WA Governor Jay Inslee and Democrat Officials Served with Second Round of Affidavits Demanding an End to All Vaccine Mandates and a Forensic Audit of the 2020 Election

Last March 4, 2022, the Washington State Tea Room, a monumental state-wide movement, attempted to serve Washington state officials with over 30,000 lawful affidavits from the Citizens of Washington demanding an end to all mandates and requesting a forensic audit of the 2020 election.
Read their news release below:
March 24th, 2022 Brianna Mattes and Washington State Tea Room Process Servers arrived in Olympia, Washington to serve Jay Inslee, Denny Heck, and Bob Fergusons offices with the 2nd round of affidavits; the Notices of Dishonor. The 2nd round of affidavits came after Washington State leadership failed to respond to the Notices of Claim served on March 4th, 2022.
The Washington State Tea Room had set up an appointment with Governor Jay Inslee's office for service. When the Process Servers arrived the Washington State Patrol was present to greet them and helped with the delivery of the boxes of affidavits to the Governor's office. Lt. Governor Denny Heck's office and Attorney General Bob Ferguson's office also accepted service the same day.
The office for Speaker of the House, Laurie Jinkins, continues to refuse service while making statements that Speaker Jinkins is only concerned with the constituents within her district.
The assistant at Governor Inslee's office apologized for how the first attempt at serving transpired and was shocked that the Speaker of the House's assistant was refusing service as that "is their job". She was also shocked and dismayed that the Speaker is only concerned with the people in her district and not the entirety of Washington State.
Senator Patty Murray's office continues to not respond to phone calls or emails while Senator Maria Cantwell's office in the Seattle Federal Building says the documents can be dropped off but the documents will not be signed for and legal service can not be accepted.

Speaking to the Gateway Pundit, the founder of WA State Tea Room, Brianna Mattes said, "this recent serving is the first of two in the first phase of our mission."
Inslee's office refused to accept service or sign for the documents as well as the AG Fergusons office, Jinkins' office, Murray, and Cantwell's offices. Only Lt. Governor Heck's office signed for the documents and took service.
On March 24, Governor Inslee's office and others took service with the second round of affidavits after failing to respond. Speaker of the house Laurie Jinkins, and Senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell continue to refuse service.
"We have now officially served the Governor of WA State, Jay Inslee, the Lt Governor, Denny Heck, and our Attorney General, Bob Ferguson with both batches of signed and notarized documents, meant for them. The holdouts continue to be our Speaker of the House, Laurie Jinkins, our US senator, Patty Murray, and our junior US senator, Maria Cantwell. But after the ease of yesterday's servings it is now becoming quite ludicrous that these 3 government employees are still refusing to be served and doing absolutely nothing to facilitate that, which is our constitutional right," Washington State Tea Room Founder, Brianna Mattes told the Gateway Pundit.
"I hope further publicity will grease that wheel so that we can complete this phase of the process and move on to the phases to come. But that being said, we will not blink first on this. They will be served their documents, as it is the right of the people of WA to do so, or they will be shown refusing repeatedly, which comes with consequences. Because as elected officials they do not have the right to do that," Mattes continued.

Over 30,000 Notarized Lawful Affidavits Delivered to Washington State Officials - Governor Inslee's Office and other Officials Refuse Service
On Friday, March 4, 2022, the Washington State Tea Room, a monumental state-wide movement, attempted to serve Washington state officials with over 30,000 lawful affidavits from the Citizens of Washington demanding an end to all mandates and requesting a forensic audit of the 2020 election.
Speaking to the Gateway Pundit, the founder of WA State Tea Room, Brianna Mattes said, "this recent serving is the first of two in the first phase of our mission."
Read the excerpt below:
The leaders of the Washington State Tea Room are ready to speak on their movement, and what they have been putting into play here in Washington state, to take the power back for the people of Washington. We have kept it under the radar till now for logistical reasons but it's time to share the news far and wide.
This is both monumental and historical for Washington state and, as the largest movement in WA state, we have very big things to come and crazy momentum. This is only the beginning and high time for the people of Washington to have their voices heard by our state government, who has rejected our constitution a long time ago. And who has refused to listen to the People for a very long time. It is time to stand and we are ready!
