N.J. GUN BUYBACKS YIELD MORE THAN 900 WEAPONS, MOSTLY HANDGUNS

New Jersey residents turned in 941 firearms at gun buyback events across the state last weekend.
Most of the firearms turned in at the events in Atlantic City, East Orange, Paterson, and Newark were handguns (487 of them) for which residents received $200 each. Residents also turned in 27 assault weapons, 281 rifles, and 25 that were either pellet guns or inoperable firearms.
"Any one of these weapons, had they fallen into the wrong hands, could have resulted in a death or an injury," said Acting Attorney General Andrew Bruck at the National Guard Armory in Lawrenceville Thursday morning, where several tables displayed the hundreds of guns turned in. Those weapons will now be destroyed.
"They could have been found by a 6-year-old going through her parents' attic. It could have been found by a family member who is experiencing suicidal thoughts or a mental health crisis. It could have been found by someone who is burglarizing a home looking for a weapon," Bruck said.
Gun buybacks - and the photo-ops they yield of tables piled high with weapons - are a frequent tool used by law enforcement and public officials, despite limited evidence that the tactic prevents shootings.
Recent research suggests that gun buybacks must be just one part of a multipronged approach to reduce gun violence.
David Kennedy, criminal justice professor and executive director of the National Network for Safe Communities at John Jay College, said buybacks "essentially" have no crime control value.
Bruck said the buybacks are part of a "broader, comprehensive" strategy to reduce gun violence in New Jersey. He announced another buyback event to be held Saturday, Oct. 23 in seven counties across the state: Bergen, Camden, Cumberland, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Somerset.
"The most common response that we got when we told other community members we were doing this was 'when can we do it in our town,'" he said.

Kennedy Jr. Warns Parents About Danger Of Using Largely-Untested COVID Vaccines On Kids
Environmental lawyer Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warned Americans on Thursday to be cautious about any new coronavirus vaccine, pointing out that key parts of testing are being skipped.
"The Moderna vaccine, which is the lead candidate, skipped the animal testing altogether," Kennedy said during an online debate on mandatory vaccinations with renowned Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz. The debate was aired by Valuetainment and moderated by Patrick Bet-David.
Kennedy is part of a political family, being the son of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and the nephew of President John F. Kennedy. Both were murdered in the 1960s.
Another aspect of testing was equally unsatisfying, Kennedy said. The Moderna vaccine was tested "on 45 people. They had a high-dose group of 15 people, a medium-dose group of 15 people, and a low growth group of 15 people."

Kennedy Jr. Warns Parents About Danger of Using Largely Untested COVID Vaccines on Kids
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warned against mandatory COVID-19 vaccination in a debate with Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, pointing out that 'key parts of testing' were 'being skipped'
"In the low-dose group, one of the people was so sick from the vaccine they had to be hospitalized," he explained. "That's six percent. In the high-dose group, three people got so sick they had to be hospitalized. That's twenty percent."
In spite of these significant problems,
"they're going ahead, and making two billion doses of that vaccine."
Another problem with the testing of the coronavirus vaccine is that it's tested not on "typical Americans," but a carefully selected group of people who don't suffer from certain conditions.
"They use what they call exclusionary criteria," Kennedy said. "They are only giving these vaccines in these tests that they're doing to the healthiest people."
"If you look at their exclusionary idea criteria: You cannot be pregnant, you cannot be overweight, you must have never smoked a cigarette, you must have never vaped, you must have no respiratory problems in your family, you can't suffer asthma, you can't have diabetes, you can't have rheumatoid arthritis or any autoimmune disease. There has to be no history of seizure in the family. These are the people they're testing the vaccine on."
He asked,
"What happens when they give them to the typical American? You know, Sally Six-Pack and Joe Bag of Donuts who's 50 pounds overweight and has diabetes."
Kennedy stressed several times that
"any other medicine ... that had that kind of profile in its original phase-one study would be [dead on arrival]."
"No medical product in the world would be able to go forward with the profile that Moderna has," he reiterated.

