1. Gerardi married to Erika Jayne, gay icon and oddly too famous for no reason.
2. Jayne recently announces collaboration with Too faced cosmetics, received by the larger makeup world with a collective WTF, she's pretty and famous, but not someone a large makeup company would do a line with.
3. Too faced purchased by Estee Lauder for 1.4 bil. Owner is dyed in the wool gay mafia.
4. Estee Lauder also invests in some capacity in "the ordinary" / Deciem, the company started by a dude named Brandon Truaxe who was kicked out of his own company and then "jumped" off his balcony after making a series of videos talking about exposing people / etc.
Why is a b list female celeb (that's married to the man who's building was just raided in downtown LA) partnered with a makeup GIANT, that also happens to be owned by the same company that was almost exposed by a now dead guy who "jumped" off his balcony?
Is the cosmetics industry laundering money for human trafficking?

Former Deciem CEO, Brandon Truaxe, dead
Deciem founder Brandon Truaxe was found dead in Toronto, Canada on Jan. 21, 2019. The National Post reported that "it is understood he fell from a condominium building near Toronto's downtown." Truaxe's boyfriend and current Deciem employee Riyadh Sweedan confirmed, stating "I don't think he jumped. I think he fell." He was 40 years old.
However, removing Truaxe from Deciem was not enough to remove him as a controversial figure. On Oct. 20, he posted screenshots of graphic and threatening emails he had sent to one of Deciem's earliest shareholders, Estee Lauder. "I'll be in your hometown in a few hours," the email read. "Please advise if you prefer silicone-based or water-based lubricants for my approach into your criminal, destructive c***s, for the most politically-correct wording. You have now illegally removed access to my phone, email, and social channels. I'm confident that you know the world will have never seen a downfall greater than that of the fraudulent empire ELC, the Lauder family, and those related have built." Consequently, the brand filed a restraining order against Truaxe, which was successful. Truaxe later admitted that the email sent was "admittedly very impolite" and that he was "very angry and confused."
Even while the series of events were unraveling, it was clear that Truaxe was a troubled man. Although he denied having problems with his mental health, the Financial Post shared Truaxe's history of psychiatric hospitalization and diagnosis as psychotic and presumptive bipolar disorder. Additionally, doctors in London revealed that Truaxe was receiving treatment for abuse of crystal meth and magic mushrooms. The eccentricity that once created Deciem's success ultimately led to his partners considering him "a liability."

Deciem founder Brandon Truaxe dead at 40
Brandon Truaxe, the former CEO and founder of skin care company Deciem, has died at the age of 40, the brand confirmed on social media.
"Brandon, our founder and friend," Deciem's Instagram post reads. "You touched our hearts, inspired our minds and made us believe that anything is possible. Thank you for every laugh, every learning and every moment of your genius. Whilst we can't imagine a world without you, we promise to take care of each other and will work hard to continue your vision. May you finally be at peace. Love, (forever) your DECIEM."
Hailed for his charisma and commitment to radical transparency, Truaxe founded the Toronto-based Deciem (which he dubbed "The Abnormal Beauty Company") in 2013. Among its many lines is The Ordinary, which gained a cult following thanks to its low prices and clinical formulations.
But despite the success of his company, Truaxe had become one of the beauty industry's most controversial figures over the past year or so. He often posted bizarre and disturbing announcements and videos on Deciem's official Instagram; in October 2018, he alleged that "financial crimes" had been committed at the company and declared that Deciem would be shutting down.
Estée Lauder, a minority investor in the company, responded by taking legal action, and Truaxe was both ousted as CEO and issued a restraining order by several Estée Lauder executives.
Truaxe's cause of death is unknown, although a story published by Canada's Financial Post in December reported that the Deciem founder struggled with drug use and had been hospitalized multiple times for mental health issues.

Brandon Truaxe, the founder of Deciem and company's former co-CEO, has passed away at the age of 40.
According to reports from Vox and Fashionista, current Deciem CEO Nicola Kilner confirmed the news in an internal email on Monday. According to Vox, Kilner alerted the company with the following email: "I can't believe I am typing these words. Brandon has passed away over the weekend. Heartbroken doesn't come close to how I, and how I know many of you will be feeling. All offices, warehouses, factories and stores please close today and take the time to cry with sadness, smile at the good times we had, reflect on what his genius built and hug your loved ones that little harder. We are all in disbelief and shock but I will be in touch again very soon. I love you all incredibly much, as did he."
Deciem - as well as breakout star The Ordinary, Deciem's affordable skin-care line - launched in 2013. In just a few short years, The Ordinary was racking up lengthy wait lists and scoring rave reviews from the likes of beauty editors and many, many celebrities. In 2017, Estée Lauder acquired a minority stake in the brand.
Over the past year, Truaxe became a controversial figure as the company's public face. He often posted to Deciem's Instagram feed directly, in increasingly volatile messages accusing Estée Lauder, and specific executives, of "financial crimes." In October of 2018, Truaxe shared a video to Instagram announcing that he was temporarily shutting down the company. Estée Lauder took legal action and a judge removed Truaxe from the company, appointing Truaxe's former co-CEO Nicola Kilner to her current position as acting CEO.
In December, a report in the Financial Post revealed Truaxe had been hospitalized various times in London and Toronto for mental health concerns. (It is important to note that, while Truaxe reportedly struggled with his mental health, a cause of death has not been confirmed, so, until further notice, any speculation on how he passed away is simply that: speculation.) Truaxe last posted on Instagram on January 19, with videos on his personal Instagram page showing him alone in his penthouse in Toronto.