This movement has brought about hope and action in the people all across this state, as they have stood in the thousands to join their voices, via these sworn and notarized affidavits, with countless others from every corner of Washington. And it is the honor of the WA State Tea Room team to take their voices to our government, in this first phase of our mission.
According to their news release, Inslee's office refused to accept service or sign for the documents as well as the AG Fergusons office, Jinkins' office, Murray, and Cantwell's offices. Only Lt. Governor Heck's office signed for the documents and took service.
Read the news release below:
Olympia, WA (March 4th, 2022) process servers and members of the Washington State Tea Room attempted to serve Governor Jay Inslee, Lt. Governor Denny Heck, Speaker of the WA House of Representatives Laurie Jinkins, Attorney General Bob Ferguson, and Senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell with over 30,000 lawful affidavits from the Citizens of Washington demanding an end to all mandates and requesting a forensic audit of the 2020 election.
Days prior to the process servers made the necessary arrangements to request service and were informed by each state-level elected public servants' office that their offices would be open and would take service of the documents. None of the offices for either Cantwell or Murray would answer their phones or return calls.
Inslee's office refused to accept service or sign for the documents and sent the servers to AG Ferguson's office. AG Ferguson's Office refused to sign for the documents and instructed the servers to leave the boxes of documents for the Governor and the AG in the foyer. Murray and Cantwell's offices refused to open the doors. Jinkins' office refused to sign for the documents and instructed the boxes be taken to the mail center to be scanned for bombs and stated the boxes would be delivered by the mail center after they were scanned. Lt. Governor Heck's office signed for the documents and took service.
"They didn't even respect us enough to come out and speak to us directly," Brianna Mattes stated after being met by clerks and security guards at the offices which refused service. Each attempt to serve was recorded live.

Sorry, I'm so off kilter by the CP I fouled up the reply 1/2;

Here is 2/2
The Evergreen State College's former board chair is Fred Goldberg, one of GSB Law's and TOTE's founders. He sits on the board of Saltchuk Resources, the powerhouse transportation company that has diversified into other things in recent decades and of which Stan Barer was chairman for many years.
Also serving on its board is Fred Goldberg's son Paul, who chaired TESC's foundation, ostensibly responsible for fund-raising (and doing a damn poor job...by design one concludes, since many Saltchukians and even the former provost of TESC-name of Tabbutt-are Whitman alumni and should have at least a few deep pockets they could hit up, if they were inclined to shore up this public institution):
http://blogs.evergreen.edu/evergreenmind/2016/03/
Fred Goldberg's son/Paul's brother Blake Goldberg is a commercial real estate maven in Tacoma and previously Toronto (Collier's).
http://www.neilwalter.com/?staff=blake-goldberg
The Goldbergs sent their sons to the Charles Wright Academy, an Episcopalian academy in Tacoma. It was that school from which TESC got its infamous "diversity canoe" metaphor at the heart of George's 2017 "conform or get fired/expelled" "diversity" struggle session.
http://archive.li/mt2Kg
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfVRaExw1lI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTVl5OwnvU4
Of this crew, the Goldbergs, Tabbutts, Garveys, and their inmarried family members (Engles and Seavers among others) are behind a thousand different things in Pugetopolis. When out in the public eye at all-generally via their own bought-and-paid-for PR-they pose as diversicrat Dems or support these causes, AND are knee deep in politics via bought-and-paid-for Dems like Patty Murray and Denny Heck.
(Denny founded TVW, a local public affairs cable TV station designed to let lobbyists watch Olympia's sausage getting made at the Capitol. Till 2017, Paul Goldberg served on its board while donating to Heck's campaigns. Today individuals named Gannett and Sinclair serve as board chair and legal counsel.)
So, this is a team that would appear to have the means, motive, and opportunity to conduct a sophisticated shilling campaign, subverting even former dissident outlets like 4chan/pol/.
This is just one of many nexuses of this sort of hidden, private sector power that reaches into public institutions, opinion/media, and lawmaking. They represent no one but themselves. Their specialty is sowing confusion, demoralization, and shock...so they can clean up trillions in the fog and aftermath of fourth generation warfare.
