Schmidt and Defense Innovation Board…Did Schmidt bug the electronic vote? Pt2
https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2020/10/01/bokhari-the-defense-innovation-board-may-just-be-a-google-lobbying-operation/
"Google stands to benefit" from the new strategy, said a former FCC official who spoke to Breitbart News. "As the ultimate tech giant with an army of lobbyists at their disposal, they are uniquely situated to make a sweetheart deal with the DoD, and then turn around and control the network."
In 2015, the Wall Street Journal wrote about Google's attempt to open up military spectrum.
The article noted that "The idea originated with a 2012 report by the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. Among the more than two-dozen authors were Google Chairman Eric Schmidt and [Preston] Marshall, a former DARPA researcher now employed by Google. Mr. Medin."
It further noted. "Since early 2013, more than any other company, Google has lobbied the Federal Communications Commission" to open up the spectrum. Now using Medin and Schmidt in key positions, Google is closer than ever to getting its wishes.
Schmidt and Medin have used the threat of China as a tool to lobby for the 5G strategy overhaul, despite their own company's checkered track record on China. In 2017, Google opened an artificial intelligence laboratory in China, saying "science has no borders." In 2018, it entered into a partnership with Chinese telecoms giant Huawei, now subject to U.S. sanctions over security concerns.
Schmidt and Medin were also able to retain their positions on the Defense Advisory Board, despite their own company's refusal to work with the U.S. military in Project Maven, a program to develop AI for use in military drones.'
In 2019, Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-TX), top Republican on the House Armed Services Committee, appointed Schmidt to the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI). Following this, Defense Secretary James Mattis also appointed Google Cloud AI head Andrew Moore to the commission.
And Schmidt retained his influential advisory post under the Trump administration, despite the fact that Schmidt worked overtime to elect Hillary Clinton in 2016 (even attending her election night party in New York City wearing a
"staff" badge), and the fact that Google is censoring pro-Trump media ahead of the 2020 election.
"Billionaire Tech Investor Peter Thiel believes Google should be investigated for treason. He accuses Google of working with the Chinese Government." @foxandfriends A great and brilliant guy who knows this subject better than anyone! The Trump Administration will take a look!
- Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 16, 2019
Last year, Trump tweeted "Billionaire Tech Investor Peter Thiel believes Google should be investigated for treason. He accuses Google of working with the Chinese Government."@foxandfriends A great and brilliant guy who knows this subject better than anyone! The Trump Administration will take a look!"
Yet even as the President raised these concerns, Swamp creatures like Gen. Mattis and so-called Republicans like Rep. Thornberry were putting Google executives in key policy advisory positions. Much like the internet itself, Google's influence in the D.C. swamp seems impossible to escape.

I heard people talk about cancer-fighting properties, and some argued that pawpaw could help battle cancer cells, something Andrew Moore writes about in Pawpaw: In Search of America's Forgotten Fruit.

As can be seen in the list above, there is a considerable amount of overlap between the NSCAI and the companies currently advising the White House on "re-opening" the economy (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Lockheed Martin, Oracle) and one NSCAI member, Oracle's Safra Katz, is on the White House's "economic revival" taskforce. Also, there is also overlap between the NSCAI and the companies that are intimately involved in the implementation of the "contact tracing" "coronavirus surveillance system," a mass surveillance system promoted by the Jared Kushner-led, private-sector coronavirus task force. That surveillance system is set to be constructed by companies with deep ties to Google and the U.S. national security state, and both Google and Apple, who create the operating systems for the vast majority of smartphones used in the U.S., have said they will now build that surveillance system directly into their smartphone operating systems.
Also notable is the fact that In-Q-Tel and the U.S. intelligence community has considerable representation on the NSCAI and that they also boast close ties with Google, Palantir and other Silicon Valley giants, having been early investors in those companies. Both Google and Palantir, as well as Amazon (also on the NSCAI) are also major contractors for U.S. intelligence agencies. In-Q-Tel's involvement on the NSCAI is also significant because they have been heavily promoting mass surveillance of consumer electronic devices for use in pandemics for the past several years. Much of that push has come from In-Q-Tel's current Executive Vice President Tara O'Toole, who was previously the director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and also co-authored several controversial biowarfare/pandemic simulations, such as Dark Winter.
In addition, since at least January, the U.S. intelligence community and the Pentagon have been at the forefront of developing the U.S. government's still-classified "9/11-style" response plans for the coronavirus crisis, alongside the National Security Council. Few news organizations have noted that these classified response plans, which are set to be triggered if and when the U.S. reaches a certain number of coronavirus cases, has been created largely by elements of the national security state (i.e. the NSC, Pentagon, and intelligence), as opposed to civilian agencies or those focused on public health issues.
Furthermore, it has been reported that the U.S. intelligence community as well as U.S. military intelligence knew by at least January (though recent reports have said as early as last November) that the coronavirus crisis would reach "pandemic proportions" by March. The American public were not warned, but elite members of the business and political classes were apparently informed, given the record numbers of CEO resignations in January and several high-profile insider trading allegations that preceded the current crisis by a matter of weeks.
Perhaps even more disconcerting is the added fact that the U.S. government not only participated in the eerily prescient pandemic simulation last October known as Event 201, it also led a series of pandemic response simulations last year. Crimson Contagion was a series of four simulations that involved 19 U.S. federal agencies, including intelligence and the military, as well as 12 different states and a host of private sector companies that simulated a devastating pandemic influenza outbreak that had originated in China. It was led by the current HHS Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, Robert Kadlec, who is a former lobbyist for military and intelligence contractors and a Bush-era homeland security "bioterrorism" advisor.

Why is this happening? ES and several others on this list are traitors to our country.
"Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google, has been appointed chairman of a US government artificial intelligence advisory group.
The advisory group, known as the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, will advise on the national security implications of AI and how to ensure the US remains a world leader in the field. It was first announced in May 2018.
"It is a privilege to serve on this commission and contribute to its important mission," Schmidt said in a press release. "We plan to examine a wide range of topics relevant to national security, and I look forward to working with the other commissioners on this critical set of issues."
The group includes 14 other tech experts. They are:
Andy Jassy, CEO of Amazon Web Services
Safra Catz, CEO of Oracle
Chris Darby, CEO of In-Q-Tel
Jason Matheny, former IARPA director
Eric Horvitz, director of Microsoft Research Labs
Mignon Clyburn, Open Society Foundation fellow and former FCC commissioner
Andrew Moore, head of Google Cloud AI
Steve Chien, supervisor of the AI Group at Caltech's Jet Propulsion Lab
Ken Ford, CEO of the Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition
Jose-Marie Griffiths, president of Dakota State University
Gilman Louie, partner at Alsop Louie Partners
William Mark, director of SRI's Information and Computing Sciences Division
Katharina McFarland, consultant at Cypress International
Schmidt is also the chair of the Defense Innovation Board, which advises the US Government's Department of Defense on matters relating to AI.
He remains a technical advisor to Alphabet, which is Google's parent company."

Q Research AUSTRALIA #7 - FIRE & FURY Edition
Ridsdale admits more abuse but lawyer asks for no extra jail time
Gerald Ridsdale - arguably Australia's most prolific paedophile priest - has admitted abusing more children who were in his care, but his lawyer has argued his jail term should not be increased.
Ten counts of indecent assault and four of buggery against four boys in the 1970s took to 69 the number of Ridsdale's known victims, the County Court heard on Monday, though it is not known exactly how many lives he damaged over 27 years of offending while a parish priest across western Victoria.
Ridsdale, 85, has been in prison since 1994 and a handful of prosecutions since have increased his overall jail term to 34 years. The earliest he will be eligible for parole is April 2022.
Defence counsel Tim Marsh called on Judge Gerard Mullaly not to increase the non-parole term for a man who has spent 26 years behind bars and whose plea of guilty validated victims who had contacted police.
Mr Marsh acknowledged his submission could be viewed as wanting "no sentence" but said Ridsdale's continued imprisonment gave victims closure, and acknowledged the insight shown by an old man in declining health who faced the likelihood of dying in jail.
Incorporating this punishment into his overall sentence was appropriate, Mr Marsh said, as it was hard to imagine Ridsdale would have been jailed for 34 years had all his crimes been dealt with in the 1990s.
"There is no sentence you can impose to address the impact on the victims," Mr Marsh told the judge.
Prosecutor Andrew Moore called for Ridsdale's non-parole term to be lengthened. It was inappropriate not to, he said, given the violent, demeaning crimes and physical pain they caused the boys.
Victims told the court of the lasting emotional trauma they suffered.
Documents show Ridsdale abused four boys in Warrnambool and other towns, including one child who was 12 when plied with beer and attacked on successive nights on a weekend trip away, and another who was sexually assaulted during confession at the family home. The four were aged between seven and 16.
Mr Marsh acknowledged the trust Ridsdale breached in an era when priests were venerated in small communities. Ridsdale told one boy, "Don't you tell anyone anything, they won't believe you over a priest."
One victim said the abuse affected every part of his life, and he now struggled with injuries suffered in falls caused by alcoholism.
In a statement he compiled early one morning at a caravan park, the man wrote: "I am single, alone, broke, depressed, embarrassed, forgetful, unemployed, wondering how I can afford and how I will get through tomorrow. Things would have been different had this individual not been part of my life."
The parents of two brothers who were both abused by Ridsdale spoke of the guilt they endured at learning years later of what their priest did.
"We trusted our innocent, beautiful children with this bastard without question but we should have been more vigilant on their behalf," they said.
"Our boys deserved better than this in their lives", only to be deceived "by a filthy, conniving make-believe priest and paedophile".
Another victim was furious the Catholic Church knew of the crimes and moved Ridsdale around the state to avoid questions, but was thankful to feel "heard" years later and hoped others might "find the courage to report".
Ridsdale had in recent years conceded he should never have been allowed to join the priesthood and Mr Marsh said the former cleric knew at the time he would be moved "if things got too hot".
Asked by Judge Mullaly why Ridsdale never volunteered his crimes, Mr Marsh said the "sheer volume" of names and locations so many years ago made it difficult.
The court heard that Ridsdale, who appeared via video link on Monday, is in declining health, recently had bowel surgery and has heart problems. He needs a walking frame to move.
He will be sentenced on May 14.
