The Department of Class Solidarity, an emerging left-wing activist group, launched a project to "audit" and track over 1,000 billionaires across the U.S. Their stated goal is not financial transparency, but political warfare: to document billionaire ties to President Trump, and then equip activists with the tools to, in their words, "defeat them."

The group recently published its first five audits, each featuring a high-profile billionaire with direct or indirect links to the Trump agenda. The names include some of the wealthiest and most influential figures in American business: Elon Musk, Palantir CEO Alex Karp, former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) official Antonio Gracias, Silicon Valley "supervillain" Peter Thiel, and Amazon's Jeff Bezos.

Each billionaire's profile is accompanied by a stylized "wanted poster," underscoring the group's framing of billionaires as political enemies.

Top DOGE Official Details Discovery Of Shocking Voter Fraud: "Tip Of The Iceberg"

Antonio Gracias, a private equity investor and senior official in the Department of Government Efficiency, revealed the startling methodology used by DOGE staff to uncover voter fraud involving illegal immigrants, describing it as "just the tip of the iceberg."

"We've sampled a handful of states, and in those handful of states, we found people registered to vote, and we have found people who actually voted," Gracias said, detailing the meticulous process used by DOGE staff in an interview at the All-In summit in Miami. "This is all being done by sampling. Okay, so we are sampling DHS data and then have to go to the voter rolls, check the voter rolls, and then check them."

The process, as Gracias explained, involves cross-referencing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data with state voter rolls. "We give that to HSI, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), who goes and checks the voter record by subpoena and the voter and the cards you sign when you vote," he added. The results have already led to action in Florida, where Gracias noted, "We had already three arrests here in Florida, actually, and one in one indictment."

Gracias elaborated on how some individuals, including illegal immigrants, obtained the ability to vote. "They legally secured social security numbers through the process we talked about last time, asylum or some special program or whatever," he said. "They were given, you know, an associate number by filing a 765 and getting authorization. They registered to vote, and they actually voted in 2020 and/or 2024."

One case stood out in particular, the founder of Valor Equity Partners told the All-In crew.

"Three have been arrested; I just want to say this carefully: three have been arrested, and one has been indicted," Gracias stated. "The one we indicted, I want to just stop on this guy for a minute: he's an Iraqi national. He voted in 2020 in New York. He went to prison for shooting somebody, shot some guy's hand off, and has charged, if I remember correctly, 160, 60, or $70,000 of benefits through Medicaid."

Gracias revealed that the indicted individual may no longer be in the U.S., saying, "We think he is now in Iraq because he's active on his Facebook page, and the IP address is from Iraq." He praised the collaborative efforts of federal agencies, adding, "Credit to our friends at HSI, our partners HSI, and to DOJ for tracking this down. I got to tell you guys, it's difficult, laborious work."

When asked about the scope of the election integrity issue, Gracias was frank while exercising caution. "My opinion is that this is the tip of the iceberg," he said. "How big the iceberg is, I don't know, and I don't want to speculate because I think it would be, not that I think we can do at this moment. I think we'll have more data over time."

Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has referred dozens of alleged cases of voter fraud to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for prosecution, one of his staff said Wednesday.

Antonio Gracias, a long time Musk ally who is working for DOGE in the Social Security Administration, said the cost-cutting panel had identified 57 resident aliens who had registered to vote.

The task force is also working with DOGE operatives stationed at other agencies like the Social Security Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services, which house sensitive data on undocumented immigrants.

With Musk's trusted friend and fixer at the helm,the task force marks a significant expansion of DOGE's portfolio - from primarily working on agency-wide layoffs to executingthe president's most hardline immigration policies. It's also a test for how far DOGE's reach can extend.

Key DOGE engineers now embedded at DHS include Kyle Schutt, Edward Coristine, (aka "Big Balls") and Mark Elez, according to their government email addresses. At least two others, Aram Moghaddassi and Payton Rehling also have access to DHS data, as DOGE fingerprints are spread throughout DHS, including Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure and Security Agency.

They are providing the technical infrastructure for a sweeping set of actions aimed at revoking parole, terminating visas, and later on, reengineering the asylum adjudication process, according to the officials.

Their first mission: implement parole terminations for 6,300 undocumented immigrants who either have criminal records or are on the FBI's terrorist watchlist. That effort required coordinating with the Social Security Administration to have their Social Security numbers effectively canceled by adding them to a database that tracks dead people, the New York Times and the Washington Post first reported. Their theory is that without effective Social Security numbers - needed for bank accounts and loans, among other things - these people would "self deport."

