AIPAC LOBBYIST SAYS JEWISH LIVES MATTER MORE THAN ALL OTHER LIVES
Controversy Erupts Over Inflammatory Statement and Backlash in 2025
Jay Sullivan, an AIPAC lobbyist from Arkansas, posted on X, "Jewish lives matter more than anyone's," igniting widespread condemnation.
A viral photo allegedly showing Sullivan responding to a video of a burning Palestinian child with "This is how Israel deals with antisemites. Americans against Israel should learn from this" intensified the outrage.
Sullivan privatized and later deleted his X profile amid the backlash. National File publisher Noel Fritsch sent a letter to AIPAC demanding answers about the organization's stance, raising allegations of Jewish supremacy.
Jay Sullivan, identified as an AIPAC representative in Arkansas, made the inflammatory X post at approximately on June 20, 2025.
The statement quickly drew attention, with comments like, "No more trying to do it covertly, all OVERT!" Others labeled Sullivan an "AIPAC slave," claiming he threatened Americans and valued Jewish lives above others.
The viral photo of Sullivan's alleged response to the Palestinian child video further escalated accusations of extremism.
Sullivan's decision to protect his X account shortly after the post, followed by its deletion, fueled speculation about AIPAC's involvement. Critics on X suggested AIPAC may have directed Sullivan to limit visibility or remove the post to mitigate damage. No official statement from AIPAC has confirmed or denied these claims as of June 21, 2025.
National File publisher Noel Fritsch sent a letter to press@aipac.org, questioning AIPAC's response to Sullivan's actions.
Fritsch's letter questioned if AIPAC directed Sullivan to protect his account, if the tweet was deleted, and if AIPAC supports Sullivan's claim.
Fritsch also raised concerns about "credible claims of Jewish Supremacy" linked to Zionism and inquired about AIPAC's plans to atone, including whether Sullivan would be fired and his salary redirected to support displaced Christians in the Levant.

He has 4 names….
Congress received him with great fanfare. President Clinton, who during the recent election campaign had backed his rival, Shimon Peres, appears to have had a change of heart. Yet who is Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and why did the political elite in the U.S. accept him with such warmth? A few important facts about Netanyahu and his objectives-which the U.S. media have obstinately neglected to report help to clarify the enigma.
Netanyahu has lived both in Israel and the U.S.: first grade in Israel; second and third in the U.S.; fourth through eighth in Jerusalem; high school in suburban Philadelphia; military service in Israel; B.A. and M.A. at MIT. He held dual citizenship, which enabled him to travel freely between both countries, study in the U.S., receive federal loans to cover his education costs at MIT and work legally. Like every U.S. citizen, Netanyahu has a social security number, a credit account, and numerous other files in a variety of government offices.
Nevertheless, Netanyahu's files differ from those of most U.S. citizens. The Israeli weekly Ha'ir reports that four requests for credit approval appear in U.S. social security file number 020-36-4537. Under each request one finds a different name: Benjamin Netanyahu, Benjamin Nitai, John Jay Sullivan and John Jay Sullivan Jr.-one man, four names.
Binyamin Netanyahu is the name Israel's current prime minister was given at birth and which he now uses. In June 1973, during his studies at MIT, Netanyahu submitted a petition to the Boston court, asking to change his name from Netanyahu to Nitai; "I prefer a shorter name," he wrote on the request form. The petition was approved, thus the second name has an explanation. The last two names, however, remain a mystery. Furthermore, the address attached to these names-somewhere in Malibu, California-does not exist. Who, then, is John Jay Sullivan?
Biranit Goren and Einat Berkovitch from Ha'ir tried to find out. They looked into Netanyahu's credit account. This file is supposed to hold information regarding bank accounts, loans, credit cards and so forth; yet, surprisingly, the file was empty. It is as if Netanyahu never had a debt, had never taken out a loan, and always paid his bills up front and in cash.
Goren and Berkovitch then attempted to examine Netanyahu's social security file, but were denied access. They did, however, find out that Netanyahu's file has a different classification than most. They were denied access not merely due to the 1974 privacy act, but because the file had a "confidential" classification. Goren and Berkovitch have explained that such a classification only applies to five categories of people: those who work for one of three federal agencies-FBI, CIA, IRS-or those who are considered to be terrorists or criminals. Since it is unlikely that Netanyahu fits the latter two categories, or that he worked for the IRS, it appears that he was on the payroll of a security agency-the CIA or FBI.

