Page 392 was probably signed by Dana Boente as US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. He also signed the 3rd FISA warrant, but POTUS likes him and issued 2 EO's to keep him. Boente, after cleaning up the DOJ NSD, is now the FBI's General Counsel, doing more clean up.

Without fanfare, Trump reverses Obama order on Justice Department succession
Feb 10, 2017
Excerpts:
That time, Trump went outside the official order of succession - as he has the right to do - to elevate Dana Boente, the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, to acting attorney general.
Seven days before he left office, President Obama changed the order of succession without explanation to remove Boente from the list. Obama's order had listed U.S. attorneys in the District of Columbia, the Northern District of Illinois and the Central District of California.

So Dana Boente signed the FISA applications but then was interviewed by Mueller (who was appointed by RR who also signed the FISA applications) for evidence against Trump.
These guys illegally spied and attempted to stop/sabotage an incoming President and then when that didn't work they interviewed themselves as evidence against Trump. This is a fucking circus.

Wray's New Pick for FBI General Counsel Signed Tainted FISA Warrant Application While Acting Attorney General
Posted on February 2, 2018 by admin
FBI Director Christopher Wray replaced embattled FBI top lawyer James Baker with Dana Boente to take over as general counsel just days ago.
But that was before Boente's name was divulged publicly by the House Intel FISA memo showing Boente signed one of the FISA applications that has since been proven problematic and chock full of phony information posing as intelligence to seemingly trick approval from the FISA court to surveil Donald Trump and his team members.
Boente may have to step down form his new FBI post. But Wray would have known this before hiring Boente, so why did he hire him? Perhaps Boente's name was one of the names Wray was lobbying the White House to redact.
Boente served as acting attorney general after Sally Yates was fired. He also served as acting deputy attorney general before the appointment and confirmation of Rod Rosenstein.
Rosenstein too signed one of the FISA applications as did Yates.
Are we seeing a pattern here?
According to a Justice Department official, Boente has been selected to be the FBI's next general counsel to replace James Baker, who was reassigned in late 2017.

Key Revelations from Declassified Memo
from https://intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/hpsci_memo_key_points.pdf
-The Steele dossier formed an essential part of a FISA application targeting Carter Page. Former FBI Deputy Director McCabe confirmed that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) without the Steele dossier information.
-FBI and DOJ obtained from the FISC an initial warrant, and three FISA renewals.
oThen-FBI Director James Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one.
oThen-Deputy Attorney General (DAG)Sally Yates, then-Acting DAG Dana Boente, and DAG Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of DOJ.
-Steele was paid over $160,000 by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary for America(Clinton campaign)for his dossier. Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele's efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials.
-While the FISA application relied on Steele's past record of credible reporting on other unrelated matters, it ignored or concealed his anti-Trump financial and ideological motivations.
oBefore and after Steele was terminated as a source, he maintained contact with DOJ via then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr. In September 2016, Steele told Ohr, he "was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president." Ohr later relayed this evidence of Steele's bias to FBI, where it was recorded in official files, but not included in any of the FISA applications.
oNone of the FISA applications mention that the FBI had separately authorized payment to Steele for the dossier information.
-According to the head of the FBI's counterintelligence division, Assistant Director Bill Priestap, corroboration of the Steele dossier was in its "infancy" at the time of the initial Page FISA application. In early January 2017, Director Comey briefed President-elect Trump on a summary of the Steele dossier, a document he later described as "salacious and unverified."
-The Page FISA application incorrectly assesses that Steele did not directly provide information to Yahoo News. Steele has admitted in British court filings that he met with Yahoo News-and several other outlets-in September 2016 at the direction of Fusion GPS.
-Perkins Coie, the law firm that hired Fusion GPS on behalf of the DNC and Clinton campaign, was aware of Steele's initial media contacts, and hosted at least one meeting in Washington D.C. in 2016 with Steele and Fusion GPS.
-Ohr's wife was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. Ohr later provided the FBI withall of his wife's opposition research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS.
-The Page FISA application also mentions information regarding fellow Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos, but there is no evidence of any cooperation or conspiracy between Page and Papadopoulos.