Last week, the plan was finalized in a high-level White House meeting with DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, Gracias and other senior DOGE staffers and White House officials, two of the officials said.In recent weeks, the Trump administration has moved aggressively in its effort to revoke parole, visas and temporary protected status for hundreds of thousands of immigrants and students, many of whom were granted the ability to legally study and work in the United States in the short-term under Biden administration policies.

But what actually happens in the government's IT systems to make sure that those people are eligible for deportation?Who makes sure that that is reflected in the database?

=That is where DOGE comes in to comb through datasets at all relevant agencies and facilitate data-sharing between agencies so the enforcement actions can be carried out systematically and at-scale, one of administration officials said.

"DOGE is working in all the agencies. We are looking at our books, at people who don't belong here that Joe Biden allowed in with bogus claims," said a White House official. "They shouldn't be receiving federal tax dollars in the form of government benefits."

Let's examine the facts surrounding the recent election events in a clear and objective manner:

Billionaire entrepreneur and Trump advisor Elon Musk dropped a bombshell this past weekend during a fiery 100-minute town hall in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he campaigned for conservative judge Brad Schimel in the state's upcoming Supreme Court election on Tuesday.

Joined by Antonio Gracias, a private equity titan and a key member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team tasked with rooting out waste in the federal government, Musk unveiled a shocking chart: a dramatic spike in Social Security Numbers issued to non-citizens, soaring from 270,000 in 2021 to a mind-blowing 2.1 million in 2024.

That's almost 5 million non-citizens now embedded in the system-collecting benefits, draining taxpayer dollars, and, most alarmingly, infiltrating the voter rolls.

"This is a mind-blowing chart," Musk declared, pointing to the data. "This wasn't an accident. This was a massive, large-scale program under the Biden administration to import as many illegals as possible-ultimately to change the voting map of the United States, disenfranchise the American people, and lock in a permanent deep-blue, one-party state from which there'd be no escape."

Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners and a self-described son of legal immigrants, echoed Musk's outrage.

"We went to Social Security to find fraud, and we stumbled on this by accident," he said.

"And this isn't political, by the way. My parents are immigrants... My brother and sister all born in Spain. I'm pro-legal immigration. This is not political. This is about America and the future of America. And there are a lot of good people in the system that pointed this in this direction. I want to honor them right now. They're working with the government today and took the risks to show us these numbers and tell us what's going on."

Gracias continued, "We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. On every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, 5.5 million people in those benefit programs. And then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We're asking ourselves why. And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people here registered to vote in this population."

The evidence, according to Musk and Gracias, is undeniable. By sampling voter registration records, they uncovered non-citizens who not only registered but voted in American elections.

"We've referred them to prosecution at Homeland Security Investigations," Gracias revealed. "That's happening right now."

Just three days following this stunning revelation, The Democrat Party, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, filed a lawsuit against President Trump to allow illegal aliens to (continue to) vote in US elections.

Of course, the lawsuit was filed in the US District Court in Washington DC - a sure win for Democrats no matter how crazy and lawless they are.

They want to open voting to the whole world!

These crooked politicians claim Trump is trampling the US Constitution by now allowing illegals to vote.

This really should surprise no one.

One day after Elon Musk and Antonio Gracias-founder and CEO of the Chicago-based investment firm Valor Equity Partners, and now a DOGE official-unveiled a "mind-blowing" chart showing a surge in Social Security numbers issued to illegal aliens over the Biden-Harris administration's first term during an America PAC town hall in Wisconsin on Sunday, Musk's America PAC hosted an online tele-town hall with Wisconsin voters on Monday night, where he provided more color on the SSN fraud.

During the tele-town hall, one Wisconsin voter asked Musk: "You found a lot of fraud in Social Security. Do you know whether the Attorney General will investigate and prosecute that fraud?"

In a stunning revelation Monday night during a tele-town hall with Wisconsin voters, Elon Musk warned that an arrest is "imminent" in a massive Social Security fraud schemeinvolving the stolen identities of over 400,000 Americans.

The theft, Musk claimed, is part of asophisticated financial theft operationtiednot only to illegal immigrants defrauding U.S. social welfare systems-but also towidespread voter fraud enabled by the Democrat Party's open-borders agenda.

