A teenage Bloods gang member was nabbed Wednesday in a multi-agency raid in Newark that's targeting three other alleged shooters - with newly minted interim New Jersey US Attorney Alina Habba in tow.

The Post witnessed the arrest of Zakiyy Houser, 18, a gangbanger with a history of weapons charges and wanted for aggravated assault after an incident in which he allegedly shot two people.

Twenty-two agents from the US Marshals, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and local law enforcement were joined by Habba, President Trump's former attorney, who got a front-row seat to the action.

Body parts: Four people were in custody after severed body parts of a man and woman were found scattered on Long Island last week - as authorities unearthed more remains, sources told The Post. The collars came Tuesday, after cops raided a home on Railroad Avenue in Amityville late Monday, sources and neighbors said. (Wasn't there a horror movie with Amityville in the title?)

Although cops didn't find any human remains at the home, they found more dismembered limbs hidden in Bethpage State Park and miles away in a wooded area of West Babylon, the Suffolk County Police Department said in a statement Tuesday.A man's tattooed arm was found in Babylon, LI.

Authorities believe the newly discovered remains belong to the same two people whose body parts were uncovered Feb. 29 in Southards Pond Park in Babylon, the release said. Cops haven't publicly identified the victims, but said in the release that the assortment oflimbs belong to a 59-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man, both of whom lived at the same address in the city of Yonkers in Westchester County.

"Based on the investigation, this appears to be an isolated incident with no threat to the public," the release added. "The investigation is continuing. "

Police did not mention a possible motive for the killings.But sources told NBC New York that authorities are looking into whether the murders were linked to a possible love triangle. Thefirst body part was found Thursday morning by a girl walking to school with a group of friendson Siegel Boulevard - which is on the east side of Southards Park in Babylon, Suffolk County.

On Monday night, battering ram-wielding officers busted through the front door of one of the units on Railroad Avenue sometime around 10:30 p.m., a neighbor told The Post. "There were detectives and police going into my neighbor's house, so I came over to see what was happening," she said.

"They had bashed in the door, and there were a bunch of people standing inside the house, cops talking to my neighbors. They had already taken some people away."

She said she doesn't know much about the neighbors in question, except that they're renters who work nights and brought a number of occupants with them.

"Cops were here all night," she told The Post. "I watched as long as I could stay awake, and when I woke up in the morning, they were all still here. "One of them finally told me what they were looking for [and] what this was about," she said. "I was terrified. I just stopped asking questions."

The girl on her way to school called her dad after spotting a dismembered left arm in the bushes. Her father went to the scene, then called the cops to report the stomach-turning discovery, according to sources. Officers swept the area in a gory hunt, andeventually turned up more limbs and the two unattached heads.

None of the remains appear to have been in the park very long, police said Friday. "Preliminarily, it appears it's a matter of a small amount of days, if not hours," Suffolk County Detective Lt. Kevin Beyrer told reporters Thursday night. One of the heads - as well as a right arm and leg - are thought to belong to the same female victim, law enforcement sources told The Post. The other head, as well as two arms, seem to be from the same man, they added.

The man's tattooed left arm -which is missing fingertips - could mean the victim has a record, according to sources. Perhaps his killers didn't want him identified through his fingerprints, because that might lead authorities to them, a source said. Police hope the tattoos will help identify him.

The ongoing migrant crisis could leave New York City bankrupt, Mayor Eric Adams warned Wednesday - while repeatedly refusing to blame President Biden's lax border policies.

Adams - who's asked the federal government for $1 billion to pay for migrant housing and services - said there were "real dollar amounts" tied to the state of emergency he declared in October.

"This is an expensive endeavor that we are in and we have to find ways of carrying out this task without bankrupting the city," he said.

During an unrelated news conference in Brooklyn, Adams also said Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services Anne Williams-Isom and other officials were "meeting continuously to pivot, shift and figure out how to solve this crisis that was that was dropped on us."

But when two reporters invoked Biden in their questions, Hizzoner wouldn't even utter the name of his 80-year-old fellow Democrat.

"Listen, we have to solve the migrant, immigrant issue, so it's easy to point to whoever's in the White House at the time. Those are Band-Aids. We have a problem at our borders," he said in response to a question from The Post.