Twitter Edit Button Debuts in US
https://www.newsmax.com/finance/streettalk/twitter-edit-button-blue-subscribers/2022/10/06/id/1090773
Twitter is finally rolling out its long-awaited edit button in the U.S. on October 6, The Verge reports.
Canada, Australia and New Zealand got the ability to edit their tweets on Monday, and now subscribers to Twitter Blue in the U.S. can have the same privilege.
Tweets can be edited for 30 minutes after posting, up to five times. However, some tweets, like replies, retweets and polls, cannot be altered.
A little pencil icon will appear on tweets when they can be edited.
Many Twitter users - among them, Kim Kardashian, Ice T, Katy Perry, and McDonald's corporate account - have long begged for an edit button. Twitter has been working on the edit function since 2021.
Twitter's vice president of consumer product, Jay Sullivan, said earlier this year an edit function has for years been Twitter's most requested new feature, noting that people want to fix mistakes, typos, and "hot takes."

Two top executives leaving Twitter after Musk deal
Two of Twitter's top leaders announced Thursday they are leaving the company as it prepares for Elon Musk's impending takeover.
Kayvon Beykpour, Twitter's general manager of consumer product, will be replaced by Jay Sullivan, who has held that role on an interim basis.
"Interrupting my paternity leave to share some final @twitter-related news: I'm leaving the company after over 7 years," Beykpour, the co-founder of Periscope, tweeted.
"The truth is that this isn't how and when I imagined leaving Twitter, and this wasn't my decision. Parag asked me to leave after letting me know that he wants to take the team in a different direction," he continued, referring to Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal.
Bruce Falck, the company's general manager for revenue, also announced his departure Thursday.
"I wanted to take a moment to thank all the teams and partners I've been lucky enough to work with during the past 5 years," Falck said, adding in a thread that he too was let go by Agrawal.
The departure of the two general managers comes after Elon Musk struck a deal last month to buy Twitter for $44 billion.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has criticized some of Twitter's top executives publicly since that deal was announced, mostly boosting allegations that the platform has moderated content unevenly and was biased against conservative voices.

U.S. senators threaten Facebook, Apple with encryption regulation
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - U.S. senators grilled Apple Inc and Facebook Inc executives over their encryption practices on Tuesday and threatened to regulate the technology unless the companies make encrypted user data accessible to law enforcement.
At a U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Democrats and Republicans presented a rare united front as they invoked child abuse and mass shooting cases in which encryption has blocked access to key evidence and stymied investigations.
"You're going to find a way to do this or we're going to go do it for you," said Senator Lindsey Graham. "We're not going to live in a world where a bunch of child abusers have a safe haven to practice their craft. Period. End of discussion."
Facebook has been wrestling with multiple governments since announcing its plan to extend end-to-end encryption across its messaging services earlier this year. Its WhatsApp messaging app is already encrypted.
In October, U.S. Attorney General William Barr and law enforcement chiefs of the United Kingdom and Australia called on the world's biggest social network not to proceed with its plan unless law enforcement officials are given backdoor access.
Facebook rejected that call in a letter signed by WhatsApp head Will Cathcart and Messenger head Stan Chudnovsky which it released along with the company's written testimony.
"The 'backdoor' access you are demanding for law enforcement would be a gift to criminals, hackers and repressive regimes," they wrote. "That is not something we are prepared to do."
Apple weathered a legal fight over encryption in 2016, when the Federal Bureau of Investigation sought access to an iPhone owned by a slain sympathizer of Islamic State in San Bernardino, California, who had murdered county employees.
That stand helped bolster the company's reputation for protecting user privacy, while Facebook has been mired in a series of scandals in recent years over its handling of personal data.
In their testimony, Facebook's messaging privacy chief Jay Sullivan traded barbs with Apple privacy head Erik Neuenschwander, each suggesting lawmakers focus their scrutiny on the other company's business.
Sullivan said repeatedly that Facebook does not build devices or operating systems, and suggested the company was open to "on-device scanning" proposals that would automatically identify matches for illegal content.
"We don't have forums for strangers to contact each other … and our business doesn't have us scanning material of our users to build profiles of them," said Neuenschwander.
