Farage: There Is a 'Coalition of Parliament Against the People'
Nigel Farage has said there is a "democratic crisis in this country" and that there is a "coalition of Parliament against the people".
Appearing as a panelist on BBC television's flagship evening politics programme Question Time, Mr Farage said, "We've just heard from our political class in Westminster," referring to the panel of Remain-backing politicians including Work and Pensions Secretary Amber Rudd, Labour MP and Shadow Economic Minister Jonathan Reynolds, and Change UK MP Anna Soubry.
"We have a genuine democratic crisis in this country, and the reason's simple," Mr Farage said, continuing, "We voted to leave, by quite a big majority, in a referendum.
"We then voted a year later in a General Election for two political parties who told us they would respect our wishes and carry out Brexit.
"We then saw 500 MPs vote for Article 50 which said we leave on the 29th of March, with or without a withdrawal agreement."
Adding that, "the reason we didn't leave on March 29th is these people don't want us to become an independent, self-governing nation. They're doing their utmost to thwart Brexit."
The Brexit Party leader went on to say that "they're basically trying to make us associate members of the European Union".
Mr Farage went on to accuse the two main establishment political parties of trying to "save their own skins."
"We have a Labour and Conservative Party negotiating a permanent customs union in alignment with Single Market rules," the Brexiteer said, before concluding that this was "in many ways even worse than starting a member of the European Union."
Mr Farage has previously criticised the political establishment, describing politics in Britain as "broken" and "out of touch" and calling for a "peaceful revolution to win back the ability of our nation to be democratic".
At a rally in Flyde last week Mr Farage said, "Here in the country that has had a continuous parliament since the thirteenth century... in the country that has the mother of parliaments, it is in our very country that the very democratic process has been wilfully betrayed by a political class that has acted - in my view - in the most disgraceful, almost treacherous manner."

'Undemocratic': Farage Attacks Soubry for Not Honouring Referendum Result
Nigel Farage has launched a blistering attack on Change UK MP Anna Soubry in his latest rally in Nottingham.
Farage, speaking at a rally for his newly launched Brexit Party, said that Anna Soubry standing on a platform of supporting Brexit in her election campaign of 2017 but then opposing it immediately afterwards was "undemocratic" and "unacceptable".
He said, "I've got a problem with Anna Soubry and most people in our Parliament who said - as she said to her constituents - that despite her own choice, she would, if she was elected in 2017, honour the referendum result. What she has done is the absolute opposite."It is dishonest, it is disrespectful, it is undemocratic, and it is wholly unacceptable."
Mrs Soubry has represented the Broxtowe constituency in Nottinghamshire since her election as a Conservative MP in 2010 before leaving the party in 2019 to join the newly formed globalist Change UK party. Mrs Soubry's constituency voted by a majority of 55 per cent to leave the European Union.

Q Research General #6296: Dark To Light Edition
The Campaign for Conservative Democracy confirmed it was establishing a legal fund for Tory associations across the UK to support association officers who want to hold their MPs to account. The move means that Remainer MPs including Dominic Grieve (Beaconsfield), Heidi Allen (South Cambridgeshire), Antoinette Sandbach (Eddisbury), Anna Soubry (Broxtowe), Sarah Wollaston (Totnes), Nick Boles (Grantham), Sam Gyimah (East Surrey), Nicky Morgan (Loughborough), Phillip Lee (Bracknell) and Justine Greening (Putney) are under threat from being booted out by their associations.
The issue is due to become more heated after a number of Remainer Tory MPs signalled they would back Labour MP Yvette Cooper's amendment to try to, in effect, block Brexit and wrest control of parliamentary business from the Government to achieve that.
The Sunday Express previously revealed a legal fund was being set up to protect associations threatened with suspension by Conservative Central Office over attempts to deselect MPs or block candidates who are opposed to Brexit.
Portsmouth South association was suspended over a row over whether former Remainer MP Flick Drummond should be allowed to run again, while threats were made to Upminster and Hornchurch, and a senior member of the Dagenham and Rainham association over criticism of Mrs May's deal.

EXPOSED: Anti-Brexit March One Third the Size Organisers Claimed
The anti-Brexit People's Vote march was just one-third of the size organisers claimed, it has been revealed.
The group, which pushes for a second referendum, claimed that 700,000 people marched on London on October 20th, 2018, but Scotland Yard confirmed to The Telegraph that the estimate is closer to 250,000.
"The Greater London Authority (GLA) has included an estimated attendance figure of 250,000 in a debrief document," Scotland Yard said in a statement to the conservative newspaper following a Freedom of Information request.
"Please note this is not a Metropolitan Police Service estimate as we have not recorded an estimated attendance figure for the march," the police force added.
The People's Vote, launched in April 2018 by Remainer MPs Chuka Umunna (Labour), Anna Soubry (Conservative), and Caroline Lucas (Green), is supported by many of the key players in the Tony Blair-backed Remain continuity campaign Open Britain and pushed for a "public vote" on the final Brexit deal - i.e., a second referendum.
Labour's London mayor Sadiq Khan, who spoke at the march and hailed it a "historic moment in our democracy," oversees the GLA.
The People's Vote claims its wildly inaccurate estimations were "based on intelligence from both volunteers and professional stewards."

