On Manningham-Buller's orders: Andrew Marr (and several other British Intelligence operatives) kidnapped and tortured an ex-agent of theirs in France. The motive behind this was to force the agent back under mind control ( the agent was an ex-Royal Arch Freemason who had gone AWOL), in order to take an MI5 message to China.
Why China?
An 'educational conference' had been arranged at Jiao Tong University, Shanghai to improve Russian-Chinese relations. Except that there was no publicity for it, nationally or internationally and no reports published afterwards.
Nineteen, armoured cars turned up to this 'discreet' event containing the Russian contingent of nearly 100 participants, who then stayed for three weeks at the University's Academic Centre Hotel.
The campus was cordoned off throughout this period by Chinese tanks, armed guards and soldiers. Funnily enough, this 'educational conference' which includedVladimir Putin amongst the distinguished guests, was not mentioned in the international press. However, this was the time of the SARS epidemic in China and therefore, there were not many foreign reporters on the ground, in Shanghai.
Back-tracking: Richard Tomlinson was present at the torture of this agent in France 2002 and was also to attend the 'meeting' which took place in China. In short, he had been instructed to oversee the whole operation. Tomlinson was not allowed to know the message until it had been safely delivered to Mr Putin in China. He was however, present at the time that the message was given.
The operation was code-named 'METE'.
The gist of OP METE was as follows:
The implantation of a nuclear bomb (ESSO were employed to do the drilling) between the tectonic plates under the seabed - just off Aceh, Indonesia.
MI5 were to send a military ship into the area after the explosion had occurred, in order to check radiation levels. They had miscalculated. The radiation levels are now affecting all of the surrounding islands, including the Arabian peninsular.
The explosion occurred on the 26th December 2004.
In addition, the agent who had been sent with the message, had worked for Richard Tomlinson in eastern Europe 1992-1995 and had known him for years. The agent had also met Mr Putin many times during 1993-1996.
The agent told President Putin and Richard Tomlinson the message, concerning 'OP METE' .
Manningham-Buller had also ordered the agent (according to Marr's instructions) to return to Russia and then to attempt to assassinate President Putin. Why? The agent could only guess that even attempting to carry out such an order would have resulted in instant death. This would have been an ideal way to dispose of the 'messenger'.
Unfortunately for Manningham-Buller, Chinese surveillance had recorded the meeting between Mr Putin, Richard Tomlinson and the agent in question. They were to question the agent later on with the CIA present, who subsequently confirmed the information, in interview.
Indonesian Intelligence were duly warned and took action by taking out large insurance claims with British companies just before the event (mainly on the same day beforehand, in order to get the claims through without creating suspicion and UK firms backing out of the deal), in relation to the areas and buildings that the tsunami would hit.
The authors do not know whether or not it might have been possible to dismantle the bomb instead, but think that it was probably not technically possible. They hope that this was the case.
What is known is that Vladimir Putin is no longer a Royal Arch Freemasonry member. Can the same be said to be true of Richard Tomlinson? His current battle against SIS would suggest that he too, has broken free of mi6/Royal Arch Freemasonry mind control programming.

Is it a surprise to find a Stalin apologist at the center of the Steele dossier scandal?
As central as Nellie Ohr's placement is, her role in the creation of the "dossier" remains undefined. For example, the House Intelligence Committee memo on related matters vaguely tells us that Nellie Ohr was "employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump"; the memo adds that Bruce Ohr "later provided the FBI with all of his wife's opposition research." Senator Lindsey Graham more sensationally told Fox News that Nellie Ohr "did the research for Mr. Steele," but details remain scarce.
Still, relevant facts have emerged. These include Nellie Ohr's study in the USSR in 1989; her fluency in Russian and Ph.D. in Russian history in 1990; a 2010 CIA affiliation, which practically makes her former mi6 agent Steele's "opposite number"; and the extremely curious detail, harkening back to earlier eras of spycraft, that on May 23, 2016, around the time she came on board Fusion GPS, Nellie Ohr applied for a ham radio operator's license.
Notably, the "dossier" men in her life have tried to shield Ohr from public scrutiny, even at professional risk. Her husband, as the Daily Caller News Foundation reports, failed to disclose his wife's employment with Fusion GPS and seek the appropriate conflict-of-interest waiver, which may have been an important factor in his demotion from associate deputy attorney general late last year.

