Declassified: 9/11 Commission Interviews with Bush and Cheney
https://transforming-classification.blogs.archives.gov/2022/11/09/declassified-9-11-commission-interviews-with-bush-and-cheney/
The declassification and release today (November 9, 2022) of the interview with President George W. Bush and Vice President Richard Cheney conducted by the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (the 9/11 Commission) follows recommendations long advocated by the Public Interest Declassification Board (PIDB). The release of the transcript addresses one of the PIDB's mandates, to release records and materials of extraordinary public interest.
The declassified transcript of the interview is now available at: https://www.archives.gov/files/declassification/iscap/pdf/2012-163-doc-1-release-material.pdf.
"The release of this historical record regarding then President Bush's and Vice President Cheney's actions in the period leading up to, and immediately after the 9/11 terrorist attack, is an important step towards additional public transparency. The Board thanks all members of the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP), who diligently participated in the declassification review, and made it possible for this important historical record to be released to the public. We hope that in the coming months additional records regarding the 9/11 terrorist attacks will be declassified, consistent with President Biden's September 2021 order. The resource-intensive process required to release this record highlights the need to reform and streamline the entire declassification process," said Chair Ezra Cohen.
The historical significance of the interviews with President Bush and Vice President Cheney were highlighted in discussions with former 9/11 Commission member Jamie Gorelick, and the former 9/11 Commission Executive Director, University of Virginia Professor Philip Zelikow, at the PIDB virtual public meeting held on May 18, 2021. Over 4,000 viewers clicked into that live-stream event, which is available for access on demand via the NARA YouTube Channel.
On July 30, 2021, ahead of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States, the PIDB submitted a letter to President Joe Biden recommending a list of 9/11 Commission records for prioritized declassification and public release. In addition to the interviews with Bush and Cheney, the PIDB request included interviews with President William J. Clinton and Vice President Albert Gore; interviews with the National Security Advisors Condolezza Rice and Sandy Berger; and government counter-terrorism experts Richard Clarke and Michael Scheuer; as well as a 7,000-word report created for the 9/11 commission by Gorelick and Zelikow, which provides a summary and analysis of information contained in the President's Daily Briefs from the Clinton and Bush administrations pertaining to the efforts by the Al-Qaida terrorist group to advance terrorist attacks leading up to 9/11.
Following the PIDB's recommendation, President Biden issued an executive order on September 03, 2021 targeting the declassification of certain 9/11 investigatory files and stressing that information collected and generated in the United States Government's investigation of the 9/11 terrorist attacks should now be disclosed, except when the strongest possible reasons counsel otherwise.
At a subsequent PIDB virtual public meeting on March 30, 2022, the Board members reiterated their view that it is in the public interest to declassify 9/11 Commission records to the greatest extent possible.
Established under the Public Interest Declassification Act of 2000, as amended, the PIDB continues to provide and consider recommendations to the President on the systematic, coordinated, and comprehensive identification, collection, review for declassification, and release of declassified records and materials of historic value. In accordance with its mandate, the PIDB's advice to the President seeks to promote the fullest possible public access to a thorough, accurate, and reliable documentary record of historically significant national security activities in support of fact-based analysis, public discussion, the improvement of executive branch policy, and more effective oversight and legislation from Congress.

More Jamie Gorelick. The Media Matters Memo, below, explains that Gorelick is not responsible for IC failures to communicate, prior to 9-11. Anon finds it disturbing that someone who may have contributed to IC failures prior to 9-11 was on the 9-11 Commission. The Miller Center Oral History piece is very long and Anon has not looked at all of it. Does anyAnon feel up to seeing what she thinks of herself? With an American Thinker title like "Mistress of Disaster: Jamie Gorelick", it's plain to see that some don't think as highly of Jamie Gorelick as Secretary Mayorkas does.

SBF Hires Jeffery Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's Attorneys - Daddy Pays the Bills
Back in 2021, when crypto giant FTX was still flourishing, CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) transferred millions of dollars to his father, the Stanford professor. Those fundsare currently being used to pay for SBF's mounting legal fees.
SBF is paying his legal team with stolen FTX money given to dad.
$8.9 billion in customer deposits to FTX are still missing.
According to Forbes, Bankman-Fried is currently represented by Mark Cohen and Christian Everdell of Cohen & Gresser, both former federal prosecutors who were part of a defense team that advised Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted in 2021 of sex trafficking a minor.
Jamie Gorelick, who was the former No. 2 ranking member in the Clinton Justice Department, is representing SBF's girlfriend, Caroline Ellison.

On the 9/11 commission…
Involed in WACO…
Involved in WTC…
She is one comp'ed bitch…
A 1995 Department of Justice memorandum states that theprocedures her memorandum put in placefor the investigation of the 1993WTC bombing"go beyond what is legally required…[to] prevent any risk of creating an unwarranted appearance that FISA is being used to avoid procedural safeguards which would apply in a criminal investigation." The wall intentionally exceeded the requirements of FISA (the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978) for the purposes of criminal investigations, as well as the then-existing federal case law. These rules were, shortly after their creation, expanded to regulate such communications in future counter-terrorism investigations.[21]
SHE HELPED EXPAND FISA
Gorelick eventually recused herself from reviewing her own role in the regulation of information about terrorist activities.[citation needed] Attorney General Ashcroft was incensed before the 9/11 commission to learn that the commission had not investigated or been told of Gorelick's memo or her role regarding the "wall". This assertion was disputed by former senator Slade Gorton (R-WA), a member of the 9/11 Commission, who said, "nothing Jamie Gorelick wrote had the slightest impact on the Department of Defense or its willingness or ability to share intelligence information with other intelligence agencies." Gorton also asserted that "the wall" was a long-standing policy that had resulted from the Church committee in the 1970s, and that the policy only prohibits transfer of certain information from prosecutors to the intelligence services and never prohibited information flowing in the opposite direction.[20]

