Hunter Biden was broke published by the brave whistleblower Chaplin Ziegler and Hunter made the conscious decision to basically defraud the partners of Sino Hawk holdings in Oneida because he needed money immediately. They've published pages of text messages where he's trying to get money into his bank account. And so that night, for whatever reason, on the 30th, when he asked, why hasn't the commitment been fulfilled? he commitment he's talking about is actually the $10 million funding into Sino Hawk holdings LLC. Really key point.

But the next day he decides that he's going to defraud Sino Hawk holdings in Oneida, create a new entity called Hudson West three. Well, actually all change. Hudson West three had already previously been created by the Chinese and make himself a 50% owner in that entity. So when the Chinese did send money, he would have instant access to it. Really important. Backed up with tens of pages of communications. He wanted to get access to the money the second it came in and in Sino holdings and Oneida holdings, he did not have that power.

I just want to address one thing real quick. Hunter Biden represents he's a governance expert. That's why Barisma put him on the board. Well, he obviously can't do basic math. The board of Oneida Holdings had seven votes. Each one of them, Hunter Jim Biden, James Gill and Rob Walker had a single vote. I had three votes. I have a master's degree in electrical and nuclear engineering. I think I can do math. I had three, they had four, they controlled Oneida holdings.

So Hunter Bynes representations that I was trying to take the business from them or I didn't know all a sham and a misrepresentation. He wanted money in his account instantly. And that's why he shook down the Chinese and they were willing to send him that $5 million because they viewed it as a bribe to the Biden family. They say it in their own communications.

In both cases, though in different ways, it appears too much emphasis was placed on whether their hyoid bones were broken or not, and not enough emphasis on other factors. The theory held by some is that a broken hyoid strongly suggests a violent murder by strangulation, and an intact hyoid is indicative of a suicide, where typically less pressure is applied. Not so, say leading experts.
In the Sherman case, the first autopsies determined the hyoid bones in both Barry and Honey's necks were not broken, contributing to the early theory that both died by suicide, according to sources. A second, more experienced pathologist hired by the Sherman family disagreed and police ruled the deaths a double murder six weeks after their bodies were discovered.
In the Epstein case, his hyoid bone was broken, but his jail cell death was ruled a suicide - a diagnosis a second pathologist hired by the family strongly disagreed with, fuelling conspiracy theories to this day that the registered sex offender with a string of wealthy friends was murdered to keep him silent.
The bottom line, according to forensic experts interviewed by the Star and leading forensic pathology studies, is that a broken or unbroken hyoid bone does not on its own point to suicide or murder. As with so many things in both science and police work, the context is king.
"Hyoid bone fractures are one of those types of injuries you may see with compression of the neck. You can see it with hanging deaths, you can see it in a manual strangulation, you can see it in a ligature strangulation," says Dr. James Gill, the president of the National Association of Medical Examiners in the U.S. Gill spoke to the Star about issues involving forensic pathology and the hyoid bone, and was not commenting on either the Sherman or the Epstein case.

Former Sumner County Food Bank director accused of paying volunteer for sex acts

SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. – A former Sumner County Food Bank director is indicted for stealing from the non-profit, as well as paying a volunteer for sex acts.

James Gill, 81, of Bethpage, is taken into custody Friday, accused of stealing thousands from the food bank, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. He has been under investigation for over a year.

The TBI says Gill used the food bank's money to make personal purchases and that he wrote bad checks to himself and others from the food bank's account and transferred the money to other accounts under a different non-profit name. They also allege he paid a food bank volunteer for sex acts.

Medical Examiner in Sandy Hook Massacre, Other Crimes Dies

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - Dr. H. Wayne Carver II, the former Connecticut chief medical examiner whose office examined the bodies of victims of the state's most infamous homicides, including the children and educators killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School, has died. He was 67.

Carver died Thursday night at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, said Dr. James Gill, current chief medical examiner. Carver's death was natural, he said, but the exact cause was not immediately clear.

Carver, a portly man known for his dark sense of humor, joined the medical examiner's office in 1983 and headed the office from 1989 until his retirement in 2013.

His most difficult day, he said, was the massacre at Sandy Hook in Newtown on Dec. 14, 2012, when 20 children and six adults were gunned down.

"I've been at this a third of a century," he said during a media interview after the school shooting. "It's probably the worst I have seen or the worst that … any of my colleagues have seen."

He also investigated the killing of Helle Crafts, of Newtown, whose husband, Richard, fed her body through a woodchipper in 1986. Before the trial, Carver put a euthanized pig through one so jurors could compare the bone fragments with a few ounces of evidence that prosecutors said were the remains of Helle Crafts. His work helped convict Richard Crafts of murder.

Carver, who lived in Old Saybrook, also was a key investigator in the case of serial killer Michael Ross, who killed six women in eastern Connecticut and two in New York in the 1980s and was executed in 2005. He spent more than 17 years on the case at victims' burial sites and testifying in trials and retrials.

Carver played a prominent role in numerous other murder cases, including the Cheshire home invasion in 2007, when a mother and her two daughters were killed after hours of being terrorized by two convicted burglars now serving life in prison.

Carver was born in St. Louis, raised in Skokie, Illinois, and attended his first year of premed studies while a high school senior in an accelerated program at Brown University. He did his residency and pathology training at the University of Chicago and the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
