Jeffrey Epstein Files Released: Celebrities Named in His Contact Book
Over 200 documents related to the investigation into late financier-a convicted sex offender who was in prison for sex trafficking charges at the time of his 2019 death-were released by the Department of Justice Feb. 27, including a contact book containing an extensive list of names, many of them celebrities.
Among the stars named in the book contact book are Alec Baldwin, Naomi Campbell, Minnie Driver, and Mick Jagger-all of whom E! News has reached out to for comment but has not yet heard back. None of them have been accused of any involvement in Epstein's crimes.
Being included in the documents does not indicate any culpability, but instead represents a list of people for whom Epstein apparently had contact information. Additionally, while the document dump was heavily anticipated, a majority of the names present had been previously reported on over the years.
One such celebrity previously named in unsealed court documents was Cameron Diaz. While the actress was listed by one of Esptein's accusers as someone he referenced while "name-dropping," as seen in documents obtained by Page Six at the time, her team shut down any association with Epstein.
"Cameron never met Jeffrey Epstein, nor was she ever in the same place as him or had any association with him whatsoever," the actress' rep said in a statement to multiple outlets in January 2024, "regardless of the fact he may or may not have mentioned her name or implied that he knew her."
Alongside the unsealed documents on Epstein, the Department of Justice noted in a press release that this first phase of FBI files "largely contains documents that have been previously leaked but never released in a formal capacity by the U.S. Government."
"This Department of Justice is following through on President [Donald] Trump's commitment to transparency and lifting the veil on the disgusting actions of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators," Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement. "The first phase of files released today sheds light on Epstein's extensive network and begins to provide the public with long overdue accountability."
The DOJ added that the newly released documents are just some of the "thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein."
Meanwhile, newly appointed FBI Director Kash Patel described the release of the files as a "new era" for the Bureau.
"There will be no cover-ups, no missing documents, and no stone left," he said in a statement. "If there are gaps, we will find them. If records have been hidden, we will uncover them. And we will bring everything we find to the DOJ to be fully assessed and transparently disseminated to the American people as it should be."

But just looking at how much money he raised in that two days, $53 million in a 48-hour period, and the idea that because the founding fathers - if there had been some mothers involved perhaps it would be different - left no room in the constitution for the idea that the American people could be so stupid as to vote for a felon, there is nothing reflected in the judiciary about what would happen if he wins. It's a pickle when you've got the Secret Service already scoping out prisons, going, 'What would this look like?'"
The "Beekeeper" and "Hard Rain" actor added that the problem isn't just Trump, but also "the 70 million people who really quite like a bit of a racist attitude and non-existent immigration policies and dismantling the environmental agencies."

Film and fashion joined forces for a good cause Thursday night, when a constellation of celebrities including Samuel L. Jackson, Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgewick, Minnie Driver, Emma Roberts, Pamela Anderson, Fergie, Josh Duhamel, Rachel Zoe and Poppy Delevingne celebrated the opening of the Paris Photo Los Angeles international photography fair at Paramount Studios, then decamped to Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills for a private dinner and silent auction to benefit Haitian relief – all at the behest of Sean Penn and Giorgio Armani.
Although the designer himself was not in attendance, his niece Roberta Armani was on hand to represent the family and the brand in style. "Sean Penn is a life-changer," she said, explaining that the actor, a longtime Armani devotee, first contacted her uncle for help raising money for Haiti three years ago, and that they have hosted three previous fundraising events together.
In his remarks, Penn said Armani's efforts have raised millions and helped "coordinate the delivery of 50 million gallons of safe, clean water." In honor of Thursday night's event, Armani personally donated $500,000.
For the third year, Giorgio Armani is sponsoring Paris Photo, which is being held this weekend in Los Angeles for the first time, at Paramount Studios. At the fair, the brand has installed the "ACQUA #3" exhibition, a collection of unpublished photographs taken by the photographer Jim Goldberg in Haiti. Gold is a professor of Art at the California College of the Arts* and a member of Magnum Photos.

The snapshots of life in Haiti demonstrate how water is at the center of life on the island, conveying a sense of hope amid an earthquake-ravaged landscape.