Sam Bankman-Fried's Former Girlfriend and Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison Spotted In NYC-Now Has Clinton Lawyer
Former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison was spotted at a coffee shop in NYC.
Caroline Ellison was formerly the CEO of Alameda Research which was formerly the trading arm of the now-disgraced cryptocurrency platform FTX.
After it was discovered Alameda was fraudulently "borrowing" money from customers' accounts to fund bets with Alameda, Caroline Ellison went completely silent.
However, Ellison seems to not be troubled about the FTX scandal and was seen walking freely around Manhattan.
Ellison is also reportedly lawyering up and even reportedly hired a former Clinton lawyer after SBF recently claimed he had no knowledge about Alameda's business dealings and virtually threw Caroline under the bus.
Zero Hedge reported
Caroline is two steps ahead of SBF and is already cooperating with members of the DOJ, and specifically the SDNY, which we previously reported is probing the collapse of FTX.
Subsequent reports have only reinforced this rumor, and the latest is that Ellison is being represented by DC law firm, WilmerHale best known for its Government Affairs Department Chair, Jamie Gorelick, who was the former No. 2 ranking member in the Clinton Justice Department, and in a recent interview, she referred to Garland as her "wingman."
The Gateway Pundit previously reported Caroline Ellison's father is a professor at MIT who just so happen to teach alongside the current head of SEC Gary Gensler.
Gensler was previously the CFO for Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential run.
Currently, Sam Bankman-Fried is still in the Bahamas and isn't expected to return anytime soon due to fear of facing a possible arrest.

By the time of the April 27th, 1995 preliminary hearing, the primary suspect - Timothy McVeigh - was in custody. The preliminary hearing's purpose was to show probable cause and a reasonable basis for proceeding in case no. CR-95-98, the United States of America vs. Timothy James McVeigh. Leading the charge in the government's case at the preliminary hearing was Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Merrick Garland, a top aid to Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick. Garland's chief witness was FBI Special Agent Jon Hersley, who would go on to give testimony that would serve to confirm that the FBI had in its possession multiple surveillance camera recordings.
The first reports concerning surveillance camera footage of the bombing aired on CNN within days of the attack. One early CNN report stated that "the FBI says that it has some surveillance camera video of the bomb site" which was then followed by a clip of FBI on-scene-commander Weldon Kennedy urging all businesses in the area to come forward to provide their security camera recordings, which they did do. Summarily, later that same week, CNN further reported that "the FBI says that it has obtained videotapes from security cameras in the vicinity of the blast and may have tape of the Ryder rental truck used to house the enormous bomb."
Note that in CNN's second broadcast about the tapes, CNN reported that the FBI had "videotapes," plural, and "security cameras," plural, implying that more than one recording had been obtained. This is confirmed by FBI investigatory records, court transcripts, and even testimony under oath by an FBI agent assigned to the case. Indeed, just eight days after the bombing, a preliminary hearing held in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma shed considerable light on the FBI's evidence in the case, to include both witnesses and surveillance recordings.

Hunter Biden Laptop Hoaxer Michael Chertoff, Tapped To Assess Plagued 'Disinformation Board'
Former Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff, who waved off Clinton's lies in 2016, is directing the review of Biden's 'disinformation board.'
After the Biden administration's proposal of a dystopian "disinformation board" met with mockery and horror from First Amendment lovers, the Department of Homeland Security announced last week that its brainchild will now go through a "review" for up to 75 days. Directing the assessment along with former Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick is former Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, who has a detailed history of falling for or waving away security risks or political hoaxes.
Chertoff, who endorsed Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election, was asked by NPR how he could reconcile supporting Clinton with his knowledge of her mishandling of secret emails, and essentially said that it didn't matter in terms of national security.
"The ability to spend an inordinate amount of time chasing small peccadilloes is a luxury we only have in a world at peace," he said. "In a world at war, you've got to focus on the top priority which is protecting the United States and protecting our friends and allies."
If mishandling of classified information didn't strike Chertoff as a red flag, neither did the Clinton campaign's instigation of the Russia collusion hoax against then-presidential candidate Donald Trump in 2016. Although Clinton's role in the hoax has long laid unaddressed under the nation's nose, Clinton's former campaign manager just named his boss responsible. Robby Mook testified last week in the trial of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann that Clinton approved the plan to implicate Trump in Russian collusion.
So the man tapped to help assess the Orwellian "disinformation board" endorsed the very woman who helped plant an incredibly damaging hoax aimed at undermining her opponent in the 2016 election. Not only that, Chertoff also cast doubt on reporting about Hunter Biden's laptop right before the 2020 election, calling the idea that Biden abandoned the laptop at a repair shop "preposterous" and blaming the Russians.
The board was put on pause on the same day Nina Jankowicz, the Christopher Steele fangirl who was tapped to lead it, stepped down. Its creation roused fierce criticism in late April with Twitter posts likening it to an Orwellian Ministry of Truth and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis calling it a "belated April Fool's joke."
Jankowicz herself fueled the outrage by a ridiculous TikTok video she released in February 2021 in which she outlined the alleged dangers of disinformation to the tune of "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious." This magnum opus led to skeptics fondly dubbing her "Scary Poppins."
The Biden administration and its media cheerleaders have blamed the board's rough rollout on yet another "disinformation" campaign against the proposed new office. As one reporter put it at a White House press briefing earlier this month, "So if it's pausing because you think the board was mischaracterized, then the disinformation board is being shut down because of disinformation?"
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stammered with her response and didn't answer the question. The board's purpose, she insisted, is to monitor "bad actors - including human smugglers, transnational criminal organization, and foreign adversaries - [who] could use disinformation to advance their goals."
Ominously, that list of "bad actors" is not exhaustive. As the Biden administration has proved by targeting concerned parents at school board meetings as "domestic terrorists," anyone who challenges the administration's political agenda is a potential target for the board's war on free speech.

