Minnesota's Democrat governor signs bill codifying abortion until birth==
'The absolutist extremism of this bill would put Minnesota in the company of just a handful of countries worldwide, among them China and North Korea.'
Minnesota Democrat Gov. Tim Walz signed a "right" to unlimited abortion into law Tuesday, putting the North Star State on par with the likes of North Korea according to pro-life leaders.
The so-called Protect Reproductive Options (PRO) Act asserts a woman's "fundamental right" to "continue the pregnancy and give birth, or obtain an abortion, and to make autonomous decisions about how to exercise this fundamental right," declares that this "right" is contained in the Minnesota Constitution's "principles of individual liberty, personal privacy, and equality;" and forbids localities from "regulat[ing] an individual's ability to freely exercise the fundamental rights set forth in this section in a manner that is more restrictive than that set forth in this section."
The bill cleared both chambers of the state legislature without proposed Republican amendments to preserve some limits on abortion, and on Tuesday it received Walz's signature at a ceremony joined by Planned Parenthood North Central States president Sarah Stoesz, Valley News Live reports.
"The message that we're sending to Minnesota today is very clear, your rights are protected in this state, you have the right to make your own decisions about your health, your family and your life," Walz told the crowd.
Pro-life activists see a very different message in the new law.
"Let's be clear: The PRO Act would mean it's legal for any baby to be aborted, for any reason and at any Time up to birth," said Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life co-executive director Cathy Blaeser. "The absolutist extremism of this bill would put Minnesota in the company of just a handful of countries worldwide, among them China and North Korea. Mothers and babies deserve a far more humane and compassionate approach."
Under the law, "a school counselor can take a student to an abortion clinic without their parents' knowledge," warns Tim Miller, executive director of Pro-Life Action Ministries Action. "An unborn child can be murdered up to one second before they leave their mother's birth canal. There will be no requirement for an abortion to take place in a clinic setting and a doctor is no longer needed."
The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade last summer sent pro-abortion activists into a flurry of activity to preserve abortion "access." In blue states, Democrats have moved to strengthen the pro-abortion status quo, keeping abortion as widely available as possible while potentially attracting travel from abortion seekers in neighboring pro-life states.

>The House hard-liners blocking McCarthy aren't listening to Trump (cont)
"He thinks it's better if all the Republicans get together and solve this," McCarthy told reporters when asked about his phone call with Trump. "It doesn't look good for Republicans. But we want to be able to solve it where we're stronger in the long run."
Specifically asked if Trump encouraged him to stay in the race, McCarthy added, "Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah."
But the former president's allies say they can sense his support is hardly generous.
"I can tell you one thing: Trump's base is 99.9 to 0.1 percent against McCarthy," said Stephen K. Bannon, a former senior adviser in the Trump White House and the host of "War Room," a far-right podcast. "His Truth posts had zero impact. People love him; they respect him. On this one, he's just dead wrong."
Short added that while the contingent opposing McCarthy is clearly made up of Trump loyalists, both the inside-baseball nature of the fight and Trump's somewhat tepid support have blunted the former president's potential impact. Several Trump advisers said he didn't plan to "savage" any of the unsupportive lawmakers, noting that many of them have praised him extensively - and that Trump could cut bait if it's clear McCarthy cannot win.
"They are all still Trump supporters, but they don't really believe that Trump's heart is in it," Short said. "And they don't really believe that most of their voters are really worried about a House leadership matter."
Despite remaining the de facto leader of the Republican Party, Trump's influence has been waning for some Time. He lost the 2020 election to President Biden, and many Republicans blamed him for the loss of two Senate seats in Georgia several months later.
In the 2022 midterm elections, Trump's primary endorsements helped usher in a slate of extremist candidates unable to win a general election, leading to a disappointing showing for Republicans; Democrats retained control of the Senate, and the Republicans made smaller-than-expected gains in the House - an underlying cause of McCarthy's current dilemma. Trump then went on to unsuccessfully endorse Rick Scott (R-Fla.) for Senate minority leader over Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), who won handily.
Trump's early entry into the 2024 presidential primary field has not dissuaded a number of prominent Republicans from considering their own 2024 bids, and some have begun publicly dismissing him as a loser whose moment has passed.
"Trump misused his power within the party in the midterms and it has cost him, and it's made him more of a traditional political influencer," said Tim Miller, a former Republican strategist and ardent Trump critic who works as a writer for the Bulwark website. "Does he have more influence than [Fox News host] Laura Ingraham right now? Not really."
"The juice," Miller added, "is gone."
Byron Donalds (R-Fla.), who on Tuesday pulled his vote from McCarthy on the third ballot, saying he had switched because he didn't think McCarthy had a path to victory, was more charitable.
Trump's support of McCarthy, he said, was "all well and good."
"But the members are going to decide this process," Donalds said. "And, you know, that's no disrespect to President Trump. That's just the reality of the House of Representatives."