Other celebrity guests at the soiree included TV journalists Katie Couric, Charlie Rose, and George Stephanopoulos, publicist Peggy Siegal, and comedian Chelsea Handler.
Back then, Daily Mail columnist Richard Kay reported that "Andrew was in [a] jolly mood… especially when other guests, including Hollywood star Woody Allen, asked him for an invite to" the upcoming nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Handler recently spoke up about the event, which she described as "weird," claiming she tagged along with Couric and was seated next to Allen and Soon-Yi. "When we got there I was like, what is this gathering?" Handler recently said on Rob Lowe's podcast. "We had dinner and it was so awkward and so weird. I was like, what are we doing here? And then I asked Woody Allen how he and Soon-Yi met and that was when I left."
"I really was curious!" Handler added. "I had forgotten for a moment... but as it came out of my mouth, I knew that it was too late." Allen, however, was apparently amused. "And he loved it, and Soon-Yi, I don't think she heard it..."
Epstein reportedly decorated his New York home with photos of himself and famous friends, including Allen, former President Clinton, and Mohammed bin Salman, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia who ordered the assassination of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Following Epstein's suicide whilst awaiting trial on charges of sex-trafficking minors, New York Times scribe James B. Stewart detailed visiting Epstein's Manhattan mansion in August 2018, and spotting the snapshots with Allen and Clinton. "Displaying photos of celebrities who had been caught up in sex scandals of their own also struck me as odd," Stewart wrote, adding that Epstein called him a week later and invited him to a Saturday dinner with Allen. The reporter declined.
"The overriding impression I took away from our roughly 90-minute conversation was that Mr. Epstein knew an astonishing number of rich, famous and powerful people, and had photos to prove it," Stewart continued. "He also claimed to know a great deal about these people, some of it potentially damaging or embarrassing, including details about their supposed sexual proclivities and recreational drug use."
Allen wasn't Epstein's only Hollywood connection. The financier was friendly with disgraced film mogul Harvey Weinstein, who allegedly tried to attack a woman in Epstein's orbit. His rolodex included a host of other celebrities including media investor Ron Burkle and actors like Kevin Spacey, Alec Baldwin, Elizabeth Hurley, and Minnie Driver.
As The Daily Beast previously reported, Epstein and Allen also had mutual friends in Paris. Former French politician Jack Lang-who's publicly defended Allen amid Dylan's child sexual abuse allegations-claimed he met Epstein in 2012 at a party hosted by Princess Camilla of Bourbon Two Sicilies. The socialite threw the party in Allen's honor.
One victim of Epstein even mentioned meeting Allen in a lawsuit she filed against the financier's estate. The woman, referred to as Priscilla Doe, says she was a 20-year-old dancer in New York when Epstein began abusing her in 2006 until 2012-including when he was on "work release" at the Palm Beach County lockup.
"On one occasion, Jeffrey Epstein forced [Priscilla Doe] to serve hors d'oeuvres at Epstein's private party with Woody Allen," Doe's lawsuit states. "This server's role was forced upon [her] in order to demean her, frighten her, and impress upon her the need for her to conceal the commercial sex trafficking enterprise he was running."
Asked about Doe's complaint, her lawyer Brad Edwards said, "Woody was a very close friend of Epstein's. They hung out quite frequently. I cannot comment beyond that."

He added that playing the role as genderless is "powerful" and that it is going to be "a classic fairytale for a new generation."
"This is a classic, this is a classic fairytale for a new generation," he said. "I think that the new generation is really ready. The kids are ready. It's the grownups that are slowing stuff down."
Porter made history as the first openly gay black male to win an Emmy for a lead actor role for playing Pray Tell on Pose. He continues to be an outspoken LGBTQ advocate and moving the needle when it comes to representation. Part of this is shown when he steps on to the red carpet when he dons gorgeous gowns and outfits, making a statement for gender fluidity.
In Cinderella, Porter will play Fairy Godmother to Camila Cabello's title character. Joining them is an all-star cast that includes Pierce Brosnan, Minnie Driver, Missy Elliott, Idina Menzel, Nicholas Galitzine, Maddie Baillio, Charlotte Spencer, John Mulaney, Romesh Ranganathan as well as James Corden, who will produce the film through his Fullwell73 banner with Leo Pearlman.

Apparently when you start publicly writing about things, then more documents appear and more people start talking.
#1 - The Island - Yes, there is diplomatic immunity, BUT this foreign born former A+ list royal had to get special permission earlier this year to visit the US. The government couldn't say no when asked, but did make it clear they wanted the royal to cancel his travel plans. Apparently during the Island investigation, a recording came to light from about a decade ago during a visit to Washington DC where the royal was overheard having sex with a 15 year old girl. It was a recording that was not listened to live, but later. No one really knew the recording existed until questions were asked about the island. Apparently the owner of the island provided the teen in question.
#2 - A reporter needs your help. They know you will figure out the name in this blind and hopefully you will know something that will help bring this celebrity down. They are A+ list at what they do. If you turn on this cable network, you will feel they are on almost all of the 24 hours in the day. Of course if you manage to watch him for longer than five minutes, you must have it on mute or have lost your remote control. According to a very close family member, this host/celebrity has raped multiple young boys. He is paying people off and many of the boys he has raped have been family members so it is a very closely held secret. The reporter is afraid everyone will be bought off before he can be exposed. So, send me tips to send to the reporter.
#3 - The Island - Apparently this permanent A+ list celebrity had a don't ask don't tell policy. He wouldn't ask the women how old they were and he didn't want them to tell. He would also request that during flights to be blindfolded and according to one of the girls interviewed he said he could guess what nationality a girl was by the way they pleasured him orally. He insisted on playing the game every single time he flew to the island.
#4 - The Island - That A list mostly movie actor who is having so many issues right now has another big one staring him in the face. Apparently the owner of the island made special arrangements one time for a trip not to the island but to a different country where our actor raped a dozen boys in one of the poorest countries in the world. Oh, and get this. The actor bragged about the money he paid to the parents and said he claimed it as a tax deduction.
#5 - The Island - That A list director was getting bombarded by young men he molested threatening him and he has gone into hiding and shut down his social media accounts.

66-year-old hedge fund manager and convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein was arrested Saturday on multiple counts of alleged sex trafficking and abuse of minors. The billionaire, who received a slap on the wrist sentence for his previous conviction, and is seen by many as a symbol of the corruption of the US criminal justice system.
Little Black Book of Presidents, Rock Stars and Royalty
The list of politicians, monarchs, and celebrities who once called Epstein friends or attended his parties is staggering, with 97 pages from an address book submitted in court in 2015 including the names, phone numbers, home addresses and email addresses of some of the most powerful and influential people in the world.
Featuring prominently in the contact details was former US President Bill Clinton and members of his staff, for whom Epstein had a total of 21 numbers. Prince Andrew, Duke of York, who had a public friendship with Epstein, was also on this list, with 16 separate phone numbers for the prince and another 18 for Andrew's ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson.
Donald Trump's ex-wife Ivana and daughter Ivanka were also listed in Epstein's phonebook, with Trump himself known to have attended parties at the billionaire's estates in the 1990s. In 2002, Trump told New York Magazine Epstein was "a lot of fun to be with" and that "he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."
Other high-profile names in the book included members of the Kennedy family, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Prince Charles, former US senator George Mitchell, billionaires Michael Bloomberg, Richard Branson and Rupert Murdoch, designer Tom Ford, rock stars Mick Jagger and Courtney Love, movie stars Alec Baldwin, Kevin Spacey, Dustin Hoffman, Minnie Driver, Elizabeth Hurley, journalist Barbara Walters, and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, along with many others.
Some celebrities, including journalists Katie Couric and George Stephanopoulos and film director Woody Allen, were known to have attended parties hosted by Epstein even after he was released from jail following his sex crimes conviction in 2008. In 2015, flight logs from Epstein's private plane, which made regular trips to his private island in the US Virgin Islands, were shown to have flown in other big names to the billionaire's homes, including well-known attorney Alan Dershowitz, model Naomi Campbell, and former Treasury Secretary and Harvard president Larry Summers.
Slap on the Wrist Jail Term
In 2008, Epstein made a plea deal with Florida prosecutors, pleading guilty to soliciting prostitution from a single underage girl and sentenced to 18 months in prison following a years-long FBI investigation. He went on to serve only 13 months of the sentence, was allowed to leave jail six days a week for work, and was held at a private wing of his Florida prison. After his release, he was subject to a year of house arrest, but allowed to fly back and forth to and from his properties along the Eastern Seaboard.
