New Illinois congresswoman under fire for comment: 'Hitler was right on one thing'

CHICAGO - Freshman U.S. Rep. Mary Miller of Illinois drew swift criticism from fellow Republicans Wednesday for quoting Adolf Hitler in a speech a day earlier outside the U.S. Capitol.
Miller, elected in November to replace Republican John Shimkus, spoke Tuesday during an event by conservative group "Moms for America," as demonstrations in support of President Donald Trump began in Washington D.C.
Miller - speaking a day before violent Trump supporters stormed the Capitol - read from prepared remarks, urging the need to appeal to young people in politics.
"This is the battle," she said according to video posted by WCIA-TV. "Hitler was right on one thing. He said, 'Whoever has the youth has the future.'"
The comment is often attributed to Hitler, who organized youth groups to introduce children to Nazi ideologies.
Illinois Republicans including U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger and state GOP Chairman Tim Schneider condemned the comments.
"That language is wrong and disgusting. We urge Congresswoman Miller to apologize," Schneider said in a statement.
Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, a Democrat who is Jewish, called the remarks "unfathomable."
"Let me be clear: Hitler got nothing right," he told reporters Wednesday. "This reprehensible rhetoric has no place in our politics."
The head of the World Jewish Congress, an international organization, blasted Miller's comment as "simply outrageous."
"One might expect this from white supremacists or neo-Nazis, but hearing the words 'Hitler was right' from the mouth of a member of the United States Congress is beyond acceptable behavior by any standards," Ronald Lauder, the group's president said in a statement.
Miller, elected to public office for the first time, runs a farm with her husband, Republican state Rep. Chris Miller. Her congressional district covers a wide swath of southern and eastern Illinois along the border with Indiana.
Messages left Wednesday for spokeswomen for Miller and "Moms for America" weren't returned.

Q Research General #15129: Video Evidence of Election Fraud by Dominion Edition
Here's a List of Republicans Who Have Turned Their Backs on Trump, Calling for Him to Concede
Many republicans that hold office today, were elected solely because of the support from President Donald Trump. Now that they hold office, many of them have completely turned their backs on the President, even going so far as to publicly call for him to concede the election to Joe Biden before any audit can occur.
Governor Brian Kemp of Georgia for example owes his entire election victory to President Trump. Since November 4th, Kemp has done little to help the President in his fight to overturn an election that most republicans, and a plurality of Americans agree was stolen.
Governor Mike DeWine of Ohio, who Trump brought up on stage during his rallies on several occasions, is another Turncoat according to Trump's supporters. Recently DeWine urged President Trump to allow a peaceful Transfer of power to Joe Biden.
Outside of Kemp and DeWine, there are countless others who refuse to support Trump in his challenging of the election, and the list has been growing over the past several days.
Here's a list of elected republicans who either have directly called for Trump to concede, called for a peaceful transfer of power and for Biden to receive intel briefings, or outright attempting sabotage any real audits of every single signature and vote.
Most of Trump's supporters have vowed that they will never vote for republicans again, unless there is an audit of every single vote in every single swing state.