Analysis of police officers' Facebook accounts finds hundreds of violent, racist posts
An analysis of thousands of police officers' Facebook accounts published by BuzzFeed News and Injustice Watch on Monday found hundreds of violent and racist posts.
The Plain View Project, launched by Philadelphia lawyer Emily Baker-White, examined the accounts of about 2,900 officers from eight departments across the country and an additional 600 retired officers from those same departments, compiling those with troubling content.
BuzzFeed and Injustice Watch analyzed the posts from the project, and pulled out several cases of bigoted, racist and violent content.
Of the pages of officers whom the Plain View researchers could positively identify, about one in five of the current officers, and two out of five of the retired officers, reportedly made public posts or comments with offensive content.
One Philadelphia police officer posted "should have shot him" along with surveillance video of an armed, would-be robber backed out of a liquor store after the clerk pulled a gun on him.
Another officer responded "I would of [sic] pulled the trigger."
"Just another savage that needs to be exterminated," wrote Booker Smith Jr., a Dallas police sergeant, about a homicide at a Dollar General store.
Reuben Carver III, a Phoenix officer, proclaimed in a stand-alone post, "Its a good day for a choke hold."
St. Louis officer Thomas Mabrey shared a false news report that distorted an incident in which a female police officer was shot responding to a call from a Moroccan man in Lebanon, Ohio. "F these muslem turd goat humpers," he wrote, one of numerous anti-Muslim posts.
The researchers also collected data from current and former officers in York, Pa., Twin Falls, Idaho, Denison, Texas, and Lake County, Fla.
Philadelphia Police Department told The Hill they are aware of the report and have opened an investigation into the posts. A spokesperson Saint Louis Police Department told The Hill that the information "has been forwarded to our Internal Affairs Division," to be "reviewed for any violations of our policies."
The remaining departments did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Experts in race and criminal justice expressed concern over the alarming number of problematic posts.
"This blows up the myth of bad apples, by the sheer number of images and numbers of individuals who are implicated," Nikki Jones, an associate professor of African American studies at the University of California, Berkeley, told BuzzFeed and Injustice Watch.
David Kennedy, a criminology professor at John Jay College, said he considered the results "dire."
"This is the kind of behavior that confirms the worst suspicions on the part of communities about the police," Kennedy said, adding that it "fuels and cements" the convictions of people in distressed communities have that the "police are not to be trusted."
Peter Moskos, a sociologist and former Baltimore police officer, pushed back on those concerns, saying that such comments may just be expressions of officers who recognize the dangers of the profession.
"I think a lot of that language serves a purpose," Moskos said. It implies, "We're all in this together."

interesting and relates to Brent Kavanaugh confirmation.
David Kennedy died in 1984 and how or who 'procured' the drugs, after 35 years, really shouldn't matter at this point.

Q Research General #3509: What Are The Odds Edition
China Escalates Hacks Against the US as Trade Tensions Rise
In 2015, the United States and China agreed to a digital truce that banned hacking private companies to steal trade secrets. And though the agreement has been touted as a success, it hasn't stopped Chinese state-sponsored hackers from pushing the envelope of acceptable behavior. Moreover, it certainly hasn't slowed types of hacking that fall outside the purview of the accord. Lately, it seems, that means defense intelligence gathering.
In recent weeks, Chinese hackers have reportedly breached a US Navy contractor that works for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, stealing 614 GB of data about submarine and undersea weapons technology. Attacks in the last few months originating from China have also targeted US satellite and geospatial imaging firms, and an array of telecoms. The incidents highlight the clandestine but incessant hacking campaigns that continue reliably between the US and China. "China's actually backed off quite a bit on intellectual property theft, but when it comes to military trade secrets, military preparedness, military readiness, satellite communications, anything that involves the US's ability to keep a cyber or military edge, China has been very heavily focused on those targets," says David Kennedy, CEO of the threat tracking firm Binary Defense Systems, who formerly worked at the NSA and with the Marine Corps' signal intelligence unit. "And the US does the same thing, by the way." The submarine contractor breach, recently reported by the Washington Post, reflects this intense focus on bridging any technological advantage the US may have. It involved attacks in January and February that nabbed important data, albeit from an unclassified network. When taken together, though, the information would have amounted to a valuable snapshot of US cutting edge underwater weapons development, plus details on a number of related digital and mechanical systems.
The attack fits into a known pattern of Chinese hacking initiatives. "China will continue to use cyberespionage and bolster cyberattack capabilities to support [its] national security priorities," US director of national intelligence Daniel Coats wrote in a February threat report. "The [Intelligence Community] and private-sector security experts continue to identify ongoing cyberactivity from China…Most detected Chinese cyberoperations against US private industry are focused on cleared defense contractors or IT and communications firms."

Ok I will. So the Kennedy's had a home in McLean. The wrestler who came out recently and admitted being on the tracks the night that the two boys died in AR in 1987 mentioned that at one point Bill Clinton wanted him to kill David Kennedy, one of RFK Jr's kids. David ended up dying the same year as the request from Clinton of a drug overdose in Palm Beach FL. Why did Clinton want him dead? It led me back to wondering if we were right to assum HRC had JFK Jr's plane sabotaged for the senate seat. Proving that would be an EPIC red pill moment for Dems.