There's a nice post on Thread Reader identifying the man at the center of all the Trump-Russia-dossier crap: Bill Priestap, Peter Strzok's boss and James Comey's confidant. He knows everything and would have made any decision to pay for the Fusion GPS dossier. Oddly, he has escaped media scrutiny so far.
The one thing they sort of miss on is his wife, Sabina Menschel, who is not just some consultant, but the current head of the D.C. office of Nardello & Co. That's the top private-eye firm in the Beltway.
So the man the FBI has keeping all its secrets is married to the top private snoop in Washington.
It would be revealing, no doubt, to see what Democratic-affiliated law firms and media shops in D.C. use Nardello. Let's hope congressional investigators are looking into this. Ms. Menshel, by the way, is the daughter and niece of Goldman Sachs zillionaire brothers Richard and Robert Menshel, big-time Democrat donors.
A long time ago, a friend of mine who once worked in the intel community in D.C. told me all the agencies were just absolute cesspools of nepotism, and pretty much everybody advanced by playing leap-frog along with a spouse through the system. Use your connections to get your wife a better slot somewhere in the alphabet soup, then she does the same for you. A few detours on the way to congressional staffs, or well connected private law and media firms, can be part of the track as well.
That's how we got everyone from Bruce and Nellie Ohr to Valerie Plame and Joe Wilson. No surprise at all that Hillary Clinton's attorney is the super-connected Beth Wilkinson, married to NBC's David Gregory and an alumna of the Web Hubbell DOJ and the Jamie Gorelick Fannie Mae - you know, the same people in James Comey's FBI. Peter Strzok may have a variation on the game, using his mistress Lisa Page as his ladder-climbing pal in the DOJ.
The current situation was made worse by the poor job George W. Bush did in bringing his people to the DOJ. You may remember the hassle he got with every U.S. attorney he tried to replace and with every non-Ivy League lawyer he wanted in Washington. Having Alberto Gonzales as attorney general didn't help. So the normal partisan house-cleaning and turnover that should have happened in eight years of Bush did not occur.
We also have the swamp fighting furiously for every important federal job to be credentialed and not made "political." What sort of person benefits from that? The Lois Lerners of the world - connected East Coast liberals. There are 80,000 IRS employees but only two appointed by the president.
It is an irony worthy of a Charles Murray book that the liberal D.C. Democrats, who have done so much to destroy the American family in general, have made family ties their secret weapon for staying power in Washington, no matter who wins the elections.
Frank Friday is an attorney in Louisville, Ky.
The one thing they sort of miss on is his wife, Sabina Menschel, who is not just some consultant, but the current head of the D.C. office of Nardello & Co. That's the top private-eye firm in the Beltway.

Homeland Security Pick To Clean Up 'Disinfo Board' Pushed Disinfo Himself
The Biden administration is calling in backup to bail out its Disinformation Governance Board just days after a disastrous launch. Their ringer is a former government official who blamed Russia for the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Department of Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas this week tapped former DHS secretary Michael Chertoff to advise the board. Its executive director, Nina Jankowicz, had come under fire after she asserted the release of Biden's emails was a "Russian influence op." Chertoff has made similar claims, arguing after the 2020 election that "human intelligence sources"-referring to Russian spies-likely obtained emails from Hunter Biden's computer. Chertoff dismissed as "preposterous" the claim that the emails were recovered after Biden abandoned his laptop at a computer repair shop.
Chertoff's appointment could signal more trouble for the board, which has come under intense scrutiny from Republicans. Critics have dubbed the board the "Ministry of Truth," a nod to fears that it would enable the government to interfere with a free press. Republicans have criticized Jankowicz's defense of the Steele dossier, the Democrat-funded opposition research that made false claims of a Trump-Russia collusion.
Mayorkas, citing "confusion" about the board's role, requested the Homeland Security Advisory Council make recommendations for how his department could "effectively and appropriately address disinformation that poses a threat to the homeland." He picked Chertoff, an advisory council member, and Washington, D.C., super lawyer Jamie Gorelick, the council's co-chair, to oversee the initiative.
Two other members of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, former CIA director Leon Panetta and former representative Jane Harman (D., Calif.), also pushed the unfounded claim about Biden's laptop.
Panetta, an ally of President Joe Biden, was one of the 51 former intelligence officials to sign a letter saying the release of Hunter Biden's emails "has the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation." Harman wrote before the 2020 election that information released about Hunter Biden-which she called a "sketchy dossier"-had "shady" origins and had been "widely discredited."
No evidence has emerged to support the claim that Russia handled Biden's computer. Documents from his laptop have been verified through forensic analysis and confirmation by email recipients. The owner of a Wilmington, Del., computer shop said that a man he believed to be Biden left it for repairs in April 2019 and never retrieved it.
The shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, said he gave the FBI a copy of the computer hard drive in late 2019. He later provided documents to allies of former president Donald Trump, including Rudy Giuliani. The former New York City mayor then gave some of the documents to the New York Post, which published stories based on Biden's emails on Oct. 14, 2020. Joe Biden's supporters quickly questioned the provenance of the emails and suggested that Isaac lied about how he obtained them. The computer repairman accused multiple news outlets and Democratic lawmakers of defamation in a lawsuit this week.
Chertoff claimed in his dismissal of the Biden laptop story that Giuliani had "weaved a kind of preposterous story about getting this from a laptop that was left to be repaired."
"But it looks like the evidence that's emerging shows that these purported documents were circulating by the Russians in Ukraine for some period of time. This suggests that this information is not only online but it's an old-fashioned spy story involving human intelligence sources," said Chertoff, who served in the George W. Bush administration.
Hunter Biden is under federal investigation for his taxes and foreign business dealings. Biden has admitted he was heavily dependent on drugs at the time he allegedly abandoned his computer.
The Department of Homeland Security and Chertoff's consulting firm, the Chertoff Group, did not respond to requests for comment.