Dr Ross Adey's research at the Brain Research Institute of the University of California, was funded by the CIA. In their Pandora project a catalogue of different brain signals for specific actions, emotions and pathological states of mind were recorded. It was found that when microwaves were used to fire these signals at victims' brains, they experienced the moods, behaviour, and the pathological states, carried by the signals. This meant that by mimicking natural brain frequencies, the human brain could be controlled remotely by use of extremely low frequency broadcast carried by pulse modulated microwave beams (ELF pulse modulated microwave remote mind control technology). Im British, and have been on the Trump train for about a year and a half. Like most people, when i first heard Donald Trump was running for president i was very skeptical.
But then something magical happened. I watched one of his rallies. And i saw the look.in his eye. The words in his tounge. He spoke about draining the swamp, and didnt care for Politically Correct nonsense that is killing society. He bellow words of America First. And it was glorious!

The focus on Page is a distraction. Listen to what they're saying? Previously investigated in 2014. They want the focus there as the lead to the FISA courts.
Remember that they had 2 failed FISA court attempts prior. They had already used Page to start the British Intelligence surveillance naming him as a foreign agent. That allowed the British to spy on everyone in the campaign, not just Page.
They most likely tried to use information from that to get the FISC warrant, because they had to transition to US intelligence. Using Steele was obvious because former British Intelligence agent would go along with British Intelligence collected, which was insufficient for previous FISA attempts.
By focusing on Page and his previous investigations, it takes the focus away from Steele and using foreign intelligence to jumpstart this. The logical leap from Page being investigated to investigating campaign is enough to fool most. Especially when surpassing the information about mi6 in the MSM.
This memo sheds light on the underlying issues, and opens the door. The Grassley memo will shed more light on Steele and should point towards mi6's involvement.
We know all of this, but the majority don't. It will come in steps for people to comprehend. I know some want to rush and prosecute, but unless it's done in a methodical method, the details will fly over the head of most of the country and world. The publication of a controversial dossier about US President Donald Trump's alleged links with Russia has already resulted in a death, it has been claimed.
Glenn Simpson the co-founder of Fusion GPS, the firm that commissioned the dossier written by former mi6 spy Christopher Steele, was giving evidence to a congressional committee during a closed-door interview last year.
A transcript of his testimony was released by the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Dianne Feinstein, who said making it public would "set the record straight".
Quizzed on whether he had taken any steps to assess the credibility of Mr Steele's sources, Mr Simpson declined to comment.
Coming to his defence, lawyer Joshua Levy said it was a "voluntary interview" and stated that he "wants to be very careful to protect his sources".
He added: "Somebody's already been killed as a result of the publication of this dossier and no harm should come to anybody related to this honest work."
The emergence of the dossier - containing a series of lurid claims that the Russians had gathered compromising material on the President prior to his election campaign - caused outrage in the Trump camp.
Mr Steele, who runs the London-based Orbis Business Intelligence, was temporarily forced into hiding when he was identified as the author.
The dossier was reportedly the result of an investigation initially funded by Republicans, who were trying to block Mr Trump from becoming the party's presidential candidate, before being taken over by Democrats after his nomination.
Mr Steele was said to have passed on his findings to both US and UK intelligence in the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, due to concerns about national security for both countries.
Mr Trump has derided the dossier as politically motivated, and several Republican-led committees are investigating whether it formed the basis for the FBI's initial investigation into Russian election interference.
Democrats say those investigations are a distraction.