Some of you likely remember Evergreen State College's "troubles" in '17-when social media gave a glimpse into the Bridges/Goldberg/Tabbutt asylum that this formerly innovative little college, founded by white Republican men, into which Washington taxpayers have poured billions of dollars, had been made into under the globalist melaninocracy.
Not one single "conservative" or "Republican" news or analysis site at that time dug into the very basic, relevant, easy to find facts above. Not. One. They were all chasing the laser pointer of the poor brave intrepid "science" professor who experienced dastardly !ANTI SEMITISM!
Update:
The Evergreen State College just announced President George Bridges is "returning to teaching" and that the Board of Trustees is kicking off a president search that is expected to last a good long time.
The BoT has been reconfigured massively. The only people remaining on it from the previous board are a 75-year-old who was a former State Senator (WA) for the capitol district and, oh yeah baby, FRED GOLDBERG.
~~~
Just a reminder that George Bridgesprior to being president of Evergreen and before that Whitman College in Walla Wallawas the head of the Mary Gates Foundation at UW-Seattle. Mary Gates was Bill Gates's mom, the one who hooked up her special boy with the head of IBM to fast track Bill's shitty little hobby company into a behemoth of global control.
OLYMPIA, Wash. - Choosing between two Democrats in a statewide race is probably not the most optimal position for a Republican voter. In fact, Republican Joshua Freed says it's no option at all, which is why he's running as a write-in for lieutenant governor, where a Republican could win with just one-third of the vote.
"We're going to clearly show them through this race that strategically they made a mistake and they're going to have a lieutenant governor that's gonna be a Republican named Joshua freed," Freed said.
U.S. Rep. Denny Heck and state Sen. Marko Liias, both Democrats, won the top-two primary in August with 25 percent and 19 percent of the vote, respectively. For Heck, the top-two system "is what it is," where the top two vote-getters of a race advance to the general election, regardless of party.
"The question about whether or not we should change it, I think, is one that the voters would have to make. The voters would have to give a signal that they don't like this. Otherwise, it's the rules of the game by which we play," Heck said.
Q Research General #13004: Special Air Missions and MAGMA89 Edition
Heading into Tuesday's primary, Washington's nearly 4.6 million voters received their ballot in the mail, just as they have in previous elections, long before anyone had ever heard of COVID-19.
Washington's Secretary of State race by the numbers
Washington state Attorney General race by the numbers
Washington state governor's race by the numbers
State superintendent's race by the numbers
Lt. Gubernatorial race by the numbers
And voters have quite a bit to decide as they narrow down the candidates in an election where the top two vote getters advance to the November election, regardless of party: a governor's race that has drawn 35 opponents to Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee, who is seeking a third term; a lieutenant governor's office that became an open seat once current Lt. Gov. Cyrus Habib announced he was leaving to become a Jesuit priest; and an open seat in the 10th Congressional District that has drawn 19 candidates after Democratic U.S. Rep. Denny Heck announced he was retiring, and then subsequently announced a run for lieutenant governor.
Inslee dropped his presidential bid last year and decided instead to seek a rare third gubernatorial term. Governors in Washington state aren't subject to term limits, though most haven't served more than two terms. The last three-term governor in Washington was Republican Gov. Dan Evans, who served from 1965 until 1977.
Of the nearly three dozen challengers Inslee faces, a handful of Republicans have raised the most in their effort: Joshua Freed, the former mayor of Bothell; Loren Culp, the police chief of Republic, in eastern Washington; anti-tax initiative promoter Tim Eyman; Yakima doctor Raul Garcia; and state Sen. Phil Fortunato.
In a Crosscut/Elway poll conducted July 11-15, 46% surveyed said they were inclined to vote for Inslee. Of his contenders, Culp had the most support at 14%, followed by 6% for Garcia, with 24% of those polled undecided. A Republican has not occupied the governor's office in more than three decades.
All 10 of the state's U.S. House seats are on the ballot, but Heck's seat is the only one that won't have an incumbent seeking another two-year term. Democrats currently hold seven of the seats, and Republicans hold three.