These RINOs Are Democrats Who Want Trump Gone
By Devvy Kidd|November 26th, 2020
It's down to two minutes, no time outs left, the stadium is silent, tense. Winning the game depends on your quarterback's next play. He executes perfectly - the stadium roars as their team is now within reach of a win. QB is going to do a quick set up for a field goal.
But, wait! A referee is blowing the whistle, stop! The referee makes such an obvious bad call for a penalty, one would think he was throwing the game on purpose. The crowd goes wild, the quarterback is demanding the call be overturned; his team is outraged. They all saw the same thing: a fix. The clock runs out with no time to recover.
Does the team blame their star quarterback? No, they rally around him. A year later, after an internal investigation, the referee was found to be betting on games, cheating. But the team's Super Bowl dream was long gone.
In 2000, the presidential election was hanging by a ballot chad - and for those who don't remember, it wasn't just hanging chads but pregnant ones, too! Like millions, I watched the entire asinine battle over ballot chads. It was nothing more than an effort to cheat Bush, Jr., out of winning the election. Al Gore (bechev) conceded but changed his mind in the early hours of the next morning.
The State of Florida ballot challenge was a circus that should never have happened. Gore's mindless, brain dead supporters stood by him. Cheered him on because they believed Gore was being cheated out of a win. His party was unified and stood with him for challenging the vote, which he did - like any candidate in any election has the right to do.
Not so for President Trump. What's referred to as 'establishment' Republicans have turned on Trump like the junk yard dogs they are. No surprise from sore loser, Sen. Willard Romney or Sen. Ben Sasse who has been an obvious Trump hater for years.
Bush, Jr., says Trump needs to concede; go away junior, get back to your painting and let mommy Laura get you lunch. Maryland's GOP governor, Larry Hogan, said Trump needs to concede because the election results were overwhelmingly for Biden. It would appear Hogan has been on planet X the last 23 days.In addition to the aforementioned, these arrogant, swamp anuses have all congratulated Biden on his "win":
Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Rep. Francis Rooney (R-FL), Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), Rep. John Shimkus (R-IL), Rep. Paul Mitchell (R-MI), Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), Rep. John Curtis (R-UT), Rep. Denver Riggleman (R-VA), another state which I believe Trump actually won, Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX) and Rep. Tom Reed (R-NY).
All of them are conveniently ignoring these glaring facts: Because the turn out for Trump was so massive, this is what it did for the Republican Party: Republicans now control redistricting coming next year by a margin of 27 states. Devastating for the Democrat/Communist Party USA. If they bothered to pay attention, the evidence of vote fraud is overwhelming. Second, Trump as a candidate has every right to contest the election - just like Gore.
The bottom line is all those RINOs have kicked their party's leader in the gut. They should all do their constituents a favor and come out - register as a Democrat because you're all now naked as a pig in a sty.
Not one of them believe in fair and honest elections. It took 37 days to resolve the Bush/Gore race. Support for Gore never wavered. It's now been 23 days since America watched the greatest heist (next to the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913) ever perpetrated on the American people: the stealing of an election.
Last week, Sen. Tom Cotton said show us the evidence not press conferences. The purpose of the press conference was (1) a show of power and unity, and (2) to give Americans an overview of the legal war underway. Signed, sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury was discussed by Sidney Powell. They are evidence admitted in a court of law.
Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, Jenna Ellis, Victoria Toensing, Joseph diGenova and all the other lawyers working on this steal are working under enormous pressure because of the time clock. I doubt many are getting much sleep, but they are fighting back. They are all very good at what they do and I believe the courts at all levels are prepared to deal with this constitutional crisis.
Waiting is always the hardest but We the People have to be patient. I know, the thought of Biden and his socialist/communist comrades getting into the White House is beyond stressful and truly frightening. Pray and ask God Almighty to show mercy and not let the cheaters win.

Roll Call: The 34 House Republicans Who Voted for Farm Worker Amnesty
Thirty-four Republicans voted December 11 to give amnesty at least one million illegal immigrants and to subsidize farm companies with a wave of cheap visa-workers who will lower wages throughout the farm workforce, which includes at least one million American workers.
The Republicans are mostly from rural districts where the local media is skewed in favor of local farm employers and often ignores the economic interest of local American farmworkers.
Some of the pro-amnesty GOP legislators will avoid the pushback from GOP activists and voters by retiring before November.
The recorded vote revealed the amnesty-and-outsourcing Republicans:

How Dysfunctional is Congress? Compare it with POTUS accomplishments
Not in my lifetime has the U.S. Congress been so slow, so inconsistent, and so unwilling to go about the People's business. There is no doubt part of their job is to oversee the operations of the Executive Branch of the U.S. government. But that is NOT their primary responsibility.
The Constitution of the United States outlines the responsibilities and duties of Congress. Article I offers an overview of Congressional power, while Section 8 provides details about each duty. Section 8 includes a total of 14 paragraphs of information about all the duties, including:
- Borrowing money on behalf of the country
- Regulating commerce
- Developing a uniform system of laws
- Establishing the Post Office
- Declaring war
Wow! That seems pretty simple, doesn't it? Though those 5 tasks for the Congress set by The Constitution seem to be simple tasks, we all know there's a lot to it. But, in all fairness, there are 535 elected people who are tasked to work together to complete those 5 things every year. And those 535 elected folks each have a staff comprised of dozens of workers to make certain everything necessary for the completion of those tasks is taken care of.
So why does Congress get so little done?
Congressional Actions in 2017 (2nd Half of 115th Congress)
In that most Americans doubt Congress does much of anything, Congressman John Shimkus (R-IL) argues that the U.S. House of Representatives is getting things done. The Congressman on his website published a list of the greatest accomplishments of Congress in 2017. Let's look at them:
The VA Accountability First Act (Signed into law)
The Forever G.I. Bill (Passed the House 405-0)
The No Sanctuary for Criminals Act (Passed the House 228-195)
Kate's Law (Passed the House 257-167)
The National Defense Authorization Act (Passed the House 344-81)
Protecting 2nd Amendment Rights (Signed into law)
Strengthening Career & Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Passed House by Voice Vote)
FDA User Fee Reauthorization Act (Presented to the president)
Nuclear Waste Legislation (Approved 49-4)
Drinking Water System Improvement Act (Approved unanimously)
These ten Congressional accomplishments - according to Congressman Shimkus - are the MOST important Congressional accomplishments of 2017! Obviously, his list includes specific bills that originated in the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate passed some bills, too. But it takes both Houses to pass bills that find their way to the President's desk to be signed into law. Of those ten bills listed by Congressman Shimkus as THE significant legislative 2017 accomplishments, only two were actually signed into law! None of the others - including any that the U.S. Senate passed - even made it to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for presidential signature.