Q Research General #20601: Spygate Trial Is Bad News For Hillary Clinton Edition
Conflict Of Interest? Obama-Appointed Russiagate Judge Married To Lisa Page's Lawyer, Knew Sussmann
As the trial against Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann begins, questions have emerged over the judge's apparent conflicts of interest.
In a Wednesday Zoom call, Cooper told the parties in the case that he knew Sussmann in the 1990s when both of them worked at the DOJ.
"I worked in the '90s at the deputy attorney general's office two years following law school. Mr. Sussmann also worked at the building at the same time in the criminal division. We did not work together or socialize, but I think it's fair to say we were professional acquaintances," Cooper said, per the Washington Examiner. "I don't believe that this creates a conflict, but my regular practice is to disclose these sorts of relationships with lawyers or with parties on the record. And I would advise you that I would be happy to entertain a motion if either side believes there is a conflict on that basis or any other."
Page, a former FBI lawyer, played a central role in the investigation of former President Donald Trump's alleged ties to Russia - a hoax created in part by the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and spread to the media by several operatives, including Sussmann. The FBI, meanwhile, was engaging in an alleged "media leak strategy" at the same time.
So - both the judge in the Sussmann case and his wife are deeply connected within the Democratic party, and have connections to key individuals involved in the attempt to take down Donald Trump. Interestingly, Cooper was also the judge in the Benghazi ringleader case, where his wife's ties to the DOJ posed another potential conflict of interest.
After graduating from Stanford Law School in 1993, Cooper clerked for Chief Judge Abner J. Mikva on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 1994 to 1996. He then went to work as a special assistant to Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick in the Clinton Justice Department. In 2001, he went into private practice for 17 years, working at the firms of Miller, Cassidy, Larroca & Lewin; then Baker Botts, and finally at Covington & Burling, where Holder was a partner before becoming Obama's first attorney general.
…
In private practice, Cooper and his father-in-law William Jeffress successfully defended senior-level Saudi Arabian government officials in U.S. court against a lawsuit brought by the families of 9/11 victims.

Public Interest Declassification Board recommends public release of key 9/11 records
Ezra A. Cohen @EzraACohen·Aug 6
Last week the bipartisan Public Interest Declassification Board, following a multi-month review, recommended to President Biden that the administration prioritize the declassification and public release of a number of key historical records related to the 9/11 attacks.
"Without your leadership in prioritizing these important documents for review and release, the public record of the 9/11 attacks will remain incomplete, just as the public discussion turns to remember and assess the consequences of those events."
Thank you to @USNatArchives, Commissioner Jamie Gorelick, Philip Zelikow, and many others who assisted the PIDB with this review.

There were at least two advisory boards purged, Defense Business Board (They were fired by group email, too! I love it.) and Defense Policy Board. It's not the chart you requested but here are the names:
"Members of the board received a brief email from Joshua Whitehouse, the White House liaison to the Department of Defense, that simply said, "if you are receiving this e-mail, your membership on the Defense Business Board has expired or is coming to an end."
"A number of board members have been terminated with a form letter. In my experience, I was very surprised that the White House would, at the eleventh hour, adjust an advisory board that for 19 years has had a record of nonpartisan support with the department," Michael Bayer, who until today was board chair, told POLITICO.
Besides Bayer, the other board members who were let go are Arnold Punaro, Atul Vashistha, John O'Connor, David Venlet, Paul Dolan, Scott Dorn, David Walker and David Van Slyke."
And:
The Defense Department on Friday said that a number of members of its Defense Policy Board including former Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger and Madeleine Albright had been removed. (From Fox).
Former Democratic officials who were removed include former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, former Justice Department official Jamie Gorelick, former Rep. Jane Harmon of California, and former Deputy Defense Secretary Rudy DeLeon, now part of the liberal Center for American Progress.
Republicans taken off the board included former arms control and Pentagon policy official J.D. Crouch, former Undersecretary of State Robert Joseph, and former House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor of Virginia. Retired Adm. Gary Roughead, a former chief of naval operations, also left the board. (Washington Times)

POTUS and Team has Replaced the Octopus with their own Kraken
1/2
Just keep seeing how POTUS and Co. have been running a very long operation. They were in place and put in place key players into certain organizations, such a Team8, which is why Adm. Rogers joined them. Then there is the question of Peter Thiel and Elon Musk. Where and how do they fit in?
2015: Eric Schmidt (Google) attended a seminar on the banks of the Potomac River, hosted by then-Defense Secretary Ash Carter, on the use of technology inside the government. He also traveled to North Korea, Afghanistan, and Libya, and gave technical support to Hillary Clinton in the run-up to her 2016 presidential campaign. His venture capital fund, Innovation Endeavors, invested in start-ups like Planet Labs, which operates satellites and sells the imagery to defense and intelligence agencies, and Team8, a cybersecurity company founded by former Israeli intelligence members.
July, 2019: Jeffrey Epstein's Southern Trust Company was identified in U.S. Virgin Islands as "a DNA database and data mining" company. Epstein was involved with blackmail/extortion through the use of underage girls, and claimed he had "damaging information or embarrassing" on Silicon Valley figures, saying they "were hedonistic and regular users of recreational drugs", and that he had "witnessed prominent tech figures taking drugs and arranging for sex", and that he knew "details about their supposed sexual proclivities." Before his final arrest, Epstein seemed to be casting himself as a "tech investor." Epstein was known to associate with executives, such as co-founder Sergey Brin, Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, and LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman. A few years before, Epstein was at a dinner hosted by Reid Hoffman, claiming Musk had introduced him to Mark Zuckerberg. Sergey Brin had been at a dinner hosted by Epstein at his NY townhouse, which included Donald Trump (in his intelligence role?). It may have been Peter Thiel pushing Epstein as a tech investor.
Thiel had also invested in Facebook and is on its board, and also funded Musk's SpaceX through his PayPal. Reid Hoffman also invested in Facebook.Thiel is tied to U.S. intelligence and has invested in other companies founded by former members of Unit 8200. Thiel's company, Palantir, was created with a $2 million investment from the CIA's In-Q-Tel and which became a CIA contract, after which it also contracted with other federal agencies, such as the FBI, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the NS, the Department of Homeland Security, and Special Operations Command of the military, and more, including a contract to create a battlefield intelligence system for the Army. Palantir also works in predictive crime tech, used by police departments. Thiel is also connected in business to Jared Kushner and his brother, Josh, and again, this seems to be a "placement" for long time intelligence gathering on the part of Team POTUS.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4467542/Kushner-business-Soros-Peter-Thiel-Goldman.html
(You will note in the article at that link that Jamie Gorelick had been Kushner's attorney, the same Jamie Gorlick among others whom POTUS recently fired. Odd connection, or yet another link to intelligence gathering?)