UK Lawmakers Call for 'Islamophobia' to Be Officially Classed as Racism
A group of British Parliamentarians have demanded "Islamophobia" be officially classed as a form of racism in the UK, claiming the country is deeply prejudiced and unfair towards Muslims.
The new parliamentary report blames "prevalent" Islamophobia for divisions, hate crimes, and even terror attacks. It also appears to reject claims criminalising comments about Islam will restrict free speech and calls for an official definition of "Islamophobia."
Examples of "Islamophobia" listed including claiming it is terrorism to support an independent Palestine, calling Muhammad a paedophile, and "claims of Muslims spreading Islam by the sword or subjugating minority groups under their rule."
The document comes from the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on British Muslims, which is led by leading anti-Brexit Tory MP Anna Soubry.
Tory Peer Baroness Warsi, the group's Treasurer, commented on the document release: "Islamophobia is a form of racism - like antisemitism it's time it got its own definition."
Labour MP Wes Streeting added: "Islamophobia isn't just anti-Muslim hatred. It's about everyday discrimination that takes place - targeting Muslimness or perceived Muslimness. It is rooted in racism and is a type of racism. It can be deliberate or unconscious bias."
The findings were also backed by the Muslim Council of Britain, linked to the pro-Caliphate Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, which was recently criticised for working with groups calling for apostates to be killed.

'A historic moment': 670,000 march to demand Final Say on Brexit at second biggest demo in a century
The crowds stretched so far back that plenty of people never even made it to the rally. Masses overflowed through the streets of London for more than a mile, from Hyde Park Corner to Parliament Square, as an estimated 670,000 protesters took their demand for a fresh Brexit referendum right to Theresa May's doorstep. They came from every corner of the UK, in what is believed to be the largest demonstration since the Iraq War march in 2003, when more than a million people turned out in the capital to oppose the conflict. Amid the swathes of EU flags and banners, there was also a growing sense that campaigners, MPs and activists were realising, perhaps for the first time, that this was a battle that could be won. "We were the few, and now we are the many," Tory MP Anna Soubry told the crowds crammed into Parliament Square. "We are winning the argument and we are winning the argument most importantly against those who voted Leave."
She said: "We will not walk away. We will take responsibility and sort out this mess with a people's vote." Speaking to The Independent beforehand, she said many Tory MPs were privately supportive of a second referendum amid bitter divisions in the party. Liberal Democrat MP Layla Moran said the sheer scale of the event showed that "confidence is growing" in the fight for a fresh vote.
To huge cheers, London mayor Sadiq Khan said the march marked a "historic moment in our democracy". He told protestors: "We've heard some complain that a public vote would be undemocratic and unpatriotic. But the opposite is true. "There's nothing more democratic - nothing more British - than trusting the people to have the final say on our future." MPs from across the political spectrum addressed the rally, including Green MP Caroline Lucas, Liberal Democrat leader Sir Vince Cable, Labour's Chuka Umunna and Tory MP Dr Sarah Wollaston, who drew huge cheers when she compared Brexit to a botched operation.

EU Loyalist Grieve Calls for 'Polite Rebellion' Against Brexit, National Unity Govt to Hold Second Referendum
Tory europhile Dominic Grieve has called for a "polite rebellion" if Theresa May presses on with Brexit, suggesting a national unity government should deliver a second EU referendum.
The former Attorney-General, who serves as the ad hoc leader of a group of EU loyalist rebels which has already voted against the Government to defeat aspects of the legislation to deliver Brexit in Parliament, declared that "the time has come for a polite rebellion by pragmatic Conservatives" in a Sunday Telegraph article.
The Beaconsfield MP said he hoped that the Prime Minister would "come to see the benefit" of holding a so-called 'People's Vote'- or 'Losers' Vote', according to Brexit supporters - on Brexit, but warned that "if she insists on pressing on, I for one cannot allow short-term party considerations to override the national interest".
Unlike many EU loyalists, who claim that the purpose of a 'People's Vote' would be merely to give the public a say on the final terms of Britain's exit from the European Union, Grieve cheerfully admits that he "would of course argue that we need to change our national position".
"We should choose to return to our union with twenty-seven like-minded European partners, whose values we share from centuries of interconnection and whose futures are intimately bound up with our own," he adds, for the avoidance of doubt.
The idea of a cross-party 'national unity' government to thwart the public's 2016 vote to Leave the European Union has previously been floated by fellow Tory europhile Anna Soubry, who in July 2018 told the BBC: "I personally would abandon the Labour frontbench and I would reach beyond it, and I would encompass Plaid Cymru, the SNP and other sensible, pragmatic people who believe in putting this country's interests first and foremost."
Soubry's statement raised eyebrows, as the Scottish National Party and Plaid Cymru are, in fact, left-wing separatist parties which wish to break Scotland and Wales off from the United Kingdom as nominally independent EU member-states, and can therefore hardly be said to "believe in putting [the] country's interests first".
Her constituency of Broxtowe voted Leave in the 2016 referendum, and she is now complaining that local party members wish to deselect her for another candidate.

Q Research UK #10: United We Stand Edition
'Imprisoned because she had dared to call the wretched Anna Soubry [MP] a "Traitor"
'We urgently need to raise the funds to help Amy to challenge the outrageous conviction against her which is based on the flimsy grounds that Amy called out that Anna Soubry was a traitor when Soubry was being interviewed on Newsnight.
'We want to get a ruling on the proper meaning of these statutorily invented offences which we should all hope will restrict their future use by Internationalist minded Social Justice Warriors.
'Evil prevails when good people do nothing.'
- Robin Tilbrook, Chairman of the English Democrats [patriots]

Would be even better if we could see what they spent their expenses on too.
Anna Soubry looks like she's fleecing the public with £198,820.76 spent on 235 "items".
