Digital forensics firm Cellebrite - which helped the FBI crack iPhone used by the terrorist in the 2015 San Bernardino shooting, offers "Unlocking & Extraction Services" for several devices, including iPhones, iPads and iPods running iOS 5 through 11 - and Android devices including the Samsung Galaxy, Galaxy Note, and other devices running the Google OS such as Alcatel, Nexus, HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola, ZTE and more. The service costs as low as $1,500 per device.

"Cellebrite Advanced Unlocking Services is the industry's only solution for overcoming many types of complex locks on market-leading devices. This can determine or disable the PIN, pattern, password screen locks or passcodes on the latest Apple iOS and Google Android devices," reads a document published by the firm.

With Amplitude Modulation, there is a carrier wave and a signal wave. If we have, for example, a carrier wave of 400MHz and a signal frequency of 399.9999993MHz, That produces one sideband of essentially 800MHz and another sideband of 7Hz. The bandwidth of the signal will be essentially 800MHz, which allows for a lot of information to be transmitted.

AM takes a carrier wave (somewhere in the RF Band) and modulates it with an audio frequency signal wave (like your voice) and produces a wide spectrum of frequencies (ranging from the sum of the carrier and audio frequencies to the difference of the carrier and audio frequencies. The information from the audio frequency is completely absent from the middle Carrier portion of the AM signal. All the useful information exists as an identical pair of sidebands on either side of the original carrier signal.

You can get rid of the carrier signal and one of the sidebands and still have all the information that you would need. A practical way to remove everything but one sideband was discovered in 1948 at Bell Labs. Doing that shaved off 2/3 of the required power for the same effective transmission strength. By effectively channeling all your previous AM signal into a single sideband, it was equivalent to tripling your signal power!

At the same time the scientists at Marconi were getting murdered, Motorola introduced the 64000 Digital Signals Processor (DSP) chip and with that analog was dead, long live digital. All the analog signals were being converted to digital and 30 years later analog exists only in minor specific areas.

If a carrier wave is at 400MHz and the Signal Wave is only a few hertz less, the upper sideband is almost exactly the same frequency and carries enormous bandwidth,but the lower sideband is only a few hertz, let's say 7Hz to 10Hz. That's ELF and has the capacity to keep going when the carrier wave and the upper sideband are stopped. The upper sideband in this instance is right at 800MHz, which was mobile phone signal frequency.

The 400MHz carrier penetrates the Ionosphere, the upper sideband is mobile phone frequencies and the lower sideband was perfect for brain entrainment. And with DSP, nobody would ever look for the signal. In addition, this arrangement would allow the ELF signal to penetrate the ocean to a great depth. It would have extremely low bandwidth, but it was capable of "seeing" beneath the surface of either water or land.

So we're looking at 1986 to 1988, in which 6 men got killed, all working for Marconi Systems. The key people from a project covering design, software and hardware.

The subject of their research was a [ SAT relay ] of [ high frequency radio signals ] to [ the end user ] (target).

Keeping in mind that this was a military research club (advanced stuff) and we were still in the infancy of going from analog signals to digital processing. From wiki:

1986, It's hard going back in time, mentally. The problem is figuring out what was so damn important back then that they'd (literally) kill off a project to keep anyone from knowing about it.

Knowing Q's propensity for dual meanings and carefully disguised hints, I'm still wondering about the meaning of "SAT".

What does a relay do to a RF signal? A relay has both an input and output functions. It takes the (input) attenuated signal, cleans it up, boosts the power and rebroadcasts it (output). So what if it was a [SAT relay] was a [Signal Amplification Transducer relay] that allowed another signal to be added to the signal stream as a sideband, using the existing signal as the carrier wave to take the "piggybacked" signal to the end user?

Who would know? Completely covert communication using existing RF signals. All that's necessary is the digital processing to successfully separate out the hidden signal for the end user.

OK, going a bit further. What if the cell phone is the SAT relay and the end user (target) is either an implant or the human brain itself?

Then we have the opposite function. The input signal is digital and the SAT strips away everything except a specific output signal, boosts the power and broadcasts it. The entire function is going to be buried in the digital signal processing (DSP) chip, but coupled to that function we also have to have a broadcast function.

Following this line of thought and back to another Q drop, what did the Blackberry NOT have that the iPhone, Samsung and Google phones all have? In particular, something that would facilitate a low frequency signal (target=implant) or an ELF signal (target=brain)

Another way of saying it is to mirror the question.

What did the Blackberry NOT have that the other phones HAVE?

Perhaps that makes the problem easier to look at. As part of the high security of the Blackberry, I'm looking for a broadcast signal that the other phones have but the Blackberry did not have. If that signal could be nailed down, I think we can determine what the [end user] actually is.

