Savage is a BernieBro who supported Killary
Bernie Sanders' Pennsylvania delagates support Clinton, but...
Kathleen E. Carey - Digital First MediaBernie Sanders delegates Jim Savage and Midge Hecker are at the Democratic National Convention.

PHILADELPHIA >> Pennsylvania delegates were ready for the week ahead and while Bernie Sanders supporters expressed discontent with the leaked emails, they shared one sentiment with Hillary Clinton supporters: it's anything but Donald Trump.
Yasmeen Kaboud, a 20-year-old delegate from the University City section of Philadelphia, said she was still trying to evaluate her own thoughts about what happened, although it didn't surprise her.
"I think we're still trying to process exactly what happened," she said. "We were a little suspicious but now, it's like confirmed, it's real. We know that we weren't just being paranoid. (I'm) just trying to process and see how it's going to affect what we do going forward."
Jim Savage of Linwood, Delaware County, sitting at the Pennsylvania Democrat Committee breakfast with his wife, Midge Hecker, said, " I'm aggravated over it. But I think really, it just sort of confirms the things that people already."
"Would it have mattered in the outcome?" he continued. "I'm not going to say that. I'm not going to say it was stolen. The fact is they didn't conduct the ways they should have."
He said those disparaging Sanders for being Jewish should be outright fired.
Savage said this fiasco makes it more difficult for the Democrats to accomplish what they want over the next few days."
"I think that that makes what the party wants to do this week harder," he said.
Shelly Rahman of Upper Darby, Delaware County, agreed.
"We didn't need it on the eve of the historical convention," she said.
Her excitement, however, remained steadfast.
"I was there to nominate the first black president of the country and I'm here to nominate the first woman president," she said.
"Both times," her husband, Abu, said, "I was the driver."
"Isn't he lucky?" Shelly smiled.
The Sanders delegates are also looking to have a good time.
"It's exciting, fun," Savage said. "I'm looking forward to the actual convention."
He said he spent Sunday at an AFL-CIO event and delegate parties', including the one at the Sugarhouse casino held by U.S. Rep. Bob Brady, D-1, of Philadelphia.
"Nobody throws a party like Bob Brady," Savage said.
Kaboud herself hopes to create good memories while at the convention.
"I'm here to get the most experience out of this," she said. "I will be doing everything that I can to have a good experience here, a memorable experience."
Asked if she would vote for Trump, she said absolutely not.
"For me personally, ... the biggest thing we have to fear right now is a Trump presidency," the Muslim said. "I would abstain before I vote for Donald Trump."
She explained her reasoning."One of the biggest reasons why I don't support Trump at all (is) just because his policies are blatantly un-American and discriminatory," she said.
"This is really a personal election for me," she added. "I will do my best to not have Trump be president."
On the first day of the convention, Savage said there have been moments of difficulty as a Sanders supporter.
"It's kind of been a lot of party people and Hillary supporters....sort of telling Bernie supporters grow up and get over it and it just makes that harder," he said.
When asked about voting for Trump, Savage pointedly said, "No, I'm a Hillary voter."
Then, he quickly added, "I'm a Bernie voter until he releases me and then I'm a Hillary voter."