Tim Miller: Inside the New Republican Party
>12,830 views | Jul 16, 2022 | Commonwealth Club of California
From 2000 to 2022, one thing is certain: What it means to be Republican has changed. To former Republican political consultant Tim Miller, the GOP started down a path to disaster in the early 2000s. Lack of strategic decision making within the Republican Party at that Time set the stage for Donald Trump to take over the party Miller once loved. He now seeks to answer a simple question: "Why did normal people go along with the worst of Trumpism?"
Tim Miller is an author, activist and consultant who has held many positions within Republican campaigns. He has served as co-founder and political director for the advocacy group Republican Voters Against Trump and director of communications for Jed Bush's 2016 presidential campaign. During his Time in the Republican Party, he served in a variety of positions, including co-founder and executive director of the opposition research firm America Rising and "forensic analyst" for Mitt Romney's failed 2012 presidential campaign.
In his new book Why We Did It, Miller cuts through the past two decades of political shifts, compromises and decisions made by the GOP that he says set it on a collision course with Trumpism and led to the events of January 6. Giving an honest look at his own work in the Republican Party, Miller uses raw interviews, forgotten history and personal accounts in a biting, darkly satirical retelling of the transformation of the GOP, leading up to his eventual departure from the party in November 2020.
Join us as Miller recounts the roadmap of how we got here, and what the story of one of the greatest party shifts in American history can tell us about the future of the nation.

$1.6 million payday for Polis friends: Free deal to help Colorado's COVID-19 response ends up costing taxpayers
DAVID MIGOYA david.migoya@gazette.com Nov 20, 2021 Updated Nov 22, 2021
This is pretty interesting… Polis in CO scratching his friends backs to track (you) with cell phone data! WOW! $1.6M funneled to his buddies in no-bid "state of emergency" $$ to purchase and analyze cell phone GPS and FB, etc. data to be used for the state's COVID response! I wonder how much of that data was manipulated by owners of the 2nd company: David Jacobson and Parker Jackson? All data can be manipulated. Polis' office claims to have no knowledge of the contracts and so refuses to comment. Who wants to file a FOIA for communication between Polis and his cronies?
The founder of the first company with the original contract, Tim Miller of Boulder, a long Time tech entrepreneur and financier with close ties to Polis…was the former CEO at Rally Software, a tech company sold in 2015 for $480M.Miller helps run Barchetta Pizza, which he founded in Boulder. All staff have been vaxxed!

'Montage: The "Smart" People Tell Us Trump Can Never Be Elected President
Nov 9, 2016'
RUSH: We have a "smart people" montage here. Drive-Bys, experts, Republican establishment elites all saying Trump would never win, predicting a Hillary landslide. This is a series of bites November 15th, 2015, through October 2016.
Tim Miller: (8/18/16) Trump is gonna get killed in the general election.
ALEX CONANT: (8/18/16) Trump is gonna suffer an embarrassing loss this fall.
RACHEL MADDOW: (7/29/16) Unless this election happens on Mars, Donald Trump will lose.
KARL ROVE: (11/2015) Republicans are not going to win this next election.
MARK CUBAN: (8/1/16) It's a landslide for Hillary. No question.
EVAN MCMULLIN: (8/14/16) Donald Trump will lose.
JEB BUSH: (12/15/15) You're not going to be able to insult your way to the presidency.
RYAN LIZZA: (8/17/16) Trump is on his way to lose in the biggest loss since 1984.
JORGE RAMOS: (9/1/16) His strategy is to win the White House without Latinos. I don't think he can do it.
LINDSEY GRAHAM: (8/16/16) Donald Trump is destroying the Republican Party's chance.
TED CRUZ: (2/28/16) If we nominate Donald, Hillary beats him.
DAVID AXELROD: (10/23/16) I don't know any consultant who privately believes that Donald Trump's going to win.
DANA PERINO: (8/18/16) Trump would very much be able to get 35-40% of the vote and not win.
MIKE MURPHY: (8/8/16) He's a demagogue and a neo-racist and I hope he loses. He deserves to lose.
DIANE MACEDO: (8/15/16) A landslide defeat is very possible.
LAWRENCE O'DONNELL: (8/15/16) Could be headed for a landslide defeat.
BILL KRISTOL: (9/23/16) Donald Trump will just choke.
CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER: (05/ 2016) I don't see how he can win.
BARACK OBAMA: (2/16/16) I continue to believe Mr. Trump will not be President.
RUSH: That's Barack Obama. We had in there Dr. Krauthammer, we have Bill Kristol, we have Mike Murphy and a leading consultant on the Republican side, Lawrence O'Donnell of MSNBC, Dana Perino, David Axelrod, Lindsey Graham, George Ramos, Ryan Lizza, Jeb Bush, Rachel Maddow, Karl Rove, Mark Cuban, all the smart people, and they were all predicting a Trump landslide loss.

I think cullen is the faggot named Tim Miller from the twitter screen shots. He covers all things Q and is shit posting, regarding the clerk from Colorado.
Now the anon in the post is suggesting that the clerk from CO, in self doxxing at the symposium, has exposed the raid performed by Jenna Griswold even further. He also suggests the faggot making the twitter posts only brings more attention to the issue by posting news related to this. The anon who made the post also suggests that all this news coverage is good coverage.
So it's not so much a way of proving the fraud at this Time, but exposing the bullshit that recently happened.

Lunatic MSNBC Guest Says They Wish 'We Could Just Blow Up All The Trump Buildings'
During an appearance on MSNBC, Bulwark writer Tim Miller said that they wish we could "blow up all the Trump buildings" and erase former President Donald Trump from America's memory "Men In Black style."
The segment was on the implosion of the former Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Wednesday.
"I don't feel bad playing it ... This is the implosion of the Trump property. There it goes. Is that a metaphor, Tim? Are we done? Is this Trump and all that he ushered in? Are we done? Is it imploding" MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace said as they played the video of the implosion.
Wallace added that the Biden administration seems to be weary of talking about Trump, saying "this is not a White House that sort of speaks without thinking. And they're done talking about Trump."
"I think that the Biden White House is and should be. And I think that President Biden has done exactly what he promised, and I think it's worked for him politically, as you pointed out, in the polls. The rest of us aren't done with him, and I know that's frustrating," Miller responded.
Miller explained that people on social media seem to be sick of him whining about Trump, so he wishes we could just blow up all the Trump buildings - like a totally sane and well-adjusted individual. Just kidding.
"I've heard from folks when I'm firing off tweets about Trump telling me to shut up about it, I wish you'd just be quiet and not talk about him anymore, and I understand that point of view. Everybody wants to move on. I wish we could just blow up all the Trump buildings like that with nobody in them and just kind of erase him from our memory 'Men In Black' style, but we can't," he continued.
Miller went on to whine about Trump being on Fox News talking about the tragic death of Rush Limbaugh.
"He's not going anywhere. He's still got a stranglehold on the party, which is why all of those cowards voted to let him off in the Senate over the weekend ... I hope that we can move on. I'm enjoying the metaphor that you're putting forward, Nicolle, but I think sadly, while Joe Biden has a big job to do, some of the rest of us are still going to have to keep our eyes on what's happening in Mar-a-Lago, because I don't think he's going anywhere," Miller concluded.

Minnesota Republicans Sue to Stop Election Certification, Claim Secretary of State 'Illegally Altered' Election Laws
Even as the Democrat Secretary of State in Minnesota races to certify that states election results, a coalition of constitutionally literate lawmakers is filing suit to stop him
With Democrat election officials across the several battleground states that still have challenges to their elections racing to certify their votes, Minnesota lawmakers have filed a lawsuit to halt the certification of the state's election results.
A group of lawmakers who are part of Minnesota's New House Republican Caucus filed a lawsuit late Monday to halt the certification of that state's election results. The lawsuit claims misconduct by Secretary of State Steve Simon. The lawsuit alleges that Simon, a Democrat, "[I]llegally altered Minnesota's election laws."
Members of New House Republican Caucus say they are suing to suspend certification of Minnesota's election, set for Tuesday. Caucus spokeswoman could not immediately provide copy of suit. I'm not yet seeing anything field in Ramsey or federal court. pic.twitter.com/NEvKIafj3D
- Stephen Montemayor (@smontemayor) November 23, 2020
The suit was brought forth by State Republican Reps. Steve Drazkowski, Tim Miller, and Jeremy Munson. It was enjoined by Jose Jimenez, co-founder of the MN Election Integrity Team.
"His office issued unlawful consent decrees that greatly affected the rules that govern absentee ballots and who can assist people at the polls," Drazkowski, Miller, and Munson said in a joint statement. "To circumvent the Minnesota Legislature and unilaterally change election law is entirely unconstitutional. This abuse of power must be addressed."
The lawmakers pointed out they were engaging with other legislators and candidates in legal action against Simon.
Jimenez said his team found that Dominion Voting Systems were employed in at least 6 of 87 counties. He said is team also concluded that "many irregularities were witnessed at the polls and with the management of Absentee ballots by the Secretary of State at various county locations."
A spokesperson for Simon said the office was appraised of the lawsuit "but absent any order to the contrary, we're proceeding with the statewide canvass as planned."
The New House Republican Caucus members associated with the lawsuit said that Simon's rule changes violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment due to the fact they resulted in absentee and/or mail-in ballots being treated differently from county to county.
"Contrary to Steve Simon's beliefs, only the Minnesota Legislature has the power to change election law. The secretary's refusal to adhere to constitutional principles is an affront to free and fair elections. We intend to fix this mess," their statement said.
Minnesota's state canvassing board was slated to certify the election results on November 24, 2020.

Jeb Bush Consultants Working to Help Joe Biden, Kamala Harris Win Florida
John Binder31 Aug 2020
I'm convinced Jeb is controlled opposition now…kek
Former consultants for failed Republican presidential primary candidate Jeb Bush are now working with a "Never Trump"-associated group to help Democrat Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris win the swing state of Florida.
The group "Republican Voters Against Trump," funded by Never Trump's Bill Kristol, Sarah Longwell, and Tim Miller, is spearheading an initiative to flip Florida blue this election cycle. The group has tapped former Bush consultants Mike Murphy and David Hill to help elect Biden.
The Miami Herald reports:
A group of Republicans who want to rid their party of President Donald Trump is making a hefty investment to turn Florida blue.
And they have help from one of ex-Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's former top political strategists.
Officials with Republican Voters Against Trump, a national super PAC, said Monday they would begin a campaign aimed at persuading politically moderate Floridians to back Joe Biden, hopeful that the support of those voters can swing the battleground state - and possibly the presidency - toward the Democratic presidential candidate this fall.
The former Bush consultants and Never Trump group have branded the effort "Project Orange Crush," spending between $8 million to $10 million in the next couple of months on advertising targeted to moderate Republican voters and swing voters.
"Our plan is to surgically target the key 450,000 Independents and soft Republicans who will decide the election," a memo obtained by the Herald reads.

The former Bush consultants and Never Trump group have branded the effort "Project Orange Crush," spending between $8 million to $10 million in the next couple of months on advertising targeted to moderate Republican voters and swing voters.

Trump and right-wing media distract from bad virus news
with alternate reality
Analysis by Oliver Darcy, CNN Business
Updated 1:07 AM ET, Wed May 13, 2020
"More than 82,000 Americans have died of coronavirus as of Tuesday. A top model now forecasts that 147,000 Americans will lose their lives by August. Millions are out of work. And the nation's top infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, is warning that reopening the country too early could have serious consequences.
Which is all to say that the news is not good for President Trump. Death and despair threaten to swallow his reelection hopes. A Tuesday CNN poll found that most Americans (54%) believe the US gov't is doing a poor job preventing the spread of the virus. And a majority (52%) still think the worst is on the horizon.
Major news organizations are reflecting this grim reality with clear-eyed reporting, bold headlines, and historic front pages. So what is Trump, Fox News, and the right-wing media machine doing? They're constructing a separate alternate reality to keep their fans distracted from the news and outraged at the long-standing villains in the right-wing media universe. The general idea is that President Obama and others improperly used the levers of gov't to conspire against Trump to win the 2016 election, with the "deep-state" later working to kneecap him when he was in office.
It's called "OBAMAGATE." And as Tim Miller explained in his superb piece, the key tenets of the theory do not make much sense: "The main ones being (a) when spelled out all in one place it is absurd on its face and (b) if anything, the supposed deep-staters' actions in 2016 served to help Donald Trump politically, particularly in the final weeks of the election when the FBI reopened the investigation into their supposedly preferred candidate, Hillary Clinton and then absolved Donald Trump of the actions they were supposedly framing him of in the New York Times.""

Q Research General #10585: 'Chocker' Edition
Here's a Devastating, Little-Known Story About Bernie Sanders. Why Haven't His Rivals Exploited It
As someone who follows politics quite closely, I'm often fascinated when a potent piece of opposition research against a major candidate for office percolates below the radar for years, yet never quite breaks through. Have you ever heard of 'Sierra Blanca,' as it relates to Bernie Sanders? Neither had I. Neither had hardly any voters, I'd wager. Well, expect that to change, sooner or later. Tim Miller, a hardcore anti-Trump conservative, is adamantly opposed to Democrats nominating Sanders. He's written a piece outlining a somewhat obscure episode that he anticipates would be used as a powerful cudgel to clobber Bernie in a general election. Out of pure curiosity, I clicked the link in one of his tweets, and…wow:
(1) In 1998, then-Rep. Sanders cosponsored a bill that would allow Vermont and Maine to dump their nuclear waste in a poor and largely Latino town in Texas called Sierra Blanca.
(2) A Texas Observer article in 1998 covered protestors from Sierra Blanca confronting Rep. Sanders and being given the stiff arm. The story's headline was "Sanders to Sierra Blanca: Drop Dead." Sanders even rebuffed an offer to visit Sierra Blanca, telling its residents, "Absolutely not. I'm gonna be running for re-election in the state of Vermont."
(3) Liberal hero Paul Wellstone-an actual progressive Democrat-gave a speech on the Senate floor calling this dump "environmental racism." Former Texas Democratic Rep. Silvestre Reyes called Sanders actions "insanely callous."
(4) After Congress approved the proposal, environmental regulators rejected the Sierra Blanca site. But a different site in Andrews County, Texas gained approval a few years later and Vermont/Texas maintain an interstate waste agreement.
(5) In 2016, Sanders' tax returns revealed that as of 2014 Jane Sanders was still drawing a small salary as an alternate commissioner for the Texas Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Commission as part of the agreement with Vermont that her husband pushed.
This story is, well, toxic. Bernie drew up an environmentally-controversial proposal to dump nuclear waste in a Latino community, then refused to meet with the people it impacted. Oh, and he managed to secure a little sweetheart deal to enrich his wife in the process. Funneling public and campaign money to his spouse (no stranger to financial scandal) has been something of a pasTime for this socialist, who was a jobless deadbeat before becoming a career politician who is now a millionaire with three homes. This episode is problematic for Bernie on the subjects ranging from environment, to race, to his "man of the people" persona, to graft. And as Miller notes, it makes for a hell of an ad – and this 15-second spot barely hits the basics:
Miller also points out the a left-leaning 'fact checking' organization reviewed an attack from a conservative group on this front four years ago: "Turning Point USA meme'd Sierra Blanca back in 2016 and got enough traction on Facebook that Snopes fact-checked it. Their verdict? Mostly True. It goes without saying that Snopes isn't really in the business of giving TPUSA their seal of approval." This hit on Sanders is backed up by evidence. Team Hillary dabbled with it in 2016, but Sanders' competitors have let him slide on it thus far, even though it goes to the core of his persona – and could undercut his strong support among Hispanic Democrats. It's malpractice. Team Trump won't make the same mistake. Speaking of major vulnerabilities, I agree with this assessment