I found this article on pressreader and took a screenshot, very happy I did so because now when trying to find the article again, even using the browser history gives me a totally different article which I will also add.
Here is a similar article from the daily record dealing with the same figures:
https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/police-scotland-officers-hit-300-25830780
A Freedom of Information report revealed that 45 per cent of the 23,798 complaints received between 2014 and 2020 were minor and resolved following an explanation or apology while seven officers were sacked.
Nearly 300 complaints a month are being made to Police Scotland about the conduct of their officers.
Allegations of assault, corruption, discrimination, excessive force, rudeness, neglect of duty, harassment and motoring offences all form part of the issues being raised.
The shock figures - obtained under Freedom of Information (FOI) - show that 14,780 officers were the subject of 23,798 complaints between April 2014 and December 2020.
All accusations of improper conduct are normally investigated by Police Scotland's Professional Standards Unit.
Sanctions against offending officers can range from a verbal warning to dismissal.
According to the FOI report, 45 per cent of the 23,798 complaints were minor and resolved following an explanation or apology.
But 1834 contained allegations of criminality, including 204 of sexual misconduct.
Seven officers were sacked as a result of the crime claims and 42 retired or resigned.
Out of the 14,780 officers, 9561 had more than one complaint against them and four had between 20 and 25.
Last month Constable David Taylor, 37, was jailed for 14 months for bombarding women crime victims - whose cases he was investigating - with obscene texts and photos.
Assistant Chief Constable (ACC) Pat Campbell, who is responsible for organised crime, counter-terrorism and intelligence, was suspended from duty after allegations made by a woman at an awards ceremony at a hotel in Edinburgh in November.
The incident is being probed the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner.
In March we told how a police custody officer was disciplined after she dressed up as a clown to mock a female prisoner. The incident was among 14 complaints the unnamed woman made after she was arrested.
Three years ago ACC Bernie Higgins was cleared of misconduct by watchdog body the Scottish Police Authority over claims he illegally discharged a gun at a police firing range.
Higgins, who was temporarily suspended from duty, delayed his retirement to clear his name.
He was responsible for ?policing the Cop26 summit in Glasgow in November before retiring last week.
In August we revealed how Police Scotland has set up a secret watchlist of officers who are the subject of repeated complaints about conduct.
Anyone who amasses four or more complaints in any 12-month period is added to the list.
Last year a damning report by former lord advocate Dame Elish Angiolini found major issues over how Police Scotland handled
complaints from the public.
David Kennedy, deputy general secretary of the Scottish Police Federation, said the nature of their job made cops vulnerable to complaints and many had long waits to hear the outcome.
He added: "The service has put processes in place to root out the more serious complaints, which we welcome. We don't want bad police officers to slip through the net.
"It should also be remembered police officers have bad days just like any member of the public. They just want to get on with their jobs as best they can."
The Sunday Mail revealed in November how police received a complaint for each day of the Cop26 climate conference, which lasted 25 days, in Glasgow.
Scottish Conservative Russell Findlay said: "The Scottish Government are responsible for the flawed police complaints system and must act on the recommendations highlighted in Dame Angiolini's report."
Chief Superintendent Andy McDowall said: "When a serious allegation is made about a police officer, a detailed and thorough investigation is undertaken.
"Any proven behaviour where an officer has breached the trust of the public and exploited their position is assessed at the highest end of misconduct, where sanctions can include dismissal."

CBTS General #118: Follow The Crumbs Edition
article excerpt:
EDWARD SEGUIN VAN DUYN & PLANNED PARENTHOOD
Edward S. Van Duyn (1872 - 1955) was a prominent surgeon who was born in Syracuse, NY. He went to Princeton Univ. and then got his M.D. at Syracuse University in 1897. From 1909 until 1950, he was a surgeon. During the ghastly W.W. I, be was in the U.S. Army Medical Corps in France, first as a major and then as a Lt.
Colonel. Edward S. Van Duyn attended the Unitarian Church during his life–a church which has long been associated with Wicca. He also associated with the liberal Presbyterians. In 1933, he founded the Planned Parenthood Center of Syracuse, New York. Planned Parenthood Federation of America was an Illuminati inspired organization that was set up to accomplish several objectives.
The organization's own stated purpose is very revealing:
"To provide leadership m: making effective means of voluntary fertility regulation, including contraception, abortion, sterilization, and infertility services, available and fully accessible to all as a central element of reproductive health; stimulating and sponsoring relevant biomedical, socioeconomic, and demographic research; developing appropriate information, education, and training programs to increase knowledge about human reproduction and sexuality."
Planned Parenthood Federation of America has about 190 affiliated organizations and actively promotes its agenda all over the world. It operates about 900 centers in the U.S. It maintains a 5,000 volume library on abortion, sterilization, and population control. One of its leaders Alan F. Guttmacher signed the Humanist Manifesto, and the president Faye Wattleton was awarded "Humanist of the year" in 1986. Both hate Christians.
Margaret Sanger, who advocated neo-Malthusian population controls, with money from her husband and rich backers, started the American Birth Control League (ABCL) in 1921. The ABCL opened up the Birth Control Research Bureau (BCCRB) in 1923.
In 1939 the ABCL and another similar group merged to form the Birth Control Federation of America (BCFA) which in 1942 changed its name to Planned Parenthood Federation. Consider the changes that have happened within our lifetimes. In 1957, birth control devices were outlawed in all NY metropolitan hospitals. In 1969, the Federal government was subsidizing abortions and birth control through the federal antipoverty program. In the 1980s, public schools started offering condoms and new types of sex education programs for teenagers.
The Schlesinger Library has been actively keeping historical records of the "family planning movement" and David Kennedy wrote the book Birth Control in America: The Career of Margaret Sanger in 1970. Much of what has happened in abortions, birth control research, and population control mechanisms has come as a result of these type of organizations.