Pentagon Purges Leading Advisors From Defense Policy Board - Jaweb

Elmoudjaweb -
November 25, 2020
Several members of the top federal advisory committee to the U.S. Department of Defense have been suddenly pushed out, multiple U.S. officials told Foreign Policy, in what appears to be the outgoing Trump administration's parting shot at scions of the foreign-policy establishment.
The directive, which the Pentagon's White House liaison Joshua Whitehouse sent on Wednesday afternoon, removes 11 high-profile advisors from the Defense Policy Board, including former Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger and Madeleine Albright; retired Adm. Gary Roughead, who served as chief of naval operations; and a onetime ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, Jane Harman. Rudy De Leon, a former chief operating officer at the Pentagon once considered by then-Defense Secretary James Mattis for a high-level policy role, will also be ousted.
Also booted in today's sweep of the board, which is effective immediately, were former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and David McCormick, a former Treasury Department undersecretary during the George W. Bush administration. Both had been added to the board by former Mattis in 2017. Jamie Gorelick, a Clinton administration deputy attorney general; Robert Joseph, a chief U.S. nuclear negotiator who convinced Libya to give up weapons of mass destruction; former Bush Deputy National Security Advisor J.D. Crouch II; and Franklin Miller, a former top defense official, have also been removed.
This story is based on interviews with three current and former officials. The Defense Department did not immediately respond to request for comment.
The board, overseen by the Pentagon's top policy official, the undersecretary of defense for policy, serves as a kind of in-house think tank on retainer for top military leaders, providing independent counsel and advice on defense policy. The Defense Policy Board includes former top military brass, secretaries of state, members of Congress, and other senior diplomats and foreign-policy experts. The status of two other members of the panel-or who would replace the ousted members-was not immediately clear.
Officials said that the Trump administration had long tried to remake the board with figures seen as loyal to the president-and outside of the Washington establishment-but had received pushback from recently ousted Defense Secretary Mark Esper and acting Undersecretary of Defense for Policy James Anderson, who sought to keep the board in place to allow for policy continuity. Both Esper and Anderson were removed earlier this month in a purge of Pentagon officials.
The White House had sought to add Scott O'Grady, a former Air Force fighter pilot shot down over Bosnia, to the board to prepare him to be nominated for a top Pentagon position, as well as former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a close ally of President Donald Trump. The administration had also vetoed adding retired Adm. Eric Olson, a former U.S. Special Operations Command chief, and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, as well as Gordon England, a former deputy secretary of defense during the Bush administration, over perceived anti-Trump ties.
"If they get treated like that, then who is going to want to volunteer?" a former senior Trump administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Foreign Policy.
While the board has no tangible role inside the Pentagon in the policymaking process, it routinely advises senior military leadership on some of the top strategic national security threats facing the United States. The board convened in October for classified discussions on formulating a long-term strategy toward China and deterrence in space, according to a notice from the Federal Register. The meeting included briefings from the CIA, the Pentagon's Office of Net Assessment, and other senior Pentagon policy officials.
The composition of the board has faced scrutiny from some Republican foreign-policy analysts, who say the current members do not accurately reflect the views of the administration, including its hard-line views toward China, as the Washington Times reported in October. Given the criticism, it is unclear why the White House waited until the final months of Trump's tenure in the Oval Office to make changes to the Defense Policy Board.
Some members of the board, including Roughead, Albright, and Harman, were added to the board during the Obama administration in 2011.
The move follows a recent decision by Whitehouse, the liaison officer, to begin political-style vetting of nonpolitical experts and employees on loan from think tanks, an effort that had only extended to political appointees in the past.

