Did anyone see this article on Epoch times about James Baker? It notes some stuff that was already reported about how Brennan ordered the kill shot against Flynn and this POS was Stefan Halper's handler who also awarded him the $1 million in government contracts to smear Flynn and President Trump.
The tidbit I wasn't aware of is this. Back in Nov 2017 there was a whistleblower at ONI who flagged Baker's contracts as "rigged". Additionally the group that was going to be awarded these contracts was run by Chelsea Clinton's best friend. This apparently started an investigation that I guess is still ongoing and involves retaliation against the whistleblower:
"Acting Pentagon Inspector General Glenn A. Fine in November 2017 started an investigation into charges that Baker retaliated against a whistleblower who red-flagged "rigged" contracts, including Halper's. Another $11 million in contracts under scrutiny went to the Long Term Strategy Group (LTSG), which is run by a schoolmate of Chelsea Clinton, whom she has referred to as her "best friend."
According to the whistleblower's attorney, "Baker's interest was his awareness of the LTSG-Clinton connection; his presumptive desire to exploit that to his advantage in the event of a Clinton election win; and the fact that contractors like LTSG served as a lucrative landing pad for ONA retirees."
The attorney charged that Baker's claims about the whistleblower were "demonstrably false," calling Baker "partisan and highly vindictive."
At the time, Richard Perle, Ronald Reagan's former Assistant Secretary of Defense, called Baker "a shallow and manipulative character that should have gone with the change in administration." Perle further charged that the whistleblower "clearly was the target, for political reasons, of an effort to push him out of government," saying "he's a Trump loyalist, and it was launched and sustained by an Obama holdover."
That inquiry is being carried out by the inspector general's Investigations of Senior Officials Directorate."
What a scumbag. I still don't get why these holdovers were allowed to stay other than so they could be caught in attempted wrongdoing.

Since January 10, 2016, Glenn A. Fine has served as the Acting Inspector General or the Principal Deputy Inspector General Performing the Duties of the Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Mr. Fine joined the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) as the Principal Deputy Inspector General on June 1, 2015. Prior to joining the DoD OIG, he was a partner at the law firm Dechert LLP.
Mr. Fine previously served as Inspector General of the Department of Justice (DOJ) from 2000 to 2011. He also served as Special Counsel to the DOJ Inspector General and as Director of the Special Investigations and Review Unit from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Fine worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, D.C., where he prosecuted over 35 criminal jury trials.
Mr. Fine earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Harvard College and a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, graduating magna cum laude both times. He also earned bachelor and master of arts degrees from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
