DEFCON [1]	NB - 1-13-18 Hawaii received an INCOMING BALLISTIC MISSILE ALERT. This caused panic and confusion (to a degree). It was later "clarified" that it was a drill/accident/exercise (story kept changing). Q was using this post (>>21093) as not only a marker for [1] delta, but also another forewarning of an event yet to come. This indicates that 1) the event was planned in advance and 2) Q was aware of it and 3) was authorized to post that in the stringer.
[1] SIG	[1] is the signature for this post - a delta (time differential) of 1 between Q post and POTUS tweet. (upcoming)
