Pharma creates the avenue to get chemicals into the body, make the brain more receptive to specific frequencies/freq ranges. Those can be broadcast by cell towers, phones, even probably Alexa & Google Home, as well as across typical household wiring to induce any major human emotional state (frequencies are mapped & known-not classified any more) and of course voice-to-skull tech to implant thoughts/ideas spur people to action(s).