The open seat for lieutenant governor - best known for presiding over the Senate during the legislative session - has drawn 11 candidates, including Heck, Democratic Sen. Marko Liias and Ann Davison Sattler and Marty McClendon, both Republicans.
The only two statewide positions held by Republicans - secretary of state and treasurer - are expected to be competitive in the fall. Secretary of State Kim Wyman is expected to face Democratic state Rep. Gael Tarleton in November, and Treasurer Duane Davidson and his Democratic challenger, state Rep. Mike Pellicciotti, are the only two candidates on the primary ballot and will automatically advance to the general election.
Voters will also weigh in on their local legislative races, with all 98 state House seats and 26 of the Senate's 49 seats on the primary ballot. Democrats hold a 28-21 majority in the Senate and a 57-41 edge in the House.
Voter turnout in the state primary is usually low, and turnout in the last comparable primary in 2016 was just under 35%. But a spokeswoman for Wyman said that counties are being advised to plan for turnout that could potentially exceed 60%.
Because ballots can be deposited in local drop boxes or postmarked up until Tuesday, results may take days to come in as the ballots arrive in elections offices throughout the week.
The secretary of state's office distributed nearly $10 million the state received under the coronavirus federal stimulus package to the 39 county election officials to be used for COVID-19 modifications for the primary and general elections. Some funding has been used to create drive-thru and curbside registration and voting opportunities and to acquire larger spaces to allow election employees and voters to socially distance.
In King County - the state's largest, and includes Seattle - changes to the elections facility include barriers and plexiglass, one-directional aisles and hallways and an upgrade to the HVAC system for improved air recycling. In Pierce County, their elections facility is spread between two buildings to ensure social distancing.
In Yakima County, one of the areas hardest hit by the coronavirus, elections officials there just finished renovation this month to provide adequate spacing and barriers for more than a dozen elections employees.
Yakima County Auditor Charles Ross said that while the main impact of the pandemic is reflected in their newly configured office, and other safety protocols, such as masks, his hope is that for voters, their experience won't be any different from previous years.
"The voters of Washington state are used to voting from home," he said.
I was reading the released docs from yesterday, specifically the one with Sessions. One of the first things I noticed was that there was a redacted name present who seems to be running the show and that this person is also a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, so I looked up who is on that committee.
United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence
Majority Minority
Adam Schiff, California, Chair
Jim Himes, Connecticut
Terri Sewell, Alabama
André Carson, Indiana
Jackie Speier, California
Mike Quigley, Illinois
Eric Swalwell, California
Joaquin Castro, Texas
Denny Heck, Washington
Sean Patrick Maloney, New York
Val Demings, Florida
Raja Krishnamoorthi, Illinois
Peter Welch, Vermont
Devin Nunes, California, Ranking Member
Mike Conaway, Texas
Mike Turner, Ohio
Brad Wenstrup, Ohio
Chris Stewart, Utah
Rick Crawford, Arkansas (Temporarily removed from the committee for the duration of impeachment proceedings; reinstated 12/19/19)[14]
Elise Stefanik, New York
Will Hurd, Texas
John Ratcliffe, Texas
Jim Jordan, Ohio (Temporarily sat on the committee for the duration of impeachment proceedings; left 12/19/19)[15]
Ex officio
Nancy Pelosi, California
Kevin McCarthy, California
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_House_Permanent_Select_Committee_on_Intelligence
Now, assuming that redacted name is a member of the committee, why was his or her name redacted when everyone else is not? Looking at the redacted size I looked for names that might fit in there and the one that seemed to fit was, Sean Patrick Maloney.
"Some Democratic lawmakers are apparently using their airtime during the impeachment hearings to work on their acting skills.
Adding even more hilarity and embarrassment to how low Democrats continue to stoop, one liberal lawmaker actually started crying on live television while trying to make the case that President Donald Trump must be impeached.
During a public impeachment hearing this week, Democratic Rep. Denny Heck broke down sobbing during his questioning of Marie Yovanovitch, who is the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine."