Speaking directly to voters in the Badger State, Musk painted a grim picture of a government drowning in incompetence and corruption.
"The government has got the thorniest computer problem I've ever seen," he said.
"Thousands of systems-many of them are very, very old systems. Some of the software is older than me."
He slammed decades-long boondoggles like the IRS modernization project, started in 1995, which bureaucrats perpetually claim is "five years away" from completion. "These projects are just ridiculous," Musk said.

But it was hisbombshell about the Social Security theft that stole the show.

Responding to a caller from Pulaski, Wisconsin, who asked about fraud in the system, Musk didn't mince words.

It's worth recalling that Antonio Gracias, a private equity titan and a key member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), unveiled a shocking chart during Sunday's town hall in Wisconsin.

The chart showed adramatic spike in Social Security numbers issued to non-citizens, soaringfrom 270,000 in 2021 to a staggering 2.1 million in 2024.(And Kamala still lost)

"We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaidas an example. Onevery benefit programwe went through, we found groups fromthis particular group of people, 5.5 million people in those benefit programs.

And then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We're askingourselves why. And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, andwe found people here registered to vote in this population."

The evidence, according to Musk and Gracias, is undeniable. By sampling voter registration records, theyuncovered non-citizens who not only registered but voted in American elections.

"We've referred them to prosecutionat Homeland Security Investigations," Gracias revealed. "That's happening right now."

On Monday night,the person responsible for the 400,000-ID theft operation is likely to be arrested today, according to Musk.

Billionaire entrepreneur and Trump advisor Elon Musk dropped a bombshell this weekend during a fiery 100-minute town hall in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he campaigned for conservative judge Brad Schimel in the state's upcoming Supreme Court election on Tuesday.

Joined by Antonio Gracias, a private equity titan and a key member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team tasked with rooting out waste in the federal government, Musk unveiled a shocking chart: a dramatic spike in Social Security Numbers issued to non-citizens, soaring from 270,000 in 2021 to a mind-blowing 2.1 million in 2024.

That's almost 5 million non-citizens now embedded in the system-collecting benefits, draining taxpayer dollars, and, most alarmingly, infiltrating the voter rolls.

"This is a mind-blowing chart," Musk declared, pointing to the data. "This wasn't an accident. This was a massive, large-scale program under the Biden administration to import as many illegals as possible-ultimately to change the voting map of the United States, disenfranchise the American people, and lock in a permanent deep-blue, one-party state from which there'd be no escape."

Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners and a self-described son of legal immigrants, echoed Musk's outrage.

"We went to Social Security to find fraud, and we stumbled on this by accident," he said.

"And this isn't political, by the way. My parents are immigrants... My brother and sister all born in Spain. I'm pro-legal immigration. This is not political. This is about America and the future of America. And there are a lot of good people in the system that pointed this in this direction. I want to honor them right now. They're working with the government today and took the risks to show us these numbers and tell us what's going on."

Gracias continued, "We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. On every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, 5.5 million people in those benefit programs. And then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We're asking ourselves why. And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people here registered to vote in this population."

Tesla directors settle, isolating Musk as SolarCity trial looms

Directors of Tesla Inc (TSLA.O) settled a shareholder lawsuit over its 2016 acquisition of SolarCity Corp, leaving Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk as the lone defendant facing claims that Tesla paid $2.6 billion for a worthless solar system installer, according to court documents.

The settlement comes as a trial is scheduled to start on March 16 in Delaware in which shareholders seek $2.6 billion in damages, the entire cost of the SolarCity deal.

A lawyer for Musk and a spokesman for Tesla did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Tesla shareholders have alleged Musk breached his fiduciary duties, squandered Tesla's assets and unjustly enriched himself by pushing to buy the money-losing solar company in which he was the biggest investor.

The settlement covered five current directors, Robyn Denholm, Ira Ehrenpreis, Antonio Gracias, Stephen Jurvetson and Kimbal Musk. Brad Buss, who was a director at the time of the SolarCity deal, was also part of the settlement, which was paid from insurance policies, according to court documents.

Bloomberg reported the settlement was worth $60 million.

"Plaintiffs probably think they have a cleaner shot on the merits if the only issues they have to raise are with Elon Musk and Elon Musk's actions," said Brian Quinn, a professor at Boston College Law School. The case was brought in the Court of Chancery in Delaware, where Tesla is incorporated, by an individual investor and five investment funds.