Boente briefly replaced Sally Yates as Acting Attorney General. He resigned from that position last October. As of January of this year, he's FBI General Counsel.
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/us-attorney-Dana-Boente-appointed-to-fbi-as-general-counsel (January 23, 2018)
"FBI Director Christopher Wray continues to shake up his top staff, this time appointing Dana Boente to take over as general counsel.
According to a Justice Department official, Boente has been selected to be the FBI's next general counsel to replace James Baker, who was reassigned in late 2017.
Boente is still the U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia and the acting head of the Justice Department's national security division.
At one point, Boente was acting attorney general after Sally Yates was fired and was also acting deputy attorney general before the appointment and confirmation of Rod Rosenstein.
The 33-year-old veteran of the Justice Department announced his resignation as U.S. attorney overseeing in the Eastern District of Virginia in October, though he made it clear that this would only become effective when his successor, John Demers, was confirmed.
The Eastern District of Virginia is home to the CIA and the Pentagon, and often oversees high-profile terrorism cases.
Earlier Tuesday it was announced the current FBI chief of staff, James Rybicki - a holdover from the James Comey-era - told Wray he was leaving for the private sector."

Q Research General #2708: The Judgement Edition
The insurance policy
Main article: Deep State coup
On August 15, 2016 CIA Dir. John Brennan gave an unusual private briefing to Democrat Minority Leader Harry Reid in which he told Reid the FBI should take the lead in an investigation of the Trump campaign. The FBI is the federal agency in charge of domestic intelligence and, unlike the CIA, can spy on U.S. citizens. Two days after Brennan's special briefing, Reid sent a letter to Dir. Comey demanding an investigation targeting "individuals tied to Trump" to determine if they coordinated with the Russian government "to influence our election." Reid alludes to Carter Page and repeated the unproven charge from Hillary Clinton's opposition research dossier that Page met with two Kremlin officials in Moscow in July 2016 to discuss removing U.S. sanctions on Russia. Carter Page already denied the allegation under oath, swearing he never even met the Russian officials named in Clinton's opposition research dossier.[28]
The same day Strzok texted Lisa Page:
I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy [McCabe]'s office that there's no way [Trump] gets elected – but I'm afraid we can't take that risk. It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40…[29]
Carter Page is a US citizen who served as a volunteer advisor to the Trump campaign. The October 2016 FISA application first had to be certified by Director Comey or Deputy Director McCabe of the FBI. It then had to be certified by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Dana Boente, or Rod Rosenstein, or the Senate-confirmed Assistant Attorney General for National Security Division. The FBI and DOJ obtained one initial FISA warrant and three 90 day FISA renewals from the FISA court. In the case of Carter Page, relevant information and potentially exculpatory material was not provided to the FISA court on these four separate occasions over the next year.
Within a week after signing the documents to begin the Trump-Russia investigation, Strzok traveled to London to interview "a key witness". Strzok and Lisa Page debated what would be shared with DOJ prosecutors while the investigation is ongoing:
Strzok - I think we need to consider the lines of what we disclose to DOJ. For example, the last stipulation notes we will not disclose.
Lisa Page sent Strzok a text,
Page - Jesus. You should read this. And Trump should go f himself. Moment in Convention Glare Shakes Up Khans American Life https://nyti.ms/2aHulE0
Strzok - God that's a great article. Thanks for sharing. And F TRUMP.
Page - And maybe you're meant to stay where you are because you're meant to protect the country from that menace. To that end comma, read this:
Page - Trump Enablers Will Finally Have to Take A Stand https://nyti.ms/2aFakry
Strzok - Thanks. It's absolutely true that we're both very fortunate. And of course I'll try and approach it that way. I just know it will be tough at times. I can protect our country at many levels, not sure if that helps
On October 28, 2016, ten days before the election, James Comey reopened the Clinton email investigation. 600,000 classified State Department emails were found on Anthony Weiner's computer. Attn. Gen. Loretta Lynch opposed notifying Congress, but aides persuade her firing Comey for doing so would put Lynch in the midst of a firestorm.[30] Comey's hand was forced by New York Police Department (NYPD) investigators who seized Weiner's laptop and turned it over to the FBI late in the game. Comey's surprise letter to Congress threw Clinton's lead in the polls into a tailspin. The "insurance policy" became operational: government leaks alleging collusion between Trump and Russia were rampant.[31] Ironically, the New York Times at the same time ran a story and headline that said, Investigating Donald Trump, F.B.I. Sees No Clear Link To Russia:
For much of the summer, the F.B.I. pursued a widening investigation into a Russian role in the American presidential campaign. Agents scrutinized advisers close to Donald J. Trump, looked for financial connections with Russian financial figures, searched for those involved in hacking the computers of Democrats, and even chased a lead - which they ultimately came to doubt - about a possible secret channel of email communication from the Trump Organization to a Russian bank.
Great sauce and the entire report here:

Q Research General #1801: Open Mind Edition
Inspector General Horowitz Submits Draft Report of Clinton Email Investigation For Principal Review
More Key Points:
?FIRST, the draft report is reviewed internally. Only the principal officers who are currently inside the investigated agency get to see it. Those officials must sign comprehensive Non Disclosure Agreements, subject to criminal prosecution if they violate the NDA.
Former Officials, or employees who have left the agency: ex. James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, James Baker, Jim Rybicki, Michael Kortan and all of the officials who have left the FBI will not get to see the draft report. [Now you know why Lisa Page and James Baker were dispatched last week.]
The same IG rules of Draft Report distribution apply on the Main Justice side of the DOJ and (DOJ-NSD) (DOJ-National Security Division). Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, Mary McCord, David Laufman, etc. do not get to see the report. Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Asst. AG Rod Rosenstein will review the draft report and control who they allow to review.
On the FBI side, Director Christopher Wray will review the draft report along with Asst FBI Director David Bowditch (if approved). Likely FBI Chief Legal Counsel Dana Boente, the former head of the DOJ-NSD, will also review. [*note* now you know why Boente was brought back inside in January '18] Two more principals who could review would be FBI Asst. Director in charge of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap; and we must remember - FBI Agent Peter Strzok was not kicked out, he also remains inside.
? SECONDLY, the IG report does not include criminal referrals. The final IG report is a statement of facts. The IG report only provides the facts to decision-making leadership, who then decide what to do with those facts. However, if the IG discovers evidence of unlawful or illegal activity during the course of his/her investigation, the IG has a legal and ethical responsibility to tell the head of the DOJ immediately.
The IG cannot keep evidence of unlawful conduct hidden until the release of the report.
This is important because Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed U.S. Attorney John Huber to join IG Horowitz toward the end of last year (2017).
The federal attorney (Huber) then constructs a parallel investigation based on the evidence the IG has discovered.
However, as with all criminal investigations, Prosecutor John Huber would then fire-wall the IG from his own expanded criminal investigative inquiry.
It is critical to understand what happens when a U.S. Attorney joins with the OIG. The evidence flow only goes one-way. The IG is not participating in a criminal investigation. The IG is only looking at facts within his investigation and shares any pertinent investigative findings with the U.S. Attorney. The U.S. attorney does not provide the IG with findings from his criminal investigation.
IG Horowitz and U.S Attorney Huber might interview the same subjects. [In rare instances they might even interview the same subject simultaneously] However, Huber would not share his criminal investigative interview content/evidence with Horowitz. Therefore the content of a final IG report may contain outlines/evidence of criminal behavior, but there could be -likely is- much more evidence in addition to the IG report.
How the criminal prosecutions might proceed after the final IG report is released involves prosecutor strategy.
U.S. Attorney John Huber may wish to wait and see how the participants react to the facts outlined in the report; or he may use the IG report to expand his criminal investigation and conduct additional interviews of people who are outside government, and as a consequence outside of the IG investigative reach.
Huber may -likely does- already have this process, and a seated grand jury, well underway.