Veteran political operative Ken Smukler took the witness stand Tuesday and mocked federal prosecutors over allegations he'd broken the law in arranging payments from the campaign of Philadelphia Congressman Bob Brady to an opponent willing to drop his bid for Brady's congressional seat.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Political Operative Convicted of Federal Campaign Finance Crimes in Two Congressional Campaigns and of Obstructing Investigation by Federal Election Commission
A jury sitting in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania convicted longtime political operative Kenneth Smukler, 58, of Villanova, Pennsylvania, today on charges of making and concealing illegal campaign contributions in two Congressional primary elections, and of obstructing justice in an investigation by the Federal Election Commission (FEC), announced Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department's Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
"Today's convictions demonstrate the Department of Justice's commitment to ensuring a level playing field in the financing of federal elections," said Assistant Attorney General Benczkowski. "We will hold accountable those who violate campaign finance and other laws designed to protect the fairness and transparency of our democracy."
"Smukler was the mastermind of multiple crooked political schemes," said U.S. Attorney McSwain. "He showed a true pattern of deception by misusing funds and lying to corrupt the entire political process. The only way to guarantee open and fair elections is to have everyone play by the same rules. Smukler ignored those rules and broke the law so that his candidates could try to win at all costs. We are grateful that the jury saw through his lies and held him accountable for his widespread criminal conduct."
The jury found Smukler guilty of conspiracy to violate federal law, making and causing unlawful campaign contributions and causing false statements to the FEC in connection with a 2012 congressional primary campaign in a Philadelphia-area Congressional district. The jury further found Smukler guilty of making and causing unlawful campaign contributions, causing the filing of false reports to the FEC concerning contributions and expenditures, causing false statements to the FEC in connection with a 2014 congressional primary campaign in another Philadelphia-area Congressional district, and obstructing an FEC investigation.
In 2012, Smukler engaged in a conspiracy to make a concealed payment of $90,000 to Congressional candidate and former Philadelphia Municipal Judge Jimmie Moore to get Judge Moore to drop out of the primary election race. Smukler, who worked for another candidate, orchestrated the payment of the money through his own companies, a shell company of Judge Moore's campaign manager, Carolyn Cavaness, and another campaign consultant, D.A. Jones. Judge Moore, Cavaness, and Jones all have pleaded guilty separately.
{==truncated==} follow link above
Smukler further caused the campaign to falsely characterize the payments from his companies as refunds in FEC reports and in a letter to the FEC from unwitting campaign counsel, which led the FEC to dismiss a pending complaint against the campaign by another candidate in the primary.
The jury also convicted Smukler of making unlawful conduit contributions to the campaign in 2014, through Jones, and again in 2015 through the candidate herself.
Judge Jan E. DuBois set sentencing for March 13, 2019.
The case was investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by Richard C. Pilger, Director of the Election Crimes Branch of the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division; Rebecca Moses, Trial Attorney of the Public Integrity Section and by Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric L. Gibson of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Barletta among lawmakers missing House votes
LAURA OLSON, THE MORNING CALL / PUBLISHED: DECEMBER 22, 2
Pennsylvania Lou Barletta's voting record in his final days on Capitol Hill is reflecting his short-timer status.
The Hazleton Republican - who ran unsuccessfully for U.S. Senate instead of seeking another term in the U.S. House of Representatives - had missed all but six of the 32 roll-call votes between the November election and Wednesday evening.
That makes him one of the lawmakers with the most absences, but far from the only one who hasn't been showing up to work as the session winds down.
A tally by the D.C.-based media outlet Roll Call found 17 House members had missed at least half the votes between Nov. 13 and Dec. 13.
Barletta ranked seventh on that bipartisan list, largely composed of lawmakers who won't be returning to their current job because of retirement or winning election to another office.
Barletta's staff said the congressman has been working in the district while assisting his family as his young grandson battles cancer.
"Over the last few weeks, Congressman Barletta has met with constituents, held events back in his district, and worked to ensure a smooth transition between his office and that of the incoming representative, all while attending to his 20-month-old grandson who was recently diagnosed with cancer and supporting his family through this tough time," his spokeswoman said in a statement.
Barletta hasn't yet announced what he'll be doing after the session ends.
While Barletta missed the first two votes Thursday, he was present for a long series of afternoon votes as Congress struggled to complete its work for the year.
The number of House absences has grown as the session days dwindled and negotiations over whether a bill keeping the government running would include money for President Donald Trump's border wall proposal.
Some 70 members were absent from Wednesday evening's votes, including two other Pennsylvanians who soon will be departing their posts, Democratic Rep. Bob Brady of Philadelphia and Republican Rep. Bill Shuster of Blair County. Democratic Reps. Susan Wild of Allentown and Brendan Boyle of Philadelphia were absent due to family commitments.

TL;DR
Clinton toady Congressman Bob Brady was in charge of handing out cash to victims of sex-assaulting members of Congress.
I'm not sure there are enough jails to lock up all the disgusting Democrats in this country.
But we have plenty of abandoned mental institutions and military bases!
I wish they'd all end up in places that looked haunted, and are infested with rats and cockroaches.

