When is enough finally enough? Never? If not never, then when? Or do most people never learn? Or maybe they don't really care. Perhaps that's the problem.
On march 4th, the Jerusalem Post bannered "IRAN AND TURKEY MEDIA PUSH CONSPIRACY THEORIES ABOUT US, ISIS: Claims pushed by Syrian regime media assert that US gave ISIS safe passage out of Baghuz in return for gold, a conspiracy picked up in Tehran and Ankara", and simply assumed that it's false - but provided no evidence to back their speculation up - and they closed by asserting "The conspiracies, which are manufactured in Damascus, are disseminated to Iraq and Turkey, both of whom oppose US policy in eastern Syria." Why do people even subscribe to such 'news'-sources as that? The key facts are hidden, the speculation that's based on their own prejudices replaces whatever facts exist. Do the subscribers, to that, simply want to be deceived? Are most people that stupid?
Back on 21 December 2018, one of the US regime's top 'news'-media, the Washington Post, had headlined "Retreating ISIS army smuggled a fortune in cash and gold out of Iraq and Syria" and reported that "the Islamic State is sitting on a mountain of stolen cash and gold that its leaders stashed away to finance terrorist operations." So, it's not as if there hadn't been prior reason to believe that some day some of the gold would be found after America's defeat in Syria. Maybe they just hadn't expected this to happen quite so soon. But the regime will find ways to hoodwink its public, in the future, just as it has in the past. Unless the public wises-up (if that's even possible).

Google employees aren't convinced that Dragonfly is dead
Some Google employees believe they found evidence that Google's plans to launch a censored search engine - codenamed "Dragonfly" - in China are still ongoing, according to a new report from The Intercept. Google's CEO Sundar Pichai told US regulators last year that Google had "no plans" to launch the censored search engine "right now." But some Google employees, unsatisfied and suspicious, have found internal evidence that suggests development has continued.
Employees spotted around 500 changes to Dragonfly-related code in December. Another 400 changes were made to the code in January, indicating to the employees that the project was still ongoing. They also investigated the company budgeting plans and saw that about 100 workers were still grouped under the budget associated with Project Dragonfly.
Reached for comment, Google denied that work had continued on Dragonfly. "This speculation is wholly inaccurate. Quite simply: there's no work happening on Dragonfly," a Google representative told The Verge. "As we've said for many months, we have no plans to launch Search in China and there is no work being undertaken on such a project. Team members have moved to new projects."
The search engine would have censored sensitive political topics
The censored search project would have offered China a search engine that blocked results for sensitive topics. Those topics would likely have included Xinjiang, Tibet, and the Tiananmen Square massacre, based on what is already censored for existing search engines that operate in China.
It's possible that the code changes were just the finishing touches to bring the project to an end. But it's possible that the code changes mean the project hasn't halted, despite Pichai's claims. One Google software engineer told The Intercept he suspected that Pichai might be waiting for the outrage over the project to taper off before starting the plans again under a new codename.
Google is currently blocked in China. According to The Intercept's initial reporting, Dragonfly was meant to give Google a way back into the country, giving it access to a large user base, and giving Chinese internet users access to more information. Over a thousand Google employees have protested the project by signing an open letter highlighting the human rights abuses Google would become complicit in if Dragonfly were to launch. Several Google employees have also quit partly over the lack of transparency surrounding Project Dragonfly. Google publicly backed off on the project in December.

MAJOR: Ukrainian Elections to be 'Closed Off' from International Observers
BERLIN - The authorities of Ukraine have just announced their refusal to accredit Germans as observers to the upcoming elections, including many representatives of the political party "Die Linke". This was revealed this morning, Monday, march 4th, by the head of Die Linke (The Left) party in the Kvakenbrück parliament, Andreas Maurer.
"Accreditation of public and state observers is very tough and slow. There is no support from Ukraine for observers from Germany to take part, " Maurer said.
According to Maurer, Ukraine fears that among the representatives from Germany, German politicians and social activists with a pro-Russian stance may come to the polls.
On February 28th, a law Ukrainian law banning Russian observers from taking part in elections in Ukraine came into force . The decree was signed by President Petro Poroshenko. From the perspective that Ukraine considers Russia to be an 'aggressor' state, this makes sense. However, at the same time, the banning of Russian observers runs contrary to the OSCE rules, to which both Russia and Ukraine are parties to.
Critics charge that Poroshenko wants is a 'sham' election that is simply rubber-stamped by the U.S, as the EU grows closer to Russia on the subject of resolving the conflict Ukraine, and a return to normality.
At the same time, Russia has refused to send people in the OSCE mission for security reasons and questioned the transparency of the vote. While the OSCE is nominally neutral, and was established originally after the collapse of the USSR as an organization trumpeted as that which would replace both NATO and the Warsaw Pact, it has instead worked by and large as a wing of the Atlantic Council and NATO, but with nominal Russian representation. Russia has previously been able to establish that the OSCE was embedded with Atlanticist intelligence operates who used the cover of the OSCE to relay information on the positions of the DPR and LPR militias.
Nevertheless, in the OSCE, Kiev was reminded that the refusal to accredit Russians would violate the standards of the organization.