Pentagon Purges Leading Advisors From Defense Policy Board

"Sandy Berger, Bill Clinton's former NSA Director, took the Able Danger document evidence out of the National Archives and literally ate some of the documents, while stuffing some of the other documents in his underwear and socks. Burger was fined a few months ago and never sent to prison; but U.S. intelligence agents have concrete evidence of Berger's actions-but he still got away with selling out America."
"President Bush ordered the Washington, DC missile defense system to stand down in late July 2001. Bush also signed an executive order that told the FBI to back of their investigations of Muslims. The reason Mr. Bush told the FBI to allow the Brooklyn, New York bucket shop cell to operate as an active entity and not be apprehended was so the cell could carry out the planned 9-11-2001 attack on America."
"FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds, who recently lost her certiorari appeal before the United States Supreme Court after having been ordered gagged by three Republican appeals court judges to help obstruct justice, intercepted the Turkish American Council communications of Defense Intelligence rogue agent Gary Best and others who were involved in the 9-11 attacks. Best was an Iran-contra Shadow Government player now in French custody for trying to blow up the French satellite launch pad in French Guyanna."
"Other US intelligence agents also intercepted the Turkish American council communications when George H. W. Bush discussed the 9-11 attack on America. George H. W. Bush and Richard Cheney were 400 feet below ground in the White House situation room controlling the Justice Department Tripod II Brooklyn, New York bucket shop operation attacking America on 9-11-2001. This, while George W. Bush was reading a goat story in a Florida classroom, far away from the action-and why did he select a story about a goat?"
"Federal Whistleblower Karl Swartz's investigation revealed that missiles were retrofitted by Hughes Corp on one of their A-3 Airplanes at the Ft Collins Colorado Airport and that one of them was the missile that hit the Pentagon-not an airplane."
"The warehouse was owned by several people including Maurice Hank Greenberg, former CEO of AIG Insurance, the largest U.S. insurance group allegedly linked to narcotics money laundering and re-insurance frauds, and connected to Leonard Millman's National Acceptance-First National Acceptance Company at 50 S. Steel, Denver Colorado."
Ellen Mariani
"Whistleblowers Schwartz, Heneghan and Webb provided evidence to New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer who continues the cover-up, which is obstruction of Justice."
"Let's look at the facts and evidence that friends of mine, federal whistleblowers and US intelligence agents have and want to present before a Federal Grand Jury and have filed in US DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO (in Denver) Case # 95-Y-107 Filed Aug. 4, 2004 by Stewart Webb."
"My research found a number of 9-11 Commission" conflicts: Jamie Gorelick covered up Iraq-gate/BNL Bank/Gulf War Syndrome-the scandal which keeps changing names. Bob Kerry of Nebraska has been identified by U.S. intelligence as a pedophile and the Clintons have blackmailed him. Former New Jersey Governor Tom Kean had oil investments linked to both Bush and the bin Laden family but sold them just before being named chairman of the 9-11 Commission."
Ellen told us, "I was interviewed in May of 2002 by FOX News Network and their top spin doctor, Bill O'Reilly. O'Reilly and Joe Scarborough are nothing more than little boys doing an adult job as spin doctors for the Bushes; and Americans know this," adding, "I finally realize that the major media in America is nothing but a cover-up machine for the Bush-Clinton crime families."
Sadly, Mariani told us, "On September 11, I not only lost my husband Neil, but I lost my country as well-especially my freedom of speech and my rights in the federal judicial system."
The 9-11 widow's distasteful experience on Scarborough Country and facts uncovered by U.S. intelligence regarding explosive documents in Scarborough's possession-linked to his congressional aide-raise questions as to whether there is more to this story than meets the eye, the paucity of national media coverage notwithstanding.
"The American people will have to decide whether the potential to blackmail a U.S. congressman with the power to a) send our children to war based on lies, b) allow our pension funds to be stolen or c) bribe 9-11 victims so they promise never to sue the government for the facts is more important than a potentially compromised national cable news host with the power to cut off my microphone before I expose the Bush administration's involvement in the death of my husband," said the 9-11 widow

Death Of Russiagate: Mueller Team Tied To Mifsud's Network
In April last year, Disobedient Media broke coverage of the British involvement in the Trump-Russia collusion narrative, asking why All Russiagate Roads Lead To London, via the quasi-scholar Joseph Mifsud and others.
The issue was also raised by WikiLeaks's Julian Assange, just days before the Ecuadorian government silenced him last March. Assange's Twitter thread cited research by Chris Blackburn, who spoke with Disobedient Media on multiple occasions covering Joseph Mifsud's ties to British intelligence figures and organizations, as well as his links to Hillary Clinton's Presidential campaign, the FBI, CIA and the private cyber-security firm Crowdstrike.
We return, now, to this issue and specifically the research of Chris Blackburn, to place the final nail in the coffin of the Trump-Russia collusion charade. Blackburn's insights are incredible not only because they return us to the earliest reporting on the role of British intelligence figures in manufacturing the Trump-Russia collusion narrative, but because they also implicate members of Mueller's investigation. What we are left with is an indication of collusion between factions of the US and UK intelligence community in fabricating evidence of Trump-Russia collusion: a scandal that would have rocked the legacy press to its core, if Western establishment-backed media had a spine.
In Disobedient Media's previous coverage of Blackburn's work, he described his experience in intelligence:
"I've been involved in numerous investigations that involve counter-intelligence techniques in the past. I used to work for the 9/11 Families United to Bankrupt Terrorism, one of the biggest tort actions in American history. I helped build a profile of Osama bin Laden's financial and political network, which was slightly different to the one that had been built by the CIA's Alec Station, a dedicated task force which was focused on Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda. Alec Station designed its profile to hunt Osama bin Laden and disrupt his network. I thought it was flawed. It had failed to take into account Osama's historical links to Pakistan's main political parties or that he was the figurehead for a couple of organizations, not just Al-Qaeda."
"I also ran a few conferences for US intelligence leaders during the Bush administration. After the 9/11 Commission published its report into the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon it created a public outreach program. The US National Intelligence Conference and Exposition (Intelcon) was one of the avenues it used. I was responsible for creating the 'View from Abroad' track. We had guidance from former Senator Slade Gorton and Jamie Gorelick, who both sat on the 9/11 Commission. We got leaders such as Sir John Chilcot and Baroness Pauline Neville Jones to come and help share their experiences on how the US would be able to heal the rifts after 9/11."
"The US intelligence community was suffering from severe turf wars and firewalls, which were hampering counter-terrorism efforts. They were concentrating on undermining each other rather than tackling terrorism. I had mainly concentrated on the Middle East, but in 2003 I switched my focus to terrorism in South Asia."