Congressman Overseeing Sexual Harassment Settlements Investigated By FBI For Campaign Fraud
By Nicole Goodkind On 11/21/17 at 5:00 PM
Pennsylvania Congressman Bob Brady, who oversees the settlements paid by Congress for sexual discrimination complaints, is under FBI investigation for false statements, conspiracy and campaign fraud, documents showed Tuesday.
Brady, a Democrat, is a ranking member of the Committee on House Administration, which gives him power over settlement payments with taxpayer dollars. The office also works to prevent sexual harassment in Congress.
The court papers say the Brady campaign paid a former judge $90,000 to drop out of a 2012 primary race. The judge and onetime Brady rival, Jimmie Moore, was caught and pleaded guilty to falsifying his campaign finances to conceal the payment. Brady's camp claimed it knew nothing of Moore's attempts to conceal the donation, but Moore's lawyer disagreed.
"[Brady] and the defendant agreed and understood that the payment from [Brady's] campaign ... would be disguised," attorney Jeffrey Miller said in court, "and the deception would include hiding at least some of [Brady's] funds as the purchase of a poll analyzing the primary matchup between [them], notwithstanding the fact that [Brady] was already in possession of this same poll."
The charges of campaign fraud are notable because Brady also oversees the Congressional committee that has jurisdiction over raising, reporting, and using campaign contributions for House candidates. Brady is also the chair of the Democratic Party of Philadelphia, which financially aides local candidates.
The FBI believes Brady is lying about his knowledge of the concealment and has obtained a search warrant for his emails. There is probable cause to believe that Brady and his associates "were involved in the commission of several crimes, including conspiracy, false statements, producing false records, false campaign contribution reports, and violating limits on campaign contributions and expenditures," the court papers say. "Brady's email account is likely to contain evidence of these crimes."
Brady's campaign associates were indicted last month, but this is the first time Brady has been named as a focus of the FBI investigation.
Brady, who assumed office in 1998, is known for paying close attention to his constituents. He often boasts about missing a phone call from former President Bill Clinton because he was helping a woman in his district fix her toilet.
Brady's office declined to comment on the case and directed Newsweek to his lawyer, who did not immedately comment.

a closer look at the list of folks not seeking re-election note the winks of doubles..
Elizabeth Esty - EE
Gene Green - GG
Lamar Seeligson Smith - SS
Edward Randall Royce - RR
John James Conyers Jr. - JJ Jr
John James Duncan Jr. - JJ Jr
Bob Brady (Robert A. Brady) - BB-AB
Sometimes the wink requires things like looking into the spouses like
Jason E. Chaffetz who is married to Julie Johnson -JJ
or extra letters like Lynn Haag Jenkins - or names like Dorothy Louise McIntosh Slaughter. All not seeking re-elction
Most cult, as far as I can tell, aren't fully aware of the cult as a whole, they understand their own little branch and have a general understanding that the world is run by them but no one member knows the whole (aside from maybe the top)
This is why so many celebs have double consonants and things that line up and other winks, oh so many winks…. Like MM Micheal (F)rancis Moore from (F)lynt (M)ichigan Another celeb from Michigan? Marshal Mathers who stars as Slim Shady… see? Even a novice cult could solve it. - this is how the press knows who to support.
Furthermore when a cultist is in a position to hire people they look at resumes and find the "winks" the AA's or AB's or MM's . This is how they take over without obvious corruption. They aren't told to hire X and they likely never knew them- they just know he's "one of them" - Usually in the interview they will wear green as Green symbolism "I am your plant"
The more winks they have (like rings, 6's, and colors) the more obvious the corrupt press members and other power figures in society can promote/support them. Doing it this way there is no evidence. - This is part of why the cult is so powerful yet so incredibly stupid.

Mezvinsky was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and grew up attending a Conservative Jewish synagogue.[2] His parents are both former Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives. His father is Edward Mezvinsky (b. 1937), who embezzled more than $10 million from people via both a Ponzi scheme and the advance-fee scams, and was found guilty of fraud in 2001.[3][4][5] His mother is Marjorie Margolies (b. 1942), who was a TV reporter and represented Pennsylvania's 13th District from 1993 to 1995. They declared bankruptcy shortly before Mezvinsky's conviction, and divorced.[6]

"That warrant makes only scant mention of Brady or Moore and was primarily based around financial improprieties that agents believed had occurred during former U.S. Rep. Marjorie Margolies' failed 2014 bid to reclaim her old seat - a campaign on which Smukler worked."
