Abstract
Background
The main goal of this collaborative effort is to provide genome-wide data for the previously underrepresented population in Eastern Europe', and to provide cross-validation of the data from genome sequences and genotypes of the same individuals acquired by different technologies. We collected 97 genome-grade DNA samples from consented individuals representing major regions of Ukraine that were consented for public data release. BGISEQ-500 sequence data and genotypes by an Illumina GWAS chip were cross-validated on multiple samples and additionally referenced to 1 sample that has been resequenced by Illumina NovaSeq6000 S4 at high coverage.
Results
The genome data have been searched for genomic variation represented in this population, and a number of variants have been reported: large structural variants, indels, copy number variations, single-nucletide polymorphisms, and microsatellites. To our knowledge, this study provides the largest to-date survey of genetic variation in Ukraine, creating a public reference resource aiming to provide data for medical research in a large understudied population.
Conclusions
Our results indicate that the genetic diversity of the Ukrainian population is uniquely shaped by evolutionary and demographic forces and cannot be ignored in future genetic and biomedical studies. These data will contribute a wealth of new information bringing forth a wealth of novel, endemic and medically related alleles.

Judge denies Democratic donor Ed Buck's request to be released from jail, calling him 'a danger to the community who has no health risk that make him a greater risk of getting COVID-19'
A judge denied Democratic donor Ed Buck's request to be released on Friday, claiming he posed a danger to the community. U.S. Magistrate Judge Rozella A. Oliver said that the conditions presented by Buck's attorney were 'insufficient' to ensure that the embattled donor would show at trial, KCAL reports. Oliver also said that Buck's legal team failed to show how the medical staff at the Metropolitan Detention Center were incapable of handling their client's medical needs, after the defense expressed concern with Buck getting COVID-19. She added that he did not appear to have any medical conditions that seemed to put him at risk for catching the virus at 66 years of age. 'Ed Buck was asking to be confined to his home,' Jasmyne Cannick, who has advocated for the victims, shared. 'Home is where his crimes were committed. Home is where his drugs were delivered to. Home is where he was injecting people and sexually assaulting people. Home is where two Black men died. So we're excited and happy that the judge saw fit to deny his bail.''
On Friday, at a bail reconsideration hearing, Buck's defense attorneys argued that Buck, 66, is at high-risk of contracting coronavirus if he remains locked up. According to court papers obtained by City News Service, Buck said he was willing to pay a $400,000 signature bond as well as be electronically monitored and confined to his home. The attorneys also argued that Buck suffers from gum disease and needs specialized cardiac care that the criminal justice system is unable to provide. Federal prosecutors were against his release, claiming Buck is a flight risk and he represents a potential danger to the public. Since 2017, two African-American men have been found dead from drug overdoses in Buck's West Hollywood home. Prosecutors allege Buck would bring the black men to his home and then inject them with crystal methamphetamine for sexual gratification. In July 2017, 26-year-old Gemmel Moore, who was working as an escort, was found dead in Buck's apartment, lying naked on a mattress in the living room. Just a year-and-a-half later, in January 2019, a second man, 55-year-old Timothy Michael Dean, was found dead in Buck's home. Buck was arrested in September 2019, and charged with three counts of battery causing serious injury, administering methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house. In August 2020, a federal grand jury charged Buck with four additional felonies, bringing the total number of federal charges to nine counts. This includes a count alleging Buck knowingly enticed Moore to travel to engage in prostitution as well as another man. He is also charged with one count of knowingly and intentionally distributing meth and one count of using his home to distribute meth as well as the sedatives gamma hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) and clonazepam.
Prosecutors say Buck 'engaged in a pattern of soliciting men to consume drugs that Buck provided and perform sexual acts at [his] apartment,' according the court papers viewed by City News Service. He allegedly met victims on gay dating websites and social media platforms, and even hired a recruiter to scout men for him. When the men arrived at his apartment, Buck would allegedly fill syringes with meth and inject the victims with or without their consent. If found guilty of the narcotics charges, Buck faces a minimum of 20 years in federal prison and a maximum of life without parole. The trial is currently scheduled for January 19, 2021. He also faces charged in Los Angeles County for allegedly running a drug den out of his apartment, but the federal trial will take place first.