And, as far as why the phones being made in China is important, it would be easy to have some special runs of various phones made at the factory using different chipsets that are (almost) OEM and indistinguishable from any other phones of the same make and model but with a different capability.

This is turning into one deep damn rabbit hole.

No digging yet on ownership, but I'm willing to bet the money trail would be fascinating to watch.

Big Pharma control: The medical industry top to bottom through control of the FDA, AMA and NIH, as well as multiple foundations and corporations. This very much includes mental health. Result? Widespread use of psychotropics.

RF brain control: RF implants. Are any "time release" or "emergency" psychotropics being shipped in preloaded syringes with directions for deep intramuscular injection? That would be a HUGE clue.

Cell Phones: The link between the implant and the behavior because the cell phone is close enough to power up the implant with RF energy, which allows the implant to send out the controlling signal.

Satellite activation of the implants. The Iridium constellation is in Low Earth Orbit and capable of broadcasting with a lot of power.

If this is the case, we have a separation of elements such that one has to have all the elements in place to demonstrate how it works. What I know is that I've seen multiple examples of people claiming to have implants who have radiographs, MRI's and ultrasounds of the implant and NOBODY will listen to them and NO doctors will testify as to what the implant might be.

That is worth digging.

I've been looking into one of Q's assignments, to find out who were the 3 scientists killed who worked on satellite to end user cell phones.

I started by considering that it might have something to do with patents and owning the technology, getting rid of rivals, and so on. Nothing really turned up there.

Satellite technology has been around for a while, so finding the timeline of the killings could go back into the 60's with the launch of Telstar, Bell Labs, and NASA. Didn't find any Bell scientists who suffered an untimely death.

There seems to have been some overlap in cell phone technology and satellite phone technology development. Several companies were involved in satellite communications including INMARSAT, Globalstar, Iridium. Iridium's research was done by Motorola.

So there is a connection between cell phone and satellite phone technology.

Didn't find anything obviously suspicious in looking at Motorola scientists, etc. Also didn't see any obvious link to any of the scientists on the Malaysian flight that crashed.

One possibility to consider: Project Camelot. 22 scientists died mysteriously while working for Marconi in Britain doing work for the SDI Star Wars project (1980's). Project was part of the Dept. of Defense.

Some of these scientists were involved in digital and satellite communications, so it's possible that 3 of them could be the ones Q referred to.

It seems to me that since Q's response came in the context of the school shooting/MK Ultra comment, the CIA would be a prime candidate for whodunit. I didn't find anything with a quick search of Wikileaks but not sure if something like that would be put in writing.

A wild shot-I came across the name of a scientist who died recently, not too old, and appears to have worked in some sort of intelligence area.

Dr. James Herbert Horne worked at SAIC which is involved in military intelligence. Had patents in system and method for multiclass discrimination of neural response data, Degree in physics.

Coincidentally, and this would be a topic for the dead doctors Q posts, I noticed many websites coming up with lists of dead scientists. Over 120 of them on some lists. Many of them were active in areas of medical/biological research.

Q mentioned the Iridium Satellite Aray some time ago. Iridium was created for cellphone service. To find the 3 murdered scientist he wants us to find we might want to look at the people working on the Iridium Satalite project, the companies working on Iridium and I'd also look for plane crashes involving people who worked for the company or companies involved with Iridium.
Also… He droped the MKULTRA doc. I only read the first 35 pages but there is a mention in there of a sub program on energy deposits and transfere with in biological systems. We are looking for 3 scientist who might have discovered cell phone or maybe satellite transmission to be close to being the same frequency as some aspect of the human mind or altered human mind.
It seems like they are waiting for us to create the picture in order for the arrests to begin. If Trumps Military Intelligence people presents the picture it can be discredited on some topics. They need us to recreate the happenings that form the basis for some arrests. I want this part of the picture solved by the end of this weekend. I'm tired of waiting for the arrests. The following is how I relate Iridium to cellphones. It's from Communication Satalites Short History
Cellular telephony has brought us a new technological "system"– the personal communications system (PCS). In the fully developed PCS, the individual would carry his telephone with him. This telephone could be used for voice or data and would be usable anywhere. Several companies have committed themselves to providing a version of this system using satellites in low earth orbits (LEO). These orbits are significantly lower than the TELSTAR/RELAY orbits of the early 1960s. The early "low-orbit" satellites were in elliptical orbits that took them through the lower van Allen radiation belt. The new systems will be in orbits at about 500 miles, below the belt.

