Who signed off on the MUELLER summary report submitted by BARR yesterday? Who signed fraudulent FISA warrants? WHO APPOINTED MUELLER AS SPECIAL COUNSEL? WHO HAS FULL CONTROL? OPTICS ARE VERY IMPORTANT. Rosenstein was kept on with the knowledge that he would have to sign off on the AG's response to Mueller's report, especially relevant since RR signed off on the FISA application & renewals, hired Mueller to do investigation.