Those who were semi corrupt/black mailed resigned. Those involved deeper (DEMS) are clinging to power. ( They are stupid, and they think somehow they will get POTUS, either impeached or some other means. They are blinded by their hatred, their stupidity, their lifetime of having control, ,and the shiny carrots thrown in their path( Stormy Daniels,, ooooh SHINY, KEK)
Mass exodus - corporate CEOs?
Again,, those who were blackmailed, forced to go along,, or were not that corrupted are resigning. ( those resigning in both government and corporations, are possibly also giving information on bigger players) Those who are really involved( deep evil/corruption, are clinging on)
Why?
Who has the POWER?
POTUS( GOOD GUYS)
Some of the really stupid and greedy cabal members think they still have power. ( because of the mockingbird media control, and sheer arrogance)
Who has the CONTROL?
POTUS GOOD GUYS( Of most important assets, to conducting the great awakening and the storm) The United States Military, the power of the office of POTUS, NSA(they have everything, all evidence, past 10 years plus)
( for some of the cabal members, they cannot even fathom a world , that do not control,, it never crossed their mind, it would ever happen) THEY NEVER THOUGHT SHE WOULD LOSE
If POTUS was NOT IN CONTROL would they be retreating?
NO, Everything would have been going, according to their evil plans, and those people would have retained those positions to further their evil agenda.
Who is the AG?
JEFF SESSIONS
When Sessions was confirmed and sworn in as Attorney General on February 9, 2017, Boente became Acting Deputy Attorney General. On March 10, 2017, Sessions oversaw the firing of 46 United States Attorneys, leaving only his acting Deputy Dana Boente and nominated Deputy Rod Rosenstein in place.[12] Rosenstein's appointment was subject to Senate confirmation. Rosenstein was confirmed on April 25, 2017 and became Deputy Attorney General on April 26, 2017, and Boente reverted to his permanent position.
Who MUST approve the firing/dismissal of DOJ officials?
AG( Jeff Sessions)
Re_read DOJ org change (open source - more in pipe)
Who is the FBI director?
Christopher Wray
Who MUST approve the firing/dismissal of FBI agents?
Christopher Wray
Re_read FBI org change (open source - more in pipe)
If SESSIONS & WRAY are DC SWAMP/DEEP STATE why are they cleaning their respective houses?
Because they are not deepstate, they are good, and that is why they are cleaning house.
Use LOGIC.
TRUST SESSIONS, TRUST WRAY
Why are they slow walking unredacted data?
Because they are not finished cleaning their houses, and getting cases together.
Why are they slow walking doc disclosures?
Same reason as above( and to keep the stage set, in order to fool the stupid people until , justice can be served to all of them)
Why is the WH backing up DOJ?
Because The WH supports the cleaning job that Sessions and Wray are doing.
What if the same data is being used by other investigators?
Their crimes stretch across multiple jurisdictions, and crimes, many connected to different branches of government and private sector. ( hence the slow walking of materials to house, because they are still building cases, in multiple agencies)
What does it mean if a grand jury is impanelled?
It is in the phase of finding/ examining evidence to decide if indictments should be brought against them.
Why are confusing questions asked as to outcome re: Mueller?
To cover/ hide the real purpose of his investigation.
What would be the purpose of creating confusion?
To fool the bad actors into thinking they still have control, and so Mueller and others can investigate in peace, without watchful eyes. ( they need to throw a few confusing things out there, to keep the bad guys guessing)
What was Sessions' Senate confirmation vote?
52 to confirm, 47 against. It was along party lines,, one democrat voted for Sessions( Joe Manchin lll of W. Va. )

Since February 2018
Dana Boente -General,Counsel
FBI Director Christopher Wray continues to shake up his top staff, this time appointing Dana Boente to take over as general counsel.

Eleven House Republicans are calling on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to prosecute a handful of individuals, including former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, ex-FBI Director James Comey, and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
In a Wednesday letter to Sessions, FBI Director Chris Wray, and U.S. Attorney John Huber - who was appointed to investigate GOP claims of FBI misconduct - the lawmakers refer Comey and McCabe for "investigation of potential violation(s) of federal statutes."
Clinton, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and FBI General Counsel Dana Boente are also named in the letter.
Former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who were on special counsel Robert Mueller's team before being found to have anti-Trump bias, are also referred by the lawmakers, who are led by Rep. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla.

Comey is named first, and the lawmakers say the Justice Department should investigate him for perjury and making false statements to Congress about the FBI's investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server.
McCabe should be charged for "lack of candor," the lawmakers said.
An inspector general report released Friday confirmed McCabe lacked candor four times - including three under oath - which was the basis for his firing last month.
The lawmakers say Comey, McCabe, Yates, and Boente are all referred because they signed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA warrant, to wiretap former Trump aide Carter Page.
The lawmakers note that House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes has already told Sessions that FBI and DOJ leaders used the Steele dossier to obtain the warrant on Page, and because the dossier contained unverified and/or false information, they should all be criminally charged.
In the referrals, he lawmakers say they are "especially mindful of the dissimilar degrees of zealousness that has marked the investigations into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the presidential campaign of Donald Trump, respectively."

The FISA statute, 50 U.S.C. §1805 (d)(1) requires a FISA order on an American citizen be renewed by FISC every 90 days. Each renewal requires a separate finding of probable cause. Then-FBI-Director James Comey, the now-disgraced former director, signed three FISA applications on behalf of the FBI, and former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one. Signing on behalf of the DOJ were the Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, then-Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente, and current Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of the Department of Justice. Parenthetically, readers should note that Mr. Boente currently serves as General Counsel for the FBI currently led by FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Trump's ouster of U.S. Attorney Dana Boente matters
10/30/17 04:04 PM
By Steve Benen
In March, Donald Trump summarily fired 46 U.S. Attorneys, without warning or explanation. Of particular interest was Preet Bharara, who had jurisdiction over Trump Tower, and who'd been specifically told he could stay on at his post.
Then, for reasons the White House hasn't shared, the president and his team changed their minds, and showed Bharara and dozens of his fellow federal prosecutors the door, without having any of their successors lined up.
The Rachel Maddow Show, 10/27/17, 10:00 PM ET
Russia charges cast U.S. attorney Boente resignation in new light
Trump did not, however, replace literally all of the Obama-era U.S. Attorneys: Dana Boente was allowed to stay on. Late last week, as NBC News reported, that changed, too.
Dana Boente, one of the nation's most high-profile federal prosecutors, has submitted his resignation after he was asked to step down to make way for a successor to be named by President Donald Trump. [...]
Boente, who has served in the Justice Department for three decades, became the U.S. attorney in 2015 during the Obama administration. A well-regarded veteran prosecutor, he became acting attorney general in January after Trump fired Sally Yates, who refused to enforce the first executive order restricting travel.
At first blush, this may not seem especially important. After all, presidents routinely appoint their own slate of federal prosecutors, so it may seem as if Boente is just part of a larger pattern.
But there's more to this one: Boente, like Bharara, was in a position to investigate the president when Trump decided unexpectedly to fire him.
Rachel noted on Friday's show, for example, that Boente was the person former FBI Director James Comey reported to when, according to Comey, Trump was trying to pressure him as part of the investigation into the Russia scandal. It's led to some speculation that Boente could even be a potential witness in the matter.
But even putting that aside, as Rachel also noted on Friday's show, it was Dana Boente's office from which we saw the subpoenas related to Paul Manafort. It was Dana Boente's office from which we saw the subpoenas related to Mike Flynn. It was Dana Boente's office that has been handling the investigation into WikiLeaks - and potentially charges associated with WikiLeaks.
And it was through Dana Boente's office where Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who's overseeing the federal investigation into the Trump-Russia scandal, first started using a grand jury.
Dana Boente, in other words, has been at the center of a legal/political hurricane, and from what we know, he did not want to leave his post. Trump ousted him anyway.
This is the same president who's taken the unprecedented step of meeting privately with prospective federal prosecutors before nominating them to posts where Trump may personally face legal jeopardy.
I realize there are a lot of scandals swirling around Trump World right now, but if you're overlooking the president's handling of these U.S. Attorneys, you're missing a jarring controversy for which there is no good explanation.

In making Dana Boente acting attorney general, President Trump has elevated a longtime federal prosecutor best known for his handling of public corruption cases.
When Boente was sworn in, then-Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch called him one of the department's "consummate utility players" and said he was "one you could always count on to be there for you."
In their investigation of Clinton's use of a private email server; prosecutors in Boente's office found little evidence that she intended to break classification rules.

Boente oversaw the prosecution of former Virginia governor Robert F. McDonnell (R), whose conviction was ultimately overturned by the Supreme Court, and former congressman William J. Jefferson (D-La.), whose conviction was partially overturned after that ruling. His office has assisted in the probes of Hillary Clinton's emails and possible coordination between the Kremlin and the Trump campaign.

Is EO 13775 one of the [3] missing EOs?
Trump changed the order of succession in the office of the Attorney General in February to remove the US Attorney of the District of Columbia from the line of succession and replaced it with the Eastern District of Virginia [Dana Boente- who was just appointed as the general counsel of the FBI a week ago by Wray].
Then, in March, Trump signed a new EO again modifying the order of succession to add North Carolina and Texas after the Eastern District of Virginia [now held by Tracy Doherty-McCormick].
This seems significant given the expected shakeup in the DOJ with respect to RR.

@HoarseWisperer
As FBI Director he has now pushed aside two people Trump was critical of... James Baker and Andrew McCabe.
In normal times, those moves would raise an eyebrow. New bosses bring in their people.
In these abnormal times, they raise plenty of eyebrows.
...but while people worry Wray may be less than a good guy, his actions thus far are incredibly comforting. After he pushed James Baker aside he appointed someone SURE to rankle Trump. The U.S. Attorney closest to Mueller's investigation. Dana Boente.
Today, immediately after apparently nudging McCabe out the door, Wray announced his replacement... ...and the guy he picked is in many ways Trump's worst nightmare. David Bowditch. An FBI career man. A mini-Mueller."