Questions Arise If Indian Airstrikes In Kashmir Were A "Election Gimmick" As Tensions Subside
Tensions seem to be subsiding on the Line of Control between Pakistan and India in Kashmir, both armies reported on march 3rd.
Indian security forces said they were carrying out mjor anti-militancy operations on their side of Kashmir and had shot dead two militants.
"By and large the LoC was calm last night but you never know when it will become active again," said Chaudhry Tariq Farooq, a minister in Pakistani Kashmir. "Tension still prevails."
The US Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan said that it was looking into reports that the Pakistani Air Force used US-built F-16 to down the Indian Air Force's fighter jet. That would be a violation of Washington's military sales agreements, which limit how Pakistan can use the fighter jets.
"We are aware of these reports and are seeking more information," an embassy spokesperson said. "We take all allegations of misuse of defence articles very seriously."
Pakistan denied using US F-16 in the incident. In contrast, Indian Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa was cited to have said "We have got pieces of [Pakistan's] F-16 which we have shown."
On march 4th he also asked "If we had dropped bombs in the jungle, why would they respond," when asked about the effectiveness of IAF's air strike against JeM's alleged Balakot terror camp.
He was also asked why MiG-21 Bison was used against Pakistan's F-16, Air Chief Marshal Dhanoa said that "MiG-21 Bison is capable, it has been upgraded, it has a better weapons system and a better radar. It is an upgraded aircraft."
Earlier, on February 28th, Indian officials displayed to reporters parts of what they called an air-to-air missile that can only be fired from F-16 jets, alleging they were used to bomb its side of the disputed Kashmir border on the previous day.
However, in India there are concerns that the IAF's air strike on a forest near the city of Balakot did not target militants and was simply used as a way to politicize terror.
Indian Union Minister SS Ahluwalia said that the aim of the airstrike was to send out a message that India is capable of hitting deep inside enemy lines and did not intend to inflict "any human casualty."
Ahluwalia said neither Prime Minister Narendra Modi nor any government spokesperson had given any figure on casualty of the IAF air strikes.
"I have seen reports in Indian media and international media and also what Modi ji had said. After the air strike, there was a rally by Modi ji and he didn't say anything on the casualty figures. I want to ask if Modi ji, or any government spokesperson, or our party president Amit Shah has given any figures?" Mr Ahluwalia told reporters.
The minister of state for electronics and information technology said the intention of the strike was to send out a message that India is capable of destruction in Pakistan's own backyard if needed. "We didn't want any human casualty."

Turns out Monday, march 4th is on the same line as Oct. 30, 2019. Which is a 2-year delta from Oct. 30, 2017 and 5-steps ahead of Oct 30, 2018.

On this day in history,1933 America's President-Elect Franklin D. Roosevelt survived an assassination attempt in Miami, Florida when an unemployed brick layer fired five shots at Roosevelt's open touring car. FDR escaped injury, but four others were wounded, and Chicago Mayor Anton Cermak (who was shaking hands with Roosevelt at the time) was mortally wounded.
After the 1932 election and prior to his march 4th, 1933 inauguration, FDR decided to take a yacht-trip off the coast of Florida. Upon his return, he attended a rally in Miami to meet influential party leaders before returning to New York. FDR's yacht sailed into Biscayne Bay late on February 15th and he was escorted to the amphitheater bandstand at Bayfront Park. All 7000 seats in front of the stage were filled to capacity, with thousands more in the aisles and around the park. FDR was in one of three open cars that parked by the bandstand; he stayed in the car because of his polio.
In the third row of the seating area was Giuseppe Zangara, who had purchased a five shot .32 caliber revolver for eight dollars just days earlier. He was roughly twenty five or thirty feet from Roosevelt. FDR spoke for less than one minute, and then was greeted by dignitaries. Zangara stood on his wobbly folding chair and fired five shots. Several people pinned him to the ground and he was taken off to jail. Meanwhile, the presidential procession rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital to try to save Cermak's life. He died nineteen days after he was shot however.Zangara was an Italian immigrant who spoke very poor English, but was very open about his desire to "kill all kings and presidents" in order to punish them for all the pain inflicted on the poor, as well as for his own personal pain.
On march 20, 1933, Zangara was executed for Cermak's murder in Florida's "Old Sparky" electric chair, railing against capitalists to the end. When asked whether he would shoot Roosevelt again if given a chance, he answered affirmatively.
It had been exactly 33 days since the shooting in Bayfront Park to Zangara's execution. The five week period that culminated in the electrocution of Zangara was considered by many as the swiftest legal execution in 20th-century American History.

Coincidence? - Chief Nurse Of British Army Was First Person To Arrive At Novichoked Skripal Scene
On march 4 2018 the British/Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were found incapacitated on a bench in Salisbury. The British government asserts that they were affected by a chemical poison of the so called Novichok group. The case led to a diplomatic conflict as Britain accused Russia of an attempt to kill the Skripals. No evidence was provided by the British government to support those accusations. The Skripals have since been vanished.
Today an intriguing new detail of the case came to light. Spire FM, a local radio station in Salisbury, reports of a young woman, Abigail McCourt, who was given a 'Lifesaver Award' for her involvement in the Skripal case:
The 16 year old, from Larkhill, was the first to spot two people collapsed on a bench in the Maltings on march 4th and didn't hesitate to help. Abigail quickly alerted her mum, a qualified nurse, who was nearby and together they gave first aid to the victims until paramedics arrived.
It soon became clear this was no ordinary medical incident, but the poisoning of a former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, and his daughter Yulia, with Novichok.

Immediately following the incident and with the world's media focused on Salisbury, the pair didn't want any want press attention and kept their involvement quiet.
But Abby's mum now feels the time is right for her daughter to be recognised for the "incredible" way she dealt with the scenario. Alison nominated her for the Lifesaver Award at Spire FM's Local Hero Awards, and the judges were unanimous in their decision that Abigail was a very worthy winner.
Earlier reports mentioned that a 'military nurse' had attended to the Skripals. Following the above report Elena Evdokimova checked the name of the young women's mothers and found a curiosity:
