Was doing some general digging and dug this up. May or may not apply, but given the context of everything else going on these days, it might be a something instead of a nothing.
MikeHarrington - "Harrington returned to the software industry in 2006, when he co-founded Picnik with long-time friend and former colleague Darrin Massena, which was later acquired by Google in March 2010. Harrington left Google in March 2011, and co-founded another company with Massena, called Catnip Labs, in January 2012. Harrington is currently the CTO at The Committee for Children. Why do these people always seem to end up being involved with children one way or another? It also seems that Mikey doesn't like our POTUS - https://twitter.com/Mikehar
Catnip Labs - CATNIP Lab is a computational and statistical neuroscience group located in Stony Brook University. We design statistical models and machine learning methods specialized for analyzing neural data. We aim to understand how information and computations are represented and implemented in the brain, both at a single-neuron and systems level. We collaborate with experimental labs on important problems in neuroscience, such as sensory coding and perceptual decision-making. See research page for details.
We are located on the 5th floor of Life Sciences Building (Room 550) at Stony Brook University, New York. - http://catniplab.github.io - http://catniplab.github.io/people/
