Plans and Training; Royal Canadian Air Force Brig. Gen. Michael Adamson, Director General Space and Joint Force Space Component Commander; and other U.K. and Canadian officials.
The engagement served as an opportunity for trilateral classified conversations between the U.S., U.K. and Canadian space senior leaders. At the unclassified level, the three sides discussed ways to bolster the Military Personnel Exchange Program to increase interoperability throughout each country's space-centric military units.
Burt also delivered keynote remarks at the Defence iQ Space Operations Summit in London, where she emphasized the importance of mutually beneficial relationships with allies, partners and industry. The annual event aims to explore ways in which nations are working together to defend space-based capabilities and secure freedom of action in space.

They sound like the opposite of Pfizer.
"He fought for what he really thought was right and provide generic drugs that made it possible for those that weren't on drug plans to get the drugs that they needed for the ailments that they suffered through," longtime friend Paul Godfrey told CBS News in 2018.

The UK Launches Its Very Own Space Command
On July 29th, the UK officially established its Space Command, with the first 'Space Operator' Badges presented to personnel.
"Space plays a vital role in the Armed Forces ability to undertake the majority of defence tasks, with any disruption to the space domain leading to significant consequences on civilian, commercial, economic and military activity."
The stand-up of Space Command is a crucial step to ensure we protect UK interests in space and builds on the commitments outlined in the Defense Command Paper, to invest an additional £1.4 billion on space over the next 10 years.
The ability to operate in Space is further enhanced by an increase in Defense funding of £24 billion over the next four years, as announced by the Prime Minister last year.
Minister for Defence Procurement Jeremy Quin said:
"As our adversaries advance their space capabilities, it is vital we invest in space to ensure we maintain a battle-winning advantage across this fast-evolving operational domain.
The stand-up of Space Command is an exciting and important step in our commitment to operate in space effectively."
Commander of UK Space Command Air Vice Marshal Paul Godfrey said:
"The space domain is vital, not just in enabling military operations across the world, but in the day to day lives of everyone across the nation."
"With our new headquarters officially open, UK Space Command is now on the path to lead UK space operations to protect UK and allied interests in space."
UK Space Command carries the UK's commitment in the Combined Space Operations initiative, which comprises of seven nations: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, UK and the US. The initiative seeks to improve cooperation, coordination, and interoperability opportunities in space, with main efforts focused on ensuring a safe, secure and stable space domain.
Of course, the enemies that the UK will focus on in space are Russia and China.
Both countries are thought to have developed armed satellite systems as well as Israel and India.
British weapons manufacturers, along with defence boffins at QinetiQ, are developing the Dragonfire laser weapons to beat them from the ground or the skies.
The launch comes as the Pentagon warned the world is moving closer to nuclear war with Russia and China in a report.
The US has reportedly tried to negotiate reductions in nuclear weapons capabilities since 2010.
But it has been unsuccessful at doing so and report suggested it had in fact done the opposite.
"Rather, they have moved decidedly in the opposite direction," says the report, released earlier this month which specifically mentions Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.
The Pentagon report said the following:
"As a result, there is an increased potential for regional conflicts involving nuclear-armed adversaries in several parts of the world and the potential for adversary nuclear escalation in crisis or conflict."
The most serious threat to the United States are Russia and China because of the technology and weapons arsenals both of the countries already possess.

I'm digging into Canadian Media because its clear to me the time has come to raise awareness that just like the USA
3 Mega corps own almost all of Canadian Broadcasting & news.
The first up is the obvious Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (President - Hubert Lacroix 2007-Current) the old President of CBC is Robert Rabinovitch 1999-2007 Also nice meme on Robert - (He served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Jewish Congress (Québec) until his appointment to the CBC.) Fund fact: CBC got 900 million dollars in funding in 2006 from the Federal Government. 1.036 Billion in 2015 (a 5% cut from the previous year) This Organization is OWNED by the Government of Canada.
Next up is Postmedia Network - Paul Godfrey - President
They produce such papers as "National Post"
Major hubs in each Province's Papers (Calgary, Edmonton, London, Ottawa, Toronto, Vacouver Montreal)
Many Minor towns Papers & Many 'Tabloids'
I can't find much about these people or the funding for PostMedia
But if any of this raises an eyebrow for anyone. Do share. God Bless.

'The Capitalist Manifesto' (sponsored by Trudeau's media bailout)
https://www.rebelnews.com/the_capitalist_manifesto_sponsored_by_trudeaus_media_bailout
Canada's largest media company is touting the benefits of capitalism - while it receives the largest share of Prime Minister Trudeau's media bailout.
Postmedia's flagship brand, the National Post, has debuted a new series called The Capitalist Manifesto which purportedly "raises a toast to the miraculous free market."
Sounds lovely, doesn't it?
But this comes from the largest recipient of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's nearly $600-million media bailout, the same company that wants even more money from taxpayers to keep their business afloat.
On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Ezra took a look at this ironic feature from Canada's largest (and American-owned) newspaper chain.
After reacting to a comment from CEO Paul Godfrey in a Toronto Life interview where he was quoted as "Are our papers as good as they used to be? No, but they haven't become unacceptable" saying Ezra said:
I say all of this because one of the reasons the National Post is in decline is because it has become a newspaper more focused on pleasing the powers that be and applying for government grants, rather than doing great journalism in the interest of its viewers, readers. It's Trudeau's mistress now and it sort of shows.
They're grantrepreneurs, not entrepreneurs - different mindset.