Tesla said in a statement to Reuters in September the allegations were "based on the claims of plaintiff's lawyers looking for a payday, and are not representative of our shareholders."

The suit represents another legal headache for Musk, who in the past two years has settled a lawsuit by securities regulators over his use of Twitter and won a defamation trial brought by a British cave explorer.

Musk and the Tesla board also are scheduled to defend Musk's pay package at a trial in Delaware next year. At the heart of the current case are allegations that Musk and the other board members did not fully disclose the depth of SolarCity's problems, or their own conflicts.

SolarCity was founded in 2006 by Musk and his cousins, Lyndon Rive and Peter Rive, who were the company's CEO and chief technology officer as well as directors. Musk was SolarCity's chairman and largest shareholder, and five of Tesla's directors were direct or indirect owners of SolarCity stock. Entering 2016, SolarCity's stock was on a sharp downward trajectory and the company was slashing its workforce and bleeding cash.

Tesla touted synergies of combining the companies in the all-stock deal, which was approved by Tesla shareholders.

After the deal closed, Tesla slashed its solar sales force and ended a solar marketing deal with Home Depot. Quarterly solar installations plummeted and are well below levels SolarCity enjoyed in its heyday. Tesla has said Musk's involvement in deal discussions and all other material information were accurately described to shareholders in public filings before the deal closed.

On Wednesday, Tesla reported its second straight quarterly profit, sending its stock surging to an all-time high.

Tesla Director Antonio Gracias Has Now Dumped Almost All Of His Personal Stock

Despite no real formal updated delivery guidance for Q2 and yesterday's conveniently leaked article to electrek claiming "new record 'sales numbers'", Tesla board member and long time friend of Elon Musk, Antonio Gracias, hasn't stopped spraying the open market with his personal stock holdings.

A Form 4 filed on 6/5/2019 shows that Gracias again blew out stock between $177.70 and $185.70 after exercising options. As some noted, this Form 4 says that Gracias now has just 466 shares left personally, and that his remaining shares are held in funds.
As you can see from the below chart, Gracias' sale follows a long line of insider selling from Tesla executives since late last year.

Gracias and other long-time top Musk lieutenant, JB Straubel, have been selling, collectively, over $50 million in stock since last November. Reminder, we wrote days ago that Straubel's office presence at Tesla was reported to be "scarce".
Others noted that the pace that Gracias is selling at would leave his funds with no stock left to sell by "early 2020".

Elon's BFF (and Tesla Director) Gracias continues to unload his $TSLA stock on schedule. At this rate his fund will be out completely in early-2020.

The board of directors and the company itself can do everything they want to try to and posture to make it look as though everything is fine at the company, but the stock sales from insiders at Tesla continue to allude to a different story.

And who are the bagholders for these sales? Despite retail traders on Robinhood religiously buying the dip….there was one other person who recently agreed to buy stock as part of the company's recent financing- See Cap#4

Elon Musk may soon have a new level of accountability to hold himself to - that is, if Tesla shareholders get their way. CtW Investment Group, which is working with $250 billion in pension funds, many of which are Tesla investors, has pushed for a long overdue ousting of some of Tesla's most unqualified and possibly conflicted board members. A Bloomberg article out on Wednesday morning wrote:

An activist firm representing Tesla Inc. shareholders has excoriated the electric-car maker, claiming that it's veered off the path to profit and urging a major overhaul of the Elon Musk-led board.

CtW Investment Group, working with union pension funds that are Tesla investors managing more than $250 billion, opposes the re-election of three board members who are up for votes during Tesla's June 5 annual meeting. The firm calls for shareholders to cast ballots against Antonio Gracias, a private-equity investor and Tesla's lead independent director; Kimbal Musk, Elon's brother; and James Murdoch, CEO of Twenty-First Century Fox Inc.

Poor accountability and lack of governance at Tesla have been issues raised by us throughout the past year: there was this Harvard Law blog about whether Musk "dominates" his Board, analysts calling for accountability for Musk's recent statements and promises of no need for capital and cash flow positive that have been looked upon with increasing skepticism. CtW further goes on to point out many "obvious" critiques of the Board that have long since been pointed out by skeptics of the company, including the board potentially being "beholden" to CEO Musk:
