>That's how a myriad of regulars, including Sevigny's sister Chloë, Mary-Kate Olsen, Waris Ahluwalia, Leo Fitzpatrick, Sean Avery, Ashley Javier, Natasha Royt, and Jamie Johnson, found themselves braving the intermittent downpours of the evening to celebrate in the newly opened penthouse of the Cooper Square Hotel, on the Bowery.Initially many of the revelers seemed hesitant to venture out to the terrace (the plate-glass railing and steep drop were too much for many guests' vertigo), and appeared happy to admire the views of Manhattan and beyond that illuminated the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. But as the night wore on and Dutch courage was imbibed, the party poured out into the wind. Outside, a clutch of indie-rockers huddled, including members of Phantom Planet (Alex Greenwald), Soft (Vincent Perini), Amazing Baby (Don Devore), Young Love (Dan Keyes), Maroon 5 (Mickey Madden), and the Like (Z Berg and Tennessee Thomas). Inside, some serious dancing was going on as D.J.'s Matt Creed and Lissy Trullie manned the turntables. Others were catching up on their people watching: "Usually at the Beatrice I can't see what anyone is wearing, but here I can really dissect people's outfits," laughed Meredith Darrow to artist Megan Marrin, who had locked down some of the few corner seats. Other nightlife impresarios, including the Rose Bar's Nur Kahn and the Box's Simon Hammerstein, also appeared to show their support for the temporarily defunct establishment. Meanwhile, Dustin Yellin, Dan Colen, and designers Gabi Asfour and Kai Kühne milled about, enjoying the views and booze before drifting off down the road to Lit when the party ended. Create the Group's James Gardner spoke for everyone when he enthused: "I'm loving Beatrice in the sky."

Obviously you've done your homework, but for other anons interested watch the movie "Born Rich" by Jamie Johnson. https:// en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Born_Rich_(film)
It caused an uproar amongst the wealthy when it debuted. Some applauded Johnson's efforts while others were pissed that it "aired dirty laundry" - a big No-No. Anyway, Johnson discusses some of his own family's skeletons in the movie.
