Too quiet about Donald Payne's condition

I and everyone else hopes U.S. Rep. Donald Payne recovers from his heart attack. But I don't think you need medical expertise to gather that theprognosis can't be great if he's still unconscious and on a respirator nearly two weeks after the heart attack, as New Jersey Globe reported last week.
That is a far cry from how Payne's office initially described the congressman's condition when they disclosed he suffered a "cardiac episode" but had a "good prognosis." "Currently, he is recovering in the hospital as doctors conduct routine exams to monitor and observe his improvement," a statement from his office said two weeks ago.
Presumably in response to the report about the congressman's health, his office issued a follow-up statement Wednesday saying the congressman was "in stable condition at a local hospital and continues to be under doctor's care." "While we hope for a full recovery, we ask everyone to keep him in your prayers," it said.
"Stable condition" sounds reassuring, but it's vague. And the statement didn't contradict the earlier report, which frankly makes his condition sound grave.
Let's hope the congressman's office offers some more clarification soon. They haven't since Wednesday. I understand family considerations may be at play, but when it comes to representatives' health, it's everyone's business to some extent.

March Madness is no more nor less madness than any other month in the Emperor's New Clothes ongoing human condition to witness naked parading .01% empire without public demand for "leadership" arrests.
US .01% "leaders" in politics, money, corporate media/public education are criminally complicit in OBVIOUS CRIMES centered in war, poverty, and looting that annually kill millions, harm billions, and loot trillions.
An arrest is the lawful action to stop an apparent crime. One day, Americans will look back and wonder how such flagrant evil was allowed to operate so openly with so few of us demanding arrests. But that day of justice is not yet here, so we messengers continue our calls.
Q is a White House insider (and here) as proven by coordinated posts timed to President Trump Tweets with identical language. Q has promised .01% arrests for 2.5 years. In order to maximize White Hat mobility and flexibility to conduct .01% arrests (~30,000 people), while minimizing Black Hat retaliatory capacity by preventing public gatherings to attack, I can imagine current quarantines being the cover for promised arrests.
My colleague, Lori Price, Editor-in-Chief of CLG News, shared her idea of the Deep State's plan to use a "pandemic" to steal the 2020 "selection:"
"Months ago, I thought the only way the Deep State can stop Trump is with a pandemic. Just my private thinking. And lo and behold...
I said to myself, when the DNC picks its globalist/corporatist, that person will only be able to muster tiny rallies and can only win with rigged elections, much like how Biden has been 'winning' all along. The elites don't like that too much. Sounds crazy and there's no proof, but then again there's 'no proof' that 9/11 was an inside job and yet - it was. Six ways from Sunday."
If Lori is right, and that Trump was placed in power by White Hats, then the window of making the case for .01% arrests is both vulnerable and closing:
Sheeple will believe what corporate media tells them when they interpret reality as an emergency such as "pandemic" or "economic crash."
If White Hats are managing Trump, can anyone imagine a scenario whereby they must wait until after the 2020 election for .01% arrests? I can't.
The 1918-'20 pandemic killed ~100 million (excellent 18-minute video of history/analysis). So-called "vaccines" could poison literal billions of people without detection if this is the Black Hat endgame to cull their slave population.