Donald Trump Hosts 'Very Emotional' Private Meeting with Families of People Killed by Police
President Donald Trump met privately with a group of families of Americans killed by law enforcement on Tuesday, which was described afterward as an emotional event.
"It was a very important meeting, a very emotional meeting," White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany told reporters afterward.
The meeting included family members of Jemel Roberson, Botham Jean, Ahmaud Arbery, Darius Tarver, Michael Dean, Cameron Lamb, and Everett Palmer.
McEnany said that the families shared their personal stories of loss with President Trump during the meeting.
"There were a lot of tears, there was a lot of emotion and the president was devastated," she said.
McEnany said that Trump personally spoke to her after the meeting, describing the stories as "devastating."
"He took it deeply personally," she said. "It was a very productive meeting and a solutions-oriented meeting."
The families did not attend the president's signing ceremony of an executive order to address ways to reform the use of force employed by police officers.
Deputy Director of the Office of American Innovation Ja'Ron Smith described it as a "mutual decision."
"It really wasn't about doing a photo opportunity," he told reporters. "We wanted the opportunity to really hear from the families and protect them."
Smith said he was disappointed that civil rights groups attacked the families for meeting with the president.
"I think it's really unfortunate that some civil rights groups have even attacked them for coming or are putting out false statements about the interaction there," Smith said.
Activist Sean King, who was not at the meeting, said on Twitter that the meeting was "contentious," which a White House official told Breitbart News was false.
Attorney S. Lee Merritt, who attended the meeting, said that complaints of a photo-op with the president were false.
Reports of a photo op with the president or standing with the White House during the EO signing are false," Merritt wrote on Twitter. "Show me the civil rights leaders who are upset about families making a direct appeal for federal intervention after the murder of their loved one and I'll show you a clown. Asshole

So, the man who raped my 3 year old little brother back in 1993 had an internet alias "HeronimousAnonymous" that he used to write poetry about his victims. I've tracked him for years not knowing when to trust someone with what I know, because he was able to get evidence "lost" by then DA Ken Gnoss.
The guy who did it, his name is Michael Dean Barritt. He currently lives half paralyzed with a stroke in an assisted living facility.
I know his computers must hold a trove.

Carlos Ghosn's successor, Hiroto Saikawa, under siege from within as Nissan profit sinks
Carlos Ghosn's arrest threw Nissan Motor Co. into a corporate tailspin with allegations of self-dealing, profligate spending and filing false statements. Now the automaker's profits are falling off a cliff, and successor Hiroto Saikawa may go down with them.
Troubled by slumping U.S. sales, aging models and a product cycle that's out of sync, the Yokohama-based company is on track to announce on Tuesday its lowest annual operating profit in a decade, raising the possibility of a dividend cut. The outlook for the current fiscal year to March 2020 probably won't be any more promising.
Chief Executive Officer Saikawa has yet to announce a turnaround plan since the arrest of former Chairman Ghosn in November, and people familiar with the matter say there's internal strife over whether he's the right executive to fix Nissan. Alliance partner Renault SA may not look too favorably on Saikawa's reappointment if he continues to oppose a merger said to be backed by its own Chairman Jean-Dominique Senard, who is also a Nissan director.
In addition, alliance partner said it would block Saikawa's reappointment if he didn't agree to a merger - a request made by Renault's new chairman that Saikawa batted away, the Yomiuri newspaper reported last month.
"A new management team and strategy may be the answer," said Michael Dean, a Bloomberg Intelligence analyst.
"We do not comment on rumors or speculation," said Nicholas Maxfield, a Nissan spokesman. "The company's focus is on stabilizing operations and strengthening its management structure, while addressing the weaknesses in governance that enabled this misconduct."
The surprise jailing of Ghosn, who led both carmakers for two decades, exposed rifts over control and decision-making. Since then, Ghosn was released and detained once again. Currently out on bail, Ghosn has denied all charges against him, saying his arrest was due to a "dirty game" played by some Nissan executives. He is now preparing for his trial, which may start later this year or next year.
A pending litmus test for Saikawa's job security will come next month, when Nissan's directors are set to formally adopt new corporate governance rules that include creating a more independent board. In an extraordinary shareholders' meeting held last month to remove Ghosn from the board, Saikawa was peppered with questions as to why he wasn't stepping down to take responsibility for Nissan's poor governance.
Saikawa said there are many ways to take responsibility and he believed the right thing for him to do now is to help Nissan rebuild, signaling his intention to stay on. Even so, Saikawa needs Renault's vote from its 43 percent stake to back his reappointment, especially given that roughly half of minority shareholders have voted against his appointment since 2017.
While the French automaker agreed in 2015 not to interfere in the appointment of top Nissan managers, Nissan's financial weakness could give Renault an opening to push harder for a merger.
The list of potential replacements include Chief Operating Officer Yasuhiro Yamauchi, who sits on the board of Renault. His recent promotion preserves management ties between the automakers, who along with Mitsubishi Motors Corp. form the world's biggest car alliance.
A recent management shuffle also put the spotlight on executives who may also be in a position to lead the company. Hideyuki Sakamoto, in charge of manufacturing and supply-chain management, joined Nissan in 1980 as an engineer and has worked around the world, including the Nissan Technical Center in North America, Nissan's largest affiliate supplier in Japan and Renault in Brazil. Jun Seki, formerly Nissan's China chief, is now senior vice president overseeing "performance recovery."
"Nissan clearly had very bad corporate governance and an atmosphere where few felt they could question Mr. Ghosn," said Janet Lewis, an analyst at Macquarie Capital Securities (Japan) Ltd. "His departure will enable them to reboot, but it will take time to put a strong management team in place."

This is the charity which is now under investigation for fraud. Coincidence? pic
This MAY BE more evidence that Cohen is the TRAITOR
Michael Dean Cohen (born August 25, 1966) is an American attorney who worked as a lawyer for Donald Trump before he became U.S. President and since.[1][2] He was also a vice-president of the Trump Organization and special counsel to Trump,[3] and previously served as co-president of Trump Entertainment and was a board member of the Eric Trump Foundation, a children's health charity. He joined the Trump Organization after having been a partner at Phillips Nizer.[4]
As of April 2018, he was under investigation by federal prosecutors on multiple matters, including bank fraud, wire fraud and campaign finance violations, arising in part from payments made by him in the Stormy Daniels-Donald Trump scandal.[2][5] Cohen ceased to be Trump's lawyer in May 2018.

Q Research General #1216: President Xi Announcement on Trade Edition
Michael Dean Cohen's office is inside Trump tower… could it be that the fire was a distraction so that someone (like say, Dennis Shields) could go into Cohen's office and take out incriminating evidence? The link then between Shields and Cohen is that they are life-long friends, both were/have been involved in some kind of bank fraud (Sheilds -> "loan shark" behaviour, Cohen -> the transfer to Stormy Daniels was flagged because of the way he did it, rather than the transfer itself). Stormy Daniels is somehow linked/involved. The art dealer, Todd Brassner, was a black hat victim. So something was taken from Cohen's office and today, Mueller orders the raid on Cohen's office to prevent anything else getting lost. Stormy has nothing to do with Trump but is in fact, someone who received a bribe from Cohen personally (Cohen used personal funds - not client funds, which would be Trump, nor the firm's funds). Could this be the link? Q, care to weigh in? Are we on the right track?