"And so when I say the federal government, I'm talking about Congress and the executive branch resolving this issue of our migrants. And we're not going to try to simplify this."

Adams' remarks came a day after revealing that he'd learned Democratic Colorado Gov. Jared Polis was "going to be sending migrants to places like New York City and Chicago."

Adams called that move "unfair to local governments," adding, "There is no more room at the inn."

Adams said it's "easy to point to whoever's in the White House at the time" but refused to blame Biden for the migrant crisis.

Polis later told Politico that he actually began relocating migrants from his state weeks ago, before a recent storm created a backlog in Denver.

On Wednesday, Adams echoed a statement Tuesday from Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who called Polis' actions "inhumane."

Adams' attack came after he said he spoke Tuesday with Lightfoot, who told him, "Eric, you know we have been a little too patient but, you know, we can't do anything to embarrass our families. But it's about time we start to do that."

A spokesperson for Polis didn't immediately return a request for comment.

As of Sunday, about 35,700 migrants have flooded into New York City since the spring and more than 24,000 were being housed in 68 emergency shelters and processing centers, according to the latest official statistics.

Midnight runs: Biden secretly flying underage migrants into NY in dead of night

Planeloads of underage migrants are being flown secretly into suburban New York in an effort by President Biden's administration to quietly resettle them across the region, The Post has learned.

The charter flights originate in Texas, where the ongoing border crisis has overwhelmed local immigration officials, and have been underway since at least August, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Last week, The Post saw two planes land at the Westchester County Airport, where most of the passengers who got off appeared to be children and teens, with a small portion appearing to be men in their 20s.

Westchester County cops stood by as the passengers - whose flights arrived at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday and 9:52 p.m. Friday - got off and piled into buses.

Some of them were later seen meeting up with relatives or sponsors in New Jersey, or being dropped off at a residential facility on Long Island.

A Post analysis of online flight-tracking data suggests that around 2,000 migrants nabbed after sneaking into the US from Mexico have arrived at the airport outside White Plains on 21 flights since Aug. 8.

Records show some of the planes touched down between midnight and 6:30 a.m. - when a voluntary curfew is in effect - with two arriving from Houston at 2:13 a.m. and 4:29 a.m. on Aug. 20.

The clandestine nature of the operation raises questions about how the White House is dealing with surge in unaccompanied minors.

The most recent figures from US Customs and Border Protection show that just during July and August, 37,805 unaccompanied minors were caught entering the US from Mexico - sometimes after being abandoned by professional smugglers known as "coyotes."

A source familiar with the operation at the Westchester airport said the underage migrants typically arrive carrying backpacks and are bused to locations including The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, upstate Newburgh and Bridgeport and Danbury in Connecticut.

On Friday night, one bus left the Westchester airport and barreled down the Hutchinson River Parkway - which is off-limits to commercial vehicles - at speeds greater than 75 mph before crossing the Throgs Neck Bridge.

Around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, it stopped in Syosset, Long Island, at the campus of MercyFirst, a nonprofit sponsored by the Catholic Sisters of Mercy that provides housing and services for "children and adolescents who are the victims of societal problems," according to its website.

MercyFirst has a contract to supply the federal government with residential services for "immigrant youth," according to the site.

MercyFirst CEO Renee Skolaski didn't return a request for comment.

Later Saturday, a similar scene began playing out in Jacksonville, Fla., where many of the flights from Texas have touched down before continuing on to Westchester - and where The Post saw a Boeing 737-700 land shortly after 10 p.m. at Jacksonville International Airport.

As local cops stood by, a group of between 10 and 15 people wearing matching white baseball caps and carrying duffel bags got off the plane and onto a charter bus near a dormant cargo terminal.

After a two-hour ride, the group arrived around 1 a.m. Sunday at the Twin Oaks Academy, a juvenile detention center in the Apalachicola National Forest near Tallahassee, where staffers were waiting to open a gate topped with barbed wire.

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis expressed outrage at The Post's findings, with a spokeswoman saying: "If the Biden Administration is so confident that their open-border policy is good for our country, why the secrecy?"