Slouching Toward Green New Deal, Some Republicans Flip-Flop On Climate Change
Rep. John Shimkus (R-IL) used to forcefully fight against climate change fanatics. Now he says, "It's just not worth the fight anymore." Such surrender is spreading among Republican and conservative ranks. ? TN Editor
Representative John Shimkus once issued a forceful rejection of climate science at a congressional hearing, invoking the Bible and declaring that "Earth will end only when God declares it's time to be over."
Last month, in a turnabout, the Illinois Republican signed onto a letter with the top Republican of the House Energy and Commerce Committee that said "prudent steps should be taken to address current and future climate risks."
"It's just not worth the fight anymore," Shimkus said in an interview when asked about his changing stance on climate change. "Let's just see what we can do to address it and not hurt the economy."
Shimkus is among a number of Republicans who - after years of sowing doubt about climate change or ignoring it altogether - are scrambling to confront the science they once rejected. They are planning hearings on the issue, pledging to invest in technologies to mitigate its impact and openly talking about the need for taking action.
The shift in posture follows the public's growing anxiety after catastrophic hurricanes, flooding and wildfires linked to global warming. Fully 74 percent of registered voters think global warming is happening and 67 percent said they are worried it, according to polling conducted by Yale Program on Climate Change Communication. Among conservative Republicans, just 42 percent think global warming is happening but that is up five percentage points since a poll taken in 2017.

Twitter Uses Verification to Endorse, Aid, and Abet Anti-Conservative Censorship Advocacy Group Sleeping Giants
Twitter has acknowledged that when it decides to officially "verify" an account by adding a blue checkmark next to its name, it is effectively an endorsement and promotion of that account.
Testifying before Congress last month, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey acknowledged in an exchange with Rep. John Shimkus (R-IL) that verified accounts are given special privileges and expanded visibility on the platform.
"The verified badge is a signal that is used in some of our algorithms to rank higher or to inject within shared areas of the - "
"That was my next question" Rep. Shimkus interjected. "You do prioritize content shared by verified users, currently?"
"We do have signals that do that" admitted Dorsey.
The fact that Twitter both prioritizes verified accounts in its algorithm and acknowledges that verification is, in effect, a stamp of approval from the site raises questions about the accounts that the company chooses to support.
One of those accounts belongs to an anonymous online activist group called Sleeping Giants. The Sleeping Giants account was created on or about November 16 2016, in direct response to the Republican successes in the 2016 elections. At its origin, its sole focus was spreading slander to Breitbart News' advertisers, including false charges of racism, anti-semitism and white nationalism. The group's modus operandi is to encourage its followers to intimidate and harass the advertisers of conservative media with deceptive practices and with inaccurate information until those advertisers sever ties.

It's lesser known but the Smithsonian has several Research Centers.
Here's the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory in conjunction with Harvard:
https://www.cfa.harvard.edu/sao
And the list of all their Research centers:
https://www.si.edu/researchcenters
Lastly, it's important to understand their Organization:
Congress vested responsibility for the administration of the Smithsonian in a 17-member Board of Regents.
As specified in the Smithsonian's charter, the Chief Justice of the United States and the Vice President of the United States are ex officio members of the Board, meaning that they serve as a duty of their office. The Chief Justice also serves as the Chancellor of the Smithsonian.
There are six congressional Regents: three Senators are appointed by the President pro tempore of the United States Senate and three Representatives are appointed by the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. Their terms on the Board coincide with their elected terms in Congress, and they may be reappointed to the Board if reelected.
Nine Regents are from the general public, two of whom must reside in the District of Columbia and seven of whom must be inhabitants of the 50 states (but no two from the same state). Each is nominated by the Board of Regents and appointed for a statutory term of six years by a Joint Resolution of the Congress, which is then signed into law by the President. In accordance with the Bylaws adopted by the Board of Regents in 1979, citizen members may not serve more than two successive terms.
The members of the Board of Regents are:
Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr.
Vice President Michael R. Pence (ex officio)
Senator John Boozman
Senator Patrick Leahy
Senator David Perdue
Representative Doris Matsui
Representative Lucille Roybal-Allard
Representative John Shimkus