Kamala Harris's Brother-In-Law Helped Write 1994 Crime Bill
The 1994 crime bill Kamala Harris attacked on Wednesday was crafted by her brother-in-law. Harris criticized the crime bill during a stop in New Hampshire as a way of criticizing former vice president Joe Biden. Harris said the bill contributed to "mass incarceration in our country," established the "federal three strikes law," and "funded the building of more prisons in the states." Biden was the bill's lead sponsor in the Senate, but working on it in the Clinton administration was Harris's brother-in-law Tony West, who is married to Maya Harris, Kamala Harris's sister and her campaign chair. West, a former Obama administration official, also chaired Kamala Harris's transition team after she was elected to the Senate in 2016.
West chose to feature his work on the crime bill in 2012 when he was nominated to be associate attorney general. It was the chief achievement he listed for his two years working as a special assistant under former attorney general Janet Reno. "From 1993 through 1994, I served as a Special Assistant in the U.S. Department of Justice," West wrote in his official questionnaire to the Senate Judiciary Committee. "Under the direction of U.S. Deputy Attorneys General Philip Heymann and Jamie Gorelick, as well as Attorney General Janet Reno, I worked on the development of national crime policy, including the 1994 Omnibus Crime Bill."
The work was also featured in his biography when former attorney general Eric Holder hired him in 2009. "West worked on the development of national crime policy, including the 1994 Omnibus Crime Bill," a DOJ press release stated. West's current biography at Uber, where he is a senior vice president, makes no mention of the bill.
Biden defended the bill against critics who say it led to mass incarceration, saying the country's prison population is largely made up of state prisoners. "Folks, let's get something straight: Ninety-two out of every 100 prisoners behind bars are in a state prison, not a federal prison," he said. "This idea that the crime bill created mass incarceration-it did not create mass incarceration." Asked about Biden's defense of the bill, Harris took the opposite stance. "I have a great deal of respect for Vice President Joe Biden, but I disagree with him," Harris said. "That crime bill-that 1994 crime bill-it did contribute to mass incarceration in our country. It encouraged and was the first time that we had a federal three strikes law. It funded the building of more prisons in the states. So, I disagree, sadly." West did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Harris's comments and his work on the crime bill.

Kamala Harris's Brother-In-Law Helped Write 1994 Crime Bill
Harris blames Biden-backed bill for 'mass incarceration'
The 1994 crime bill Kamala Harris attacked on Wednesday was crafted by her brother-in-law.
Harris criticized the crime bill during a stop in New Hampshire as a way of criticizing former vice president Joe Biden. Harris said the bill contributed to "mass incarceration in our country," established the "federal three strikes law," and "funded the building of more prisons in the states."
Biden was the bill's lead sponsor in the Senate, but working on it in the Clinton administration was Harris's brother-in-law Tony West, who is married to Maya Harris, Kamala Harris's sister and her campaign chair.

Q Research General #7562: The 'Plan' Ongoing For A While Edition
David S. Cohen, Former CIA Deputy Director and Treasury Undersecretary, Rejoins WilmerHale
WASHINGTON, DC, Sept. 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – WilmerHale is pleased to announce that David S. Cohen, former Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency and Under Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, has returned to the firm as a partner.
Mr. Cohen will counsel clients in the areas of national security, including cybersecurity and CFIUS proceedings; anti-money laundering; trade and financial sanctions; and defense of government investigations and enforcement actions. Much of his practice will emphasize cross-border issues, including disputes involving regulators and enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Cohen will be a member of the firm's Regulatory and Government Affairs and Litigation departments.
"We're thrilled to have a lawyer of David's caliber rejoin the firm," said Robert Novick, WilmerHale's co-managing partner. "Our clients will benefit greatly from his extraordinary experience at the highest levels of the U.S. government, and his 20 years of highly successful private practice before that, including at WilmerHale. He joins a team of lawyers that's already one of the best in the business at helping clients solve their most vexing government challenges. David's addition makes that team even stronger."
"David is one of the most versatile and experienced lawyers of his generation. A litigator by training, he is intimately familiar with both the issues faced by financial institutions and the full range of national security matters applicable to the industry from around the world," said Jamie Gorelick chair of WilmerHale's Regulatory and Government Affairs Department and co-chair of its Strategic Response Group.
"I couldn't be more excited to rejoin WilmerHale, where I will work once again with some of the most accomplished and talented lawyers anywhere," Mr. Cohen said. "Few firms combine the brainpower, premier practices, deep knowledge of how government works, and commitment to clients that exists at WilmerHale. It's an ideal platform for me to serve my clients as I return to the practice of law after eight years of service in the Obama administration."
As the CIA's second-highest ranking official for the last two years of the Obama administration, Mr. Cohen assisted in managing the Agency's daily operations - including the Agency's foreign intelligence collection, all-source analysis, covert action, counter-intelligence and foreign liaison relationships - as well as setting intelligence policy. He also led special projects focused on the impact of new technologies on the CIA and improving the Agency's relationships with U.S. companies. At the conclusion of his tenure, Mr. Cohen was awarded the Distinguished Intelligence Medal, the Agency's highest honor.
As the Senate-confirmed Under Secretary of the Treasury from 2011-2015, Mr. Cohen led the Treasury Department's national security efforts. He managed the Treasury's financial sanctions and anti-money laundering policy, regulatory, enforcement and intelligence functions, including supervising the two regulatory agencies responsible for implementing and enforcing sanctions programs and anti-money laundering rules - the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Mr. Cohen directed the development and implementation of broad-ranging and intricate financial sanctions programs, including those against Iran, Russia, North Korea and terrorist financiers, as well as a host of anti-money laundering regulations. For the first two years of the Obama administration, Mr. Cohen was the Treasury Department's Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing. In that Senate-confirmed position, Mr. Cohen oversaw Treasury's anti-money laundering and sanctions policy efforts. In recognition of his achievements at Treasury, Mr. Cohen was given the Alexander Hamilton Award, the department's highest honor.
Mr. Cohen first joined WilmerHale in 2001, where he was part of the firm's white-collar practice. Before then, served for two years in the Treasury Department's General Counsel's office, eventually as the Acting Deputy General Counsel at the start of the George W. Bush Administration. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at a white-collar criminal litigation boutique in Washington, DC. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of Cornell University (A.B., magna cum laude, 1985) and Yale Law School (J.D., 1989). Mr. Cohen clerked for Judge Norman P. Ramsey on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland from 1989-1990. He is currently a Trustee of Cornell University and a Senior Fellow with Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.