The most ambitious of these LEO systems is Iridium, sponsored by Motorola. Iridium plans to launch 66 satellite into polar orbit at altitudes of about 400 miles. Each of six orbital planes, separated by 30 degrees around the equator, will contain eleven satellites. Iridium originally planned to have 77 satellites– hence its name. Element 66 has the less pleasant name Dysprosium. Iridium expects to be providing communications services to hand- held telephones in 1998. The total cost of the Iridium system is well in excess of three billion dollars.

I could write a book on telecommunications tech and the Great China Ripoff ™.
Sauce is sadly anecdotal, but there is a timeline. But back around the Bell breakup (1984) how many US or North American telecom companies existed? You had AT&Ts lauded Bell Labs, Westinghouse, Rockwell Int'l, ADC, Motorola, NORTEL, LUCENT, GE, DNC, etc. Silicon valley yeah, we HAD the Telecom Corridor. Also CISCO and Juniper. The big tech was fiber optics, Cellular phones, IP, and computerization. The USA was THE dominant global leader in telecommunications (an envy of any nation) but the industry was subsequently dismantled and given away to everyone else but the USA.

It started going downhill with the sale of BellLabs to SAIC (We know who SAIC is and who their customer is). Do know that the Chinese came in and bought the tech papers that bell labs had for cheap, and Belllabs under SAIC, in their effort to turn profit sold everything they could. The Chinese bought equipment from AT&T, CISCO, Nortel, etc, and reverse engineered it.

It was no secret to those in telecommunication that the Chinese ripped you off and spied. At USA tech conventions the Chinese blatantly violated the no cameras rules, and no officials would stop them. Products and blades got stolen. (Asian companies like Fujitsu were wiser to this type of operation; they had armed guards to thwart the Chinese). In the 1990s it was no secret that Huawei had a back door on their routers and muxes that sent data back to China. This was so well known in US telecom circles that there was dark humor jokes about it, and how suing the Chinese was laughable. The 1990s folks!!!! Wrote my reps on it, was told in a nice way to FOAD and be a good little sheep.

But fast forward to 2018, and it is laughable seeing congress critters bringing this issue forward after the damage was done to countless family's, industries, investors, and communities over DECADES. All that US talent left to drift, it all went someplace else or imploded in depression. New Jersey lost BellLabs/AT&T/Westinghouse. Texas Telecom corridor, gutted. Over a million Americans dreams dashed!. I am one of them. My job got offshored. I want revenge, it is personal.


So why was the US govt and SAIC (See Eye Aye) so hot to kill this industry? And how does my long story relate to China?

[TLDR]

-So far- china gets jobs to control their people and increase their wealth. They modernize.
-China gets tech
-China gets back doors to all the data. Your data, my data, industrial data, politician data, and govt data.
-China also gets control of the number 1 strategic asset we have, the networks. The US Network.
-China has all the manufacturing to win a world wide war.
-The USA gets demoralized.
-USA kids watch their parents lose their so called stable jobs. They do not go into Tech. This opens more H1bs. Older workers get fired and replaced with younger cheaper foreigners or foreign contractors. Pensions avoided by corps, older US folks impoverished. Politicians do nothing. Globalists winning.
-USA families break under massive unemployment, foreclosures.
-USA has to pay more in benefits. Kids drop out of college.
-local areas see their tax revenue decline, and supporting small business fail as these bigger companies fail. Local area declines. I watched it happen.

Let's look at AT&T. They have to do what the govt says, regulated utility to a degree. Been inside AT&T lately? It's not that "great American company". It's a SJW's dream. The entire tech side is disproportionately Muslims, Indians, and Chinese. The majority of workers are "contractors" and many are overseas in India/Pakistan/Brno, etc. Tech Mahindra, Infosys run the software, test it, store the data, and does the engineering. What does India know? How could the US quickly control the network for security reasons? In short, our communications infrastructure can be taken over or monitored by bad actors globally, and there is no way to find them, and they know how it works compared to the skeleton crew of US citizens on the job. India is closer to China, how hard would be for China to take out Bangalore/Hyderabad/"Tech City". Huawei is in Bangalore- it's all connected. Indians are easily bribed, the Chinese also see bribes as a business expense. China can get anything it wants tech wise from India. Isn't offshoring wonderful if you are a globalist!

-China controls the network. China absolutely controls the networks. ALL Networks: data, IP, Cellular, Fiber., radio.. The Chinese have satellites too. Not a prob for an Indian hacker to moonlight and access comm sats.


Why is POTUS focused on SA/CHINA/RUSSIA?
WHY???????????
They are the major powers.
SA still has a financial stake in the media. The petrodollar.
China can take us out. China has access to data from the network.
