I've finished ID'ing one as Jenny Xue and the other one is unknown (requires ID'ing).

Jenny Xue is of Vancouver and is the Director of Operations for the Foundation. She is a model and her relative is Cloud Sky Lu and appears to be a model too. He is based in Taiwan according to his IG profile. Taiwan citizens use Traditional Chinese.

On her Instagram (handle Jenny_Xue), she uses Simplified Chinese, which is not used in Taiwan. Narrow down the odds to where it is used. She can be potentially a person who is just asleep in the matrix or part of the C_P.

I have not been able to locate the older woman. At first I thought the older woman was Jenny's mother but on Cloud's Instagram he posts a picture of his mom which looks completely different from this lady. If Cloud does not have direct family relation to Jenny but is instead an extended family member, then the mother of Jenny Xue is still to be looked at.

To further promote the trade pact, Bogota provided a $300,000 P.R. contract to Clinton's pollster Mark Penn. As part of his publicity campaign, Penn arranged for Uribe to hold an award banquet in honor of Clinton in 2007. Clinton reciprocated by featuring Uribe as an honored guest at his Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting a few months later.

When news of Penn's contract with Bogota got out in 2008, Hillary Clinton had to fire him as her campaign strategist, lest she lose endorsements from labor unions. She insisted that her husband's relationship with Colombia would not influence her stand on the free trade deal, which she opposed because of "the history of violence against trade unionists in Colombia."

…The details of these financial dealings remain murky, but this much is clear: After millions of dollars were pledged by the oil company to the Clinton Foundation - supplemented by millions more from Giustra himself - Secretary Clinton abruptly changed her position on the controversial U.S.-Colombia trade pact.

Which, as twitter user Pizzagate Angela and others have pointed out, is connected to Frank Guistra who also ran a refugee center which used a logo that appears extremely similar to the FBI description of pedophilia symbols.

Concerning the International Crisis Group (ICG), their work is stated to be "independent, and non-partisan". Yet their connections to a current Board Member makes it definitely a revolving door of partisanship.

Within these emails they also refer to "pizza" which, according to a well-known hacker, is about arms dealing and not a pedophile reference. Applying this to the "pizza" emails in the GIF file, it makes a lot of sense as to what they're talking about. I mean, seriously? Who in the government ships pizza internationally?

Well, one company JIT Packaging has a board of directors which includes Frank Guistra and Bill Clinton. Guistra met Clinton in Haiti, gave $100M to the Clinton Foundation and they're both on the board of a packaging company tied to the Global Intelligence File covering arms dealing with the word "pizza."