BOMBSHELL
Death Of Russiagate? Mueller Team Tied To Mifsud's Network

After reading this article Q pointed to regarding "PANIC IN DC", this paragraph STANDS OUT from the rest of it. It's almost as though the HESSIEN admin followed this exact FISA court abuse scenario….
I guess I owe Jamie Gorelick an apology.
The then-deputy attorney general and other Clinton DOJ officials were worried about FISA. What if you had a rogue agent who was predisposed to believe a suspect was guilty, but couldn't prove it? The rogue agent did not have enough evidence to seek a regular wiretap or search warrant. Mightn't the rogue be tempted to use FISA? He'd just need to claim that there was some vague national-security aspect to the case; to pretend that his investigation was connected to a broader counterintelligence investigation of a foreign power. The rogue agent could then seek a FISA warrant to surveil the suspect. He would call it "counterintelligence," but in reality he'd be conducting a criminal investigation - eavesdropping and searching suspects - even though he did not have probable cause to believe a crime had been committed.

Attorney Jamie Gorelick had just finished vetting potential Cabinet secretaries for Hillary Clinton - and raising money for the failed 2016 Democratic nominee - when Jared Kushner called her last year, seeking legal counsel.
Gorelick, who served as deputy attorney general under President Bill Clinton and a former member of the 9/11 Commission, was recommended to Kushner by former News Corp. executive Joel Klein, who now serves as chief strategy officer at Oscar, the health insurance company co-founded by Kushner's younger brother, Josh. Klein told Jared Kushner he needed a real lawyer to sort through nepotism and conflict-of-interest concerns that could bar him from working in the White House for his father-in-law, President Donald Trump.
"He said that Jared was a good person, and that he thought he would be a good influence on the administration," Gorelick said in an interview Thursday afternoon, sitting in a sunny conference room at her law firm, Wilmer Hale.
Gorelick, widely rumored to have been Hillary Clinton's front-runner for attorney general, hesitated before agreeing to represent someone who served as the de facto campaign manager for a candidate who encouraged chants of "Lock Her Up" at rallies.
"At the time, I was grieving for Hillary Clinton," she said. "This was not the transition I was contemplating working on - at all. And I didn't know Jared Kushner. And I did think twice about it."

– Is a partner at Wilmer Hale law firm and is now

April 26, 2004 - Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Alabama, called on Jamie Gorelick to resign from the 9/11 Commission.
"Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Alabama, called on Gorelick to resign, becoming the first senator to do so. He told CNN that such a move would help the commission salvage its credibility.
A Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee has previously called on Gorelick to step aside, a demand that was rejected as "silly" by Thomas Kean, the Republican chairman of the 9/11 commission.
Republicans point to a memo Gorelick wrote as a top official in the Clinton Justice Department, which critics charge put a firewall between law enforcement and intelligence agents and made it harder for them to share information and thwart terrorism."

Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr - Wikipedia
In the 1980s, Cutler led the founding of the Southern Africa Legal Services and Legal Education Project, to aid South African lawyers who fought to implement the rule of law during apartheid. From 1981 to 1993, partner C. Boyden Gray left the firm to serve as White House Counsel to Vice President and President George H. W. Bush. In 2003, partner Jamie Gorelick began serving as a member of the 9/11 Commission.

It should also be noted Hilary and all her team had a combined defense using the big-time D.C. attorney Beth Wilkinson, David Gregory's wife - about as well connected an insider as they come. Wilkinson was plucked out of obscurity in 1993 for a top post in the Reno-Hubbell DOJ, then followed Jamie Gorelick (who else?) from DOJ to Fannie Mae when the place was run by the most crooked of Clintonistas, starting with Franklin Raines.

Jamie Gorelick's wall
April 15, 2004
The disclosure that Jamie Gorelick, a member of the September 11 commission, was personally responsible for instituting a key obstacle to cooperation between law enforcement and intelligence operations before the terrorist attacks raises disturbing questions about the integrity of the commission itself. Ms. Gorelick should not be cross-examining witnesses; instead, she should be required to testify about her own behavior under oath. Specifically, commission members need to ask her about a 1995 directive she wrote that made it more difficult for the FBI to locate two of the September 11 hijackers who had already entered the country by the summer of 2001.
On Tuesday, Attorney General John Ashcroft declassified a four-page directive sent by Ms. Gorelick (the No. 2 official in the Clinton Justice Department) on March 4, 1995, to FBI Director Louis Freeh and Mary Jo White, the New York-based U.S. attorney investigating the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. In the memo, Ms. Gorelick ordered Mr. Freeh and Ms. White to follow information-sharing procedures that "go beyond what is legally required," in order to avoid "any risk of creating an unwarranted appearance" that the Justice Department was using Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants, instead of ordinary criminal investigative procedures, in an effort to undermine the civil liberties of terrorism suspects.

Attorney Jamie Gorelick worked with Garland at the Department of Justice in the 90's during the trial of the Oklahoma City bomber. And, attorney Beth Wilkinson also worked with Garland at the Justice Department. Her wedding to David Gregory later officiated by Merrick Garland.

I know that autists here already investigated pizza/pedogate, so this might be old news. If so, someone here will know right away before a lot of energy and time is wasted. If new, I trust weaponized autism to sort through this and branch out far better than I ever could.
Warning: If this is something new, please just look past the stuff that hints at something ayy lmao and look at the other, REAL info that might prove useful. Note that many entries have updates in them, so might be useful to glance at those once more for any new info.
Apologies if I just posted something old that's already been investigated by you in the past.