Q Research General #8786: DMZ Meetup Edition
Tucker just mentioned this (below); taxpayer funded boondoggles. In this case Shifty Schiff and friends, off to visit Scandinavia. I'm sick of this and I'm sure you all are as well. Especially pissed because it's that Deep State f@@kwad Schiff.
I wrote the WhiteHouse and wrote my Congressman. Don't know if it will be seen by anyone with eyes on behalf of us peons, but I feel like I at least did something.
Top Democrats book taxpayer-funded military jet for secret jaunt to Scandinavia
Part 1
Top Democrats are due to take a taxpayer-funded military jet to Denmark to give speeches at a ritzy pro-democracy conference, raising questions about possible misuse of resources.
Rather than book cheaper commercial flights, Adam Schiff, House Intelligence Committee chairman, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, and at least three House colleagues are scheduled to depart Joint Base Andrews on the military plane about 8:45 p.m. Thursday.
Schiff's Friday speech kicks off a six-day Nordic jaunt that he will lead, according to an unclassified but confidential itinerary seen by the Washington Examiner. Schiff, at least four colleagues, and two committee staff also will stop in Finland and Norway.
All official travel is reimbursed for lawmakers, but commercial flights are less expensive than military charters. Hoyer won't stay with Schiff after Denmark, instead traveling to Ukraine, Hungary, and Luxembourg on the military plane. It's unclear how many lawmakers will accompany Hoyer.
A draft itinerary for Schiff's trip said the California Democrat "will lead" his CODEL and warns the document "should not be made public without the explicit permission of the head of the delegation."
An intelligence committee staffer attributed the military flight booking to Hoyer, saying Schiff is simply "joining" the Maryland Democrat. The staffer was unable to prove Hoyer requested the flight, but in a statement, Hoyer spokeswoman Mariel Saez said Hoyer's stops required the jet.
Hoyer will meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and speak at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Luxembourg, as well as meet "with opposition leaders, civil society activists, and representatives from NGOs," Saez said. "It is a packed schedule with a very tight timeframe, and it could only happen with military travel."
Saez did not immediately say how many lawmakers will join Hoyer's portion of the trip, and his precise itinerary was not shared with the Washington Examiner. Hoyer's speech to the OSCE was announced weeks ago.
The itinerary for Schiff's travel shows the Washington to Copenhagen flight includes three other Democratic House Intelligence Committee members - Denny Heck of Washington, Sean Maloney of New York, and Joaquin Castro of Texas - and two committee staffers. A fourth Democratic committee member, Terri Sewell of Alabama, will meet the group in Denmark. Three U.S Marine Corps escorts are also identified on the outbound flight, at least two of them following the Schiff group.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the use of a military plane, which will cost much more than commercial flights for the group.
President Trump, who is in Japan for the G-20 summit, canceled incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's military jet for a trip to Afghanistan, Egypt, and Brussels in January as the two clashed on border wall funds. Trump called it a "public relations event" and said, "Obviously, if you would like to make your journey by flying commercial, that would certainly be your prerogative."
Tom Fitton, president of the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, expressed skepticism about the initial leg of the trip. "It's obviously cheaper to fly commercial. There's no need to take a military plane to Copenhagen. It's a perk and they're abusing it," he said.
Schiff's itinerary features a cocktail reception following his Friday speech, followed by a "no-host" happy hour on Saturday. On Sunday, the Schiff-led group will be joined by Sewell and fly commercial to Helsinki for an approximately 24-hour stay in Finland, where they will meet local officials and U.S. diplomats. On Monday, the group flies commercial to Oslo, Norway, for a two-night stay, with events including a tour and dinner at the ambassador's residence.
Trump's Pick To Lead World Bank Is A Huge Negative For China
During December hearings at the House Financial Services Committee, Malpass spoke about China's foreign lending activities related to its One Belt, One Road program. He managed to find common ground with Democrats, given questions by Representative Denny Heck, (D-Wash) and Representative Al Green (D-Texas), over Chinese loans to Africa. China has been criticized primarily by the U.S. for lending to frontier markets that cannot repay their debts. When that happens, China takes over resources on the cheap.
